All About Valetine's Day (1)

Valentine's Day is coming, and many friends don't know what to give their partner as a gift or how to use it. Today, let's learn how to make a simple wine-infused chocolate as a gift for your partner, so they can feel your passionate love!

The best choice for making wine-infused chocolate is dark chocolate. The slightly bitter chocolate combined with the light wine flavor creates a sweet and fragrant taste, just like the bittersweet love that never fades.

Ingredients: Main: 200g dark chocolate 50g white chocolate 25g rum Supplementary: 45g milk

Steps:

1. Filling: heat milk, pour it into white chocolate, and stir until the chocolate melts. Add rum to the mixture and continue stirring until smooth. Pour the wine-infused filling into a piping bag, refrigerate for later use.

2. Shell: boil water in a milk pot and place a heat-resistant glass bowl on top.

3. Put half of the dark chocolate in the bowl and stir until mostly melted.

4. Take the glass bowl off and stir the chocolate, then add the remaining chocolate.

5. Use residual heat to melt the chocolate in the bowl.

6. Take a room-temperature spoon, dip it in the chocolate, and let it sit for 3-5 minutes to solidify and have a glossy appearance. This means the temperature is appropriate.

7. Pour the chocolate into the mold, shake it to level it out, and remove any excess chocolate.

8. Scrape off the chocolate on the surface of the mold.

9. Turn the mold over onto wax paper and wait for the chocolate to solidify.

10. Squeeze the wine-infused filling into the chocolate.

11. Seal it with the remaining dark chocolate. Let the chocolate sit at room temperature until solid, then take it out of the mold (for those who are impatient, you can refrigerate it to solidify).

12. Melt some white chocolate, squeeze it on top as decoration.

Tips:

    1. You can choose the type of chocolate according to your preference, such as dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, etc. However, it is recommended to use chocolate with pure cocoa butter, not substitute cocoa butter.
    2. Finished product storage time: room temperature storage 2-3 days, refrigerated storage 4-5 days.
