With over 170 years of history the Ippolito winery is the oldest in the region of Calabria and only grows native cultivars on old vines. Greco Bianco is likely the highest quality white grape variety, growing here for 1000 years – a true autochthonous variety. Not to be confused with Greco (from Campania), this fresh and zesty white wine shows the terroir with aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, citrus notes and the unmistakable saline finish that comes from grapes being grown by the sea. A deliciously quaffable white wine.

Pale yellow-green, with star bright clarity. Lifted passionfruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, and peach fruit flavours, with complexing hints of jalapeno, nettle, boxwood and blackcurrant leaf. A full-flavoured, medium-bodied wine, with an abundance of regionally typical blackcurrant and gooseberry flavours that linger on the dry, clean finish. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to summer salads, poultry and mussels. Also, try it with lobster and white fish.

In order to craft a harmonious dry Gewürztraminer it requires skill and vision. Christian succeeded with his dry interpretation of this very eccentric and aromatic grape variety. A beautiful nose of rose petals, ripe yellow fruit, and pear with elegance and smooth acidity. A dry Gewürztraminer that is a testament to the skill of the grower. It delivers all the exotic notes that we associate with this grape variety while inviting us to enjoy another glass with its clean and refreshing finish. Remarkable.

Ca dei Frati I Frati Lugana DOC 2020 is a white wine made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown in the Lugana subregion of Lombardy, Italy. The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a complex aroma of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and well-balanced with a long and mineral finish. This wine is a great example of the quality and elegance of the wines produced in the Lugana subregion.

Full and round on the palate with notes of minerality, spices and hazelnut. It is fresh and pleasing in the first two to three years with seven years aging potential.

A delicate semi-sweet white wine made from Muscat grapes harvested in the vineyards located in Codru and Valul lui Traian wine regions of Moldova. It displays a golden straw color with amazing floral notes. This wine exhibits a refreshing citrus fruit with a lingering sweet finish.

This is a graceful Chardonnay with inviting aromas of apricot, honeysuckle, white peach, and brioche with a mineral-floral note. The wine has a bright and flavorful mouthfeel with a savory coating, texture, and lingering citrus flavors.

In the Mosel dialect, "Dajoar" translates to "as in the old days". This was the name chosen by Andreas for a style of Riesling made in tribute to the classic Mosel wines of the past. It is off-dry with a playful sweetness that balances its crisp acidity, resulting in a bright and fresh wine with notes of green and yellow fruit, a strong mid-palate, and a long mineral finish. This wine has a pale yellow color with golden reflections. Its nose is very expressive, with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and fresh fruits. The lemony freshness of the attack gives way to an ample, complex and aromatic mouth, very tasty. It is a refined wine with a delicate texture, in complete harmony.

A varietal, classic Riesling with a pleasantly light character that confidently represents the residual sweet Mosel Cabernets.

This aromatic white wine comes from one of Italy's smallest wine regions. Known as the "Italian Riviera", Liguria is a narrow coastal strip that lies between the Ligurian Sea and the Maritime Alps and the Apennines. An area with little cultivable land, most of Liguria's wines are consumed locally. Owned by the Bosoni family, Cantine Lunae is one of the few Ligurian producers that has a presence in international markets. Based in the eastern Ligurian appellation of Colli di Luni, the winery is renowned for its Vermentino dominated wines. A wonderful match for Liguria's exceptional seafood driven cuisine, Vermentino is known for its balanced acidity and minerality. For the Labianca, Cantine Lunae added 20% Malvasia to the blend to boost the wine's aromatics. Aged on the fine lees for 4 months in steel tanks, it displays tropical notes of passionfruit, mango, and white peach.

Decoy Sauvignon Blanc is a single-varietal wine made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from premium vineyards in Sonoma County, California. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and vibrant character. Decoy Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw colour with aromas of citrus, melon, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with flavours of grapefruit, lime, and passion fruit. The wine has a bright acidity and a clean, zesty finish.

This aromatic Sauvignon with a sparkling straw-yellow colour was harvested from Cricova vineyards in the Central and Southern Moldova wine regions. On the nose it exhibits a mild bouquet of jasmine and honey. The taste is fresh and smooth with a crisp, dry minerality.

Yellow with hints of green, the nose is fine and delicate, elegant and racy, presenting the aromas of fresh fruit. The attack is supple, suggesting notes of lemon that are almost menthol (camphor). The final reveals hints of ripe fruit and candied fruit. It's fat and long.

Bone dry and minerally, with a stony austerity to the lemons, limes, pears and pineapples. Enormously complex in the interaction of fruit, acidity, lees, oak and fine, subtle tannins. Chablis-like and elegant, and should show evolutionary development over the next six years.

