Don Julio 70 Añejo Claro is the culmination of 70 years of knowledge, expertise and innovation that brings the smoothness of a Blanco and the complexity of an Añejo together for a totally unique tequila experience. Don Julio 70 Añejo Claro is aged eighteen months in American white-oak barrels and then carefully filtered to bring out its crisp agave flavor.

This is aged in new American white oak for over 3 years resulting in a rich spirit with a dark mahogany colour. Nutty aromas and hints of agave are followed by an initial sweetness and complemented by rich flavours of roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate and salty caramel. It finishes with a dry linger of oak, agave and peppery spice. Every bottle is a unique, hand-painted treasure.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The reposado expression is aged in American white oak for 4 months, giving it a slight colour and complexit. It's mellow and earthy with notes of agave, vanilla, oak, caramel and cinnamon.

Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, Corralejo Anejo is double distilled and aged for twelve months in charred American oak barrels. Corralejo Anejo has a sweet and smokey flavor.

El Tequileno Gran Reserva Reposado is a premium tequila that is aged for a minimum of eight months in oak barrels. This process gives the tequila a smooth and complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. The tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave, which is grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested by hand and cooked in traditional brick ovens before being distilled in copper pot stills. The 2018 Cosecha bottling is crafted from over-ripe Highland pinto Blue Weber agave cultivated at an altitude of 5,019 feet in the mineral-rich CALICHE soil of Vista Hermosa, Micohoacán, the southernmost region within the D.O. This unique terroir, saturated with calcium carbonate, imparts a heightened minerality to Tequila Fuenteseca Cosecha 2018, beautifully complementing its pure agave essence, characterized by notes of sweet, cooked yams, and warm baking spices.

Showing just the faintest straw tinge in the glass, this single-maguey mezcal offers a zesty dried-herb scent. The palate also shows plenty of dried herb flavor, plus hints of tomato, citrus peel and a strongly smoky midpalate, finishing with a minty fade.

The Cascahuín Blanco tequila is crafted from carefully selected blue weber tequilana agaves sourced from the valleys area, reflecting the distinct characteristics of the region. The production process begins with the use of a masonry oven for cooking the agaves, followed by the extraction of juices through mills, where water from the own well is incorporated. During fermentation, natural yeasts from the yeast pie are utilized in both masonry and stainless steel fermenters. For distillation, a double distillation process is conducted, first in a stainless steel alembic with a copper coil, followed by a second distillation in a small 350-liter copper still with a copper coil. The tequila then undergoes maturation in spent American oak barrels, previously used for tequila for over 20 years, with a resting period lasting from 6 to 8 months in the barrels.

Cimarrón Tequila Reposado is a distinguished additive-free spirit, crafted solely from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave and pure artesian well water, devoid of diffusers or enhancers. Hailing from Atotonilco, Jalisco, it stems from hillside agave grown at 4,620′ elevation, ensuring optimal sugar content. Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca oversees its production, employing a blend of 80% double column-still and 20% pot-still tequila. This reposado variant is aged for 3 to 6 months in American white oak, resulting in a bright, forward flavor. Expect subtle notes of caramel and vanilla on the nose, with an underlying dry earthiness on the palate, culminating in a smooth finish.
