This is a new addition to the brand's permanent line. Officially known as the 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve, it's aged for a full 14 years in typical ex-bourbon casks used in the Scotch industry. It's then transferred to be finished in new heavily-charred American oak barrels from Louisville's prominent Kelvin Cooperage, with the intention of imparting more of those deep bourbon qualities into a single malt.

This remarkable whisky is aged in oak casks meticulously chosen by hand. It retains a complex and balanced aromatic profile in which candied fruits, dark chocolate, spices and peat smoke can be perceived. It offers an exceptional length that prolongs the pleasure.

The Western Highland representative in Diageo's 'Classic Malt' series, Oban 14yo is a superb, full-blooded fruity malt with a whiff of heather and more than a hint of smoke.

Reflecting the essence of Bowmore - thrashing waves, windswept landscapes and generations of tradition - our 12 years old is both complex and perfectly balanced. Subtle lemon and sweet heather honey complement Bowmore's trademark peat smoke, leading to a delicious, long and mellow finish.

This “entry level” wine of Ornellaia is a bright, lively wine that will introduce any wine drinker to the beauties of Ornellaia wines as it is instantly drinkable, enjoyable, and versatile. Made with (mostly) Merlot with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, there is an abundance of cherry, strawberry, tobacco and spice aromas and flavours. Priced for instant consumption but can also be aged and held until 2030.

With more approachability, and less pretense than its big brother Sassicaia, this Guidalberto embraces a younger style of wine that seeks fragrance, sweetness and softness on the palate due to the inclusion of Merlot. This wine was first intruduced in market in 2000 and was named after a family ancestor who was an agricultrual pioneer in the Bolgheri area. According the winemaker Carlo Paoli, the 2021 is the best vintage ever made. Deep purple with aromas and flavours of blackberry and plum, framed by spice, cola and earth. Velvety rich with vibrant acidity, it's an excellent choice if one cannot afford the oppulence of Sassicaia.

Maccarj is a dense and powerful wine with a perfumed nose of ripe black cherry, garrigue, iron notes and eucalyptus. The tannins are firm and powerful with lingering flavours of blackberry fruit and juniper along with a meaty, black olive quality, typical of this cru.

Buffaleffj is a 3ha site with a unique soil mix of black clay, white limestone, and red sand. The wine has concentrated black cherry and blackberry notes, roasted eggplant, and spice. Even though the climate here is very hot, the wine maintains its acidity, yet with a velvety palate of blackberries and sour cherries, with mineral and herbal complexity that leads to a long and sumptuous finish.

Along with the 2018 already in house, the 2019 has since arrived and now is the time to pick up a mini vertical of these wines. Highly sought after and with a cult following, these wines are rare. This is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity. The nose is full of ripe yellow fruits and white flowers. The palate is rich, warm and well balanced with beautiful acidity and sapidity.