The De Grendel farm of Cape Town are always purveyors of good wine and this particular vintage show tropical fruit on the nose without that typical jalapeno pepper that is sometimes found in SA sauvignon blanc. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, yet with an unctuous mouth feel and continuing with tropical pineapple, guava and banana. Not complex, yet elegant and drinkable alone or with mixed green salads with poke tuna or salmon mixed in.

This wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - a mutation of pinot noir, yet grown on steep slopes in the mountainous region of Alto-Adige with a cool, high altitude climate resulting in wines with zingy, fresh, high acidity.  The nose exhibits yellow apple, fresh Italian herbs with nuances of citrus. Initially linear in style, the ageing on the lees adds texture and complexity.  Pinot blanc is always a great alternative to those looking for a change of pace to pinot grigio.

This Sauvignon Blanc is zesty with lively acidity, hints of passion fruit and gooseberry. There is a touch of richness on the palate which is well balanced by the vibrant acidity and finishes long and clean.

Antoniolo Erbaluce di Caluso 2021 is a bright yellow wine with pale green reflections in the glass. The nose is very floral, with jasmine, green apple and apricot. The palate is crisp and very fine, elegant, with very tasty acidity. Strong mineral core, very refreshing.

This Auslese (late harvest) wine from Weingut Bergdolt-Reif Nett is a classic example of Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) from the Pfalz region. It has a deep golden color with aromas of ripe peach, apricot, and honey. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied with flavors of baked apple, pear, and a touch of spice. The wine has a well-balanced acidity, which gives it a lively freshness and a long, satisfying finish.

Domaine du Carrou's Sancerre Blanc  is a vibrant white wine produced in the Loire Valley region of France, specifically in the subregion of Sancerre. Made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine is known for its bright acidity and notes of citrus and tropical fruit, as well as a distinct minerality. On the nose, one can detect aromas of white flowers and grapefruit, while on the palate, flavors of lime, passion fruit, and a subtle hint of honey are prominent. With its crisp and refreshing finish, this Sancerre Blanc is a perfect pairing for seafood dishes, salads, or simply enjoyed on its own.

In 1991, Oyster Bay's Sauvignon Blanc won a gold medal at the 22nd International Wine & Spirit Competition in London, which was the estate's debut vintage. The win was an instant success and quickly gained popularity. Although Marlborough is renowned for Sauvignon Blanc, Hawke's Bay is recognized as the home of Pinot Gris. This vibrant white wine has a remarkable aromatic profile, consisting of lemon, white peach, pear, flowers, and herbaceous notes. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, offering a harmonious blend of flavors.

Château des Quarts was created in 2012 through a joint partnership between two old friends, Dominique Lafon and Olivier Merlin.

For over a decade, Olivier had tasked himself with sourcing and making wine from the best sites within Pouilly-Fuissé and bottling them under his own label. After buying grapes from Clos des Quarts for several vintages, he was first approached with the news that it was for sale. Having been already convinced of the terroir's integrity he jumped on the opportunity.

The vineyard is located in Chaintré, the southernmost village of Pouilly-Fuissé. At just over 2 hectares, the oldest vines are almost a century old and are planted on clay-limestone soils.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Chardonnay is a white wine produced by Jacob's Creek winery in South Australia. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that are carefully selected and harvested by hand.

The wine is aged using a unique "double barrel" technique, which involves maturing the wine in French oak barrels, and then finishing it in specially selected, toasted American oak barrels. This process imparts complex flavors and aromas to the wine, including notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice.

This albariño, true to its varietal character, combines freshness and complexity thanks to an ageing process on the lees and the contribution of a short stay in oak foudres. A wine with a lot of personalities that will accompany your appetizer to lead you to a meal full of experiences.

Enjoy a wheat color wine with fragrant aromas of linden and lemon blossoms. A truly unique blend of two feminine named grapes- Viorica and Feteasca Alba. On the palate there are fresh notes of pear, lime, and gooseberry. The finish is long, smooth, and refreshing.

Yellow straw with greenish hues. Rather restrained nose of citrus, green mango, apples. Surprising length on the palate, preceded by concentrated mineratlity, fresh apples and lemon tones.

This blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30 % Semillon offers some of the best value with excellent quality in white Bordeaux. Classic and elegant, the acidity is vibrant with lip-smacking salinity and further flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of jasmine.

In the glass, the Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir presents itself in a very pale salmon color. The aromas of gooseberries and exotic fruits are therefore intense and unusual. Juicy, elegant and absolutely innovative! A wonderful Blanc de Noir from the Middle Kingdom.
