One of the few cocktails created at a New York bar in Paris, later known as Harry’s New York Bar. A classic cocktail was created shortly before the Prohibition Era in Detroit Athletic Club. During this era only private clubs where allowed to serve cocktails and hence, the Last Word gained popularity in the early 2000’s.
