This whisky is matured in re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts, and bourbon barrels. After maturation, a few drops of water are added to achieve a batch strength of 57% abv. The result is a monumental dram that marries Kilchoman's natural peat smoke and citrus character with notes of dark fruits, rich spices, and salted caramel sweetness.

Fuenteseca Tequila presents the mastery of agave cultivation and tequila distillation using agave cultivated in various soil types, distilled in assorted still types, and rested in an array of vessels, be they of stainless steel or a collection of wooden casks from around the world… harmonizing to create incomparable spirits in a series of limited bottlings.

Distilled in the late winter of 2006, this unique expression of tequila was crafted with two-thirds distilled in a modified double-copper column still to achieve a lower proof, and the remaining third distilled in an alembic pot still. For the aging process, one-third of the batch was placed in American white oak casks that had previously aged California red wine, while the remaining two-thirds were aged in used dark French oak barrels. These casks were then aged for a full 11 years at an elevation of 3,800 feet in a cool, subterranean barrel room.

Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca's innovative approach involves distilling three-quarters of the batch in a modified double-copper column still and the rest in an alembic pot still, followed by aging a quarter of the distillate in American white oak casks previously used for California red wine and the remainder in used dark French Oak. This process culminates in a nine-year maturation in a damp-climate cellar, once an early 20th-century water cistern, ensuring a slow, cool aging with minimal wood interaction. The result is a limited series of tequila with a rich amber color, and notes of espresso, vanilla, and cocoa.

Grace O'Malley Heather Infused Irish Gin is crafted using 14 aromatic botanicals sourced from the west of Ireland, including indigenous ingredients such as heather, wild thyme, red clover, blackthorn, fraughan (bilberry), and rock samphire. This gin pays homage to traditional distilling methods while incorporating modern techniques to capture the full intensity of flavors. With its rounded and balanced profile, it offers a fresh, floral finish that perfectly complements its intense herbal character. On the palate, expect a burst of freshly harvested wild juniper and citrus notes, followed by grassy undertones and a dry heather sensation, with subtle maritime hints.

In 2006, Don Julio, with his family, planted their final agave field. To preserve this tequila and the exquisite agave piñas behind it, we have implemented a Solera aging system. The Solera aging method combines and matures tequilas of different characteristics finished in unique casks, allowing the final agave harvest to remain at the heart of this rare Extra Añejo Tequila. Tomoe Gozen, a legendary female samurai from 13th century Japan, who led troops into battle armed with a naginata and kaiken, lends her name to a Japanese whisky crafted at the Yamanashi Prefecture Distillery. Aged for 8 years in Mizunara oak barrels, this whisky combines grain and malt whisky to create a profile characterized by warm, fruity, and vanilla notes, complemented by hints of oak, red apple, coconut, and marzipan flavors. The experience culminates in a medium-length finish, embodying the spirit of this revered warrior.

An accomplished blend packed with appealing flavors from Miyagikyo and Yoichi Distilleries. Honey, baked lemon, vanilla essence, brioche, golden syrup, and spring tree blossom aromas, with hints of butterscotch and caramel. Smooth, rich, and rounded, this has toffee, chocolate, red berry fruit, plum, vanilla pod, a touch of oak char, and clipped spices. A flash of peat smoke on the finish, with flavors of burnt sugar, baked fruits, and spices.

Part of the Jura range exhibiting ‘sweetness and smoke.’ This was aged in first-fill American oak barrels and finished in six different types of French oak casks. Nutty on the nose, with freshly sawn wood, savory notes, and emerging ripe peaches. Very fruity on the palate, with tangerines, fudge, cinnamon, and toasted oak. Drying in the finish, with nutmeg.

This rum blended with coconut extract makes one tasty piña colada shortcut. It's clear, quite sweet and palate-coating like a liqueur, with bold coconut flavor.

The first single malt in the world aged exclusively in French Limousin Oak and Cognac casks, Brenne Estate Cask is twice-distilled in a copper alembic still, and aged for a minimum of six years. The whisky has perfumed fruit and French patisserie aromas with creamy and complex sugar notes of rich creme brûlée and burnt caramel. On the palate: notes of banana, tropical fruits, and warm spices like cinnamon and clove.
