Local Delivery Terms & Conditions

Before you place an order for alcohol delivery, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions carefully. By using our delivery service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be of legal drinking age in Alberta, Canada, to order from our delivery service. The legal drinking age is 18 years or older.

1.2 You will be asked to provide valid government-issued identification upon delivery to confirm your age or Identity. Failure to provide valid ID will result in the cancellation of your order.

2. Delivery Area

2.1 we deliver within the metropolitan areas of Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont and Leduc, with free delivery option within Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Par. Please check our website or contact our customer support team to confirm if your address is within our delivery radius.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

3.1 To qualify for free delivery, your order must have a minimum total purchase of $199 (after discount and before taxes and fees).

3.2 Orders below $199 will not be eligible for free delivery, and delivery charges will apply.

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Orders can be placed through our website or mobile app.

4.2 You must provide accurate delivery information, including your address, contact number, and any specific delivery instructions.

4.3 Orders will only be processed during our regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm

5. Delivery Times

5.1 We typically try to deliver the day you order, but you can order for a later date.
5.2 Deliveries are only done in the early evening, M-F unless otherwise confirmed prior to ordering.
5.3 You will be contacted by phone from the store to arrange a time that is convenient for you, preferably today but an alternate day if required.

6. Accepting Delivery

6.1 All deliveries containing alcohol must be received by an individual who is of legal drinking age (18 years or older) and who can provide valid government-issued identification to confirm their age.

6.2 If the recipient is unable to provide proof of age or is intoxicated upon delivery, the order will not be delivered, and no refund will be issued.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery. Please contact our customer support team to request a cancellation.

7.2 Refunds for canceled orders will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which can be found on our website.

8. Alcohol Availability

8.1 Our alcohol delivery service is subject to product availability. In the event we do not have something you want we can either re-order it or work with you to find a substitute and adjust the price if needed or cancel the item and refund.

9. Compliance with Laws

9.1 We adhere to all relevant Alberta liquor laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service or delivery if it is determined that the order does not comply with applicable laws.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Please review them periodically to stay informed of any changes.
