Pumpkin Spice Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Tequila
- 1o oz, Cointreau
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 oz. Pumpkin Puree
Spiced Rim:
- Sea Salt
- Brown Sugar
- Ground Cinnamon
- Cinnamon Stick For Garnish
- Lime Wedges
Instructions:
1. Make the rim mixture by combining coarse sea salt, brown sugar and cinnamon on a small plate.
2. Wet the rim of your margarita glass with a lime wedge and dip in the salt mixture. Fill the glass with ice and set it aside to make the cocktail.
3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine: 2 oz tequila, 1 oz cointreau, ½ oz lime juice and 2 oz of pumpkin puree. Shake until well chilled.
4. Strain into the prepared glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy!
Thanksgiving sangria - 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Bottle Of Dry Wine
- 1 Cup Apple Cider
- 1/2 Cup Brandy
- 1/2 Pumpkin Butter
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Honey Crisp Apples, Sliced
- 2 Blood Oranges, Sliced
- 1 Cup Pomegranate Arils
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 12 oz. Ginger Beer
- Star Anise For Garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine all the ingredients except the ginger beer. Stir and then place in the fridge until chilled.
2. Before serving, add the ginger beer. Fill each glass with ice and pour the sangria over the ice. If desired top with more ginger beer. Drink up!

Instructions:
1. Place 2 martini glasses in the freezer.

3. For the Pumpkin Pie Martini: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, rum, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half and half, pumpkin pie spice, salt and ice cubes. Cover and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Strain into the 2 martini glasses.
4. Top each glass with one piece of frozen whipped cream. Sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice and serve immediately.
