Adami Bosco di Gica Brut Prosecco DOCG is a sparkling wine produced by the Adami winery located in Veneto, Italy. Chalk soils have long been considered one of the key resources enabling the Champagne region to produce such intense and refined wines. Aiming to highlight this relationship, Andre Clouet have released a new wine in their range further dialling up the crisp and salty flavours so prevalent in wines from these chalk rich soils. As a 100% Chardonnay cuvee, this initial release of "Chalky" is entirely from the outstanding 2013 vintage, with vineyard sources one third from the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, and two thirds on the Cote de Blancs. After pressing, fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks before being aged for seven years in the bottle, disgorged early in 2021 with 6g/L dosage. Expect a lively, salty, mineral inflected wine that is a perfect aperitif or wine to drink alongside fresh oysters.

The Vecchia Modena Premium Lambrusco di Sorbara represents the history both of the Chiarli wine Company and of Lambrusco wine itself. The bottle and label are reproductions of an 1892 bottlethe oldest existing bottle containing Lambruscothat is still treasured in the Chiarli archives today. Chiarli Vecchia Modena won the first international recognition by a Lambrusco wine at the World Expo in Paris in 1900. The Vettoretti family owns 32ha in the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG zone of Prosecco prodcution, as well as property in the Treviso DOC. All fruit used in their wine is estate grown and hand harvested. This unique blend of Merlot and Incrocio Manzoni (Incrocio means "crossing" and is a a crossing of Raboso and Muscat of Hamburg) is fruity with hints of strawberry, raspberry and hints of pepper and sage. Reserva Heredad was created to mark style in the world of high-end sparkling wines. We elaborate it with the objective of offering an elegant and versatile cava.
