Grignolino is a rare grape variety hailing from Monferatto in Piemonte. Lighter than nebbiolo and more tannic, it is a love it or hate it wine, but very unique and worth trying a a glass! Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it’s light garnet red in the glass, with perfumed aromas of wild strawberry, cranberry, maraschino cherry, raspberries, rose petals, white pepper, and a hint of leather. Don't let the light colour fool you: it is high in tannins, yet high acidity and mouthwateringly fresh.

MacNair’s Lum Reek is a range of blended malts produced by the GlenAllachie Distillers Company. Created by Billy Walker, this composition is built around peated Islay and Speyside whiskies, mixed with GlenAllachie single malt. The whiskies are drawn from a combination of Oloroso, virgin oak and red wine casks. Nose: a nice start on elegant smoke, tobacco leaves and hints of cedar wood, mixed with raisin sweetness, toffee and a good dose of vanilla. Plum jam. Cinnamon. Lemon zest. Hints of cocoa in the background. Maybe not hugely expressive – elegance is key here.

Taste: s layered combination of dry and sweet notes again. Peaches, marmalade and berries, some honey and dark chocolate. Some old leather and pleasant woody touches. Toffee. Pepper. The earthy smoke is present but never overpowering.

Finish: medium to long, more ashy and spicy with lingering cocoa.

he flagship expression from Dublin's Teeling, the Small Batch Irish whiskey is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. Following that, the Teeling folks moved the whiskey over to casks that had previously held Central American rum! In these casks, the whiskey had an extra rest for up to 12 months, before being bottled at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration. Wonderfully full-flavoured, with plenty of fresh fruit, creamy vanilla and lively spice notes to enjoy!

Louis Jadot's Coteaux Bourguignons Rosé is a blend of 80% Gamay and 20% Pinot Noir. It displays a pale salmon color and aromas of fresh red berries, such as strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of watermelon and grapefruit. The wine has a balanced acidity, a delicate minerality, and a clean finish. It is an excellent summer wine, perfect for picnics, outdoor dining, or as an aperitif.

Nose: Intense and complex aromas of ripe fruits, including plums and cherries, with hints of vanilla and cocoa.

Taste: Rich and velvety on the palate, with flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a touch of spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and well-balanced, with a long and persistent finish that showcases the elegance and finesse of this grappa.

19 Crimes Cali Rosé is a delightful blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, and Grenache grapes sourced from California. This non-vintage wine has a beautiful pink color with orange hues, and it exudes aromas of ripe strawberries, watermelon, and citrus. On the palate, it is light-bodied and refreshing, with flavors of red fruit, citrus, and a hint of spice. The wine is well-balanced with a crisp acidity and a clean, dry finish that makes it the perfect choice for warm days and casual gatherings.

19 Crimes partnered with the legendary cooking and lifestyle guru Martha Stewart to produce a multi-purpose wine. Just like everything Martha touches is golden, so is the pour on this flavour-packed chardonnay. Citrus, oak, and caramel tones with a long-lasting finish. Pair with a lobster roll or enjoy as an aperitif.

This playful wine is a gorgeous tea-rose pink hue, and greets with aromas of red berries and orchard fruits. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with juicy pear, red apple and ripe nectarine notes.

Dark garnet with a violet rim. Fresh lifted berry fruit that draws you in! Full yet elegant with bramble aromas and cream, cassis and black cherry flavours on the palate with structure provided by fine tannins with a long rich, ripe finish.

A Cape Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, Merlot, Shiraz and Mouvedre.  We tasted this wine in Feb 2026 and found it to be very showing well now.  A great find.  My notes would read - "this wine is fully developed, enjoy now, it is not suitable for further aging.  It is at the top of its game.

Winemaker Steve Doerner, renowned for his work at Calera and Cristom, introduces Luke Jefferson, a new wine project named in homage to his son and Thomas Jefferson. Produced in minuscule quantities, it reflects Steve's personal vision apart from Cristom's style, with his spouse Irene also involved. This Pinot offers intoxicating notes of ripe raspberry, bright cherries, and fragrant spices, promising further development with five years of aging.

High West Rendezvous Rye is a blend of straight rye whiskeys aged in white oak barrels, known for its spicy and complex flavor profile. It typically features notes of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, and toasted walnuts. The blend includes a 95% rye mashbill from MGP of Indiana and an 80% rye, 20% malted rye from High West Distillery itself. It is bottled at 46% ABV.

Elegant, innovative, complex: Black Tuesday provides a uniquely elevated beer-drinking experience unlike any other. Rich, complex flavour from time spent aging in bourbon barrels mingles effortlessly with distinct notes of crème brûlée, poached figs, and milk chocolate. Surprisingly smooth at 19.5% ABV, this is a beer you won’t soon forget!

Nose: Rich and inviting with notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak.
Taste: Smooth and full-bodied, with flavors of butterscotch, toffee, and a hint of spice.
Palate: A long, warm finish with a touch of sweetness and a lingering oakiness.

This selection (above reserve) from the estate vineyard has the sort of raisin and prune aromas that suggest super-ripe fruit. It's tannic and chewy, a style more reminiscent of Shiraz than most Pinot Noirs, and the finish brings the heat.

This certified organic gin unfurls bold pine and spearmint aromatics, plus a hint of lime peel. The rounded palate echoes that pine and hint of lime, but it's the anise note that really builds and reverberates into the drying finish.

The Evesham Wood Sojeau Vineyard Pinot Noir (Eola-Amity Hills) is a structured, cool-climate wine known for its high energy and bright acidity. Exhibit aromas of raspberry, pine, and candied violets, with flavors of tart black berries, dark plum, clove, and citrus zest, often featuring a long, savoury, and mineral-driven finish. 

Koval Barreled Gin (47% ABV) is a unique, award-winning spirit aged in Koval's own oak whiskey barrels, balancing bright, floral gin botanicals (juniper, coriander, rosehip) with deep caramel, vanilla, and woody spice notes. It is smooth, full-bodied, and versatile, suitable for sipping or enhancing cocktails like the Negroni. 

Scherrer Vineyards Chardonnay (Alexander Valley) is a, rich, complex, and "non-malolactic" style, known for balancing intense, oily textures with high-acid tension. Typical tasting notes feature d'Anjou pear, golden apple, lime zest, and mineral/saline notes, often showing brioche or hazelnut after 16–24 months of barrel aging.

Wayne Gretzky No. 99 Distillery Canadian Cream Liquor is a 17% ABV, Ontario-made, award-winning spirit blending No. 99 Red Cask Whisky with fresh local cream. It features a, smooth, tan-colored profile with rich notes of almond, cream, dark biscuit, and nutmeg. It is best served chilled, on ice, or in coffee.
