Produced in Colombia, this delicious Solera rum from Dictador, aged for between 8 and 14 years, with an average age of 12 years. The rum is diluted to bottling strength with demineralised water which is added in drops over a period of 28 days.

A truly delicious and harmonious wine. Pale gold color, very bright. The aromas bring to mind honey, almond and lemongrass (citronella). As the wine matures, intense flavors of grilled hazelnut and almonds are in evidence

Madre Ensamble Espadin - Cuishe Mezcal is a finely crafted spirit that blends the distinct characteristics of two agave varieties: Espadin and Cuishe. The mezcal presents a clear and bright appearance, with an aroma that intertwines the sweet, fruity notes of Espadin with the herbal, earthy tones of Cuishe. On the palate, it delivers a harmonious mix of flavors, from the soft sweetness of cooked agave to hints of green vegetation and a subtle smokiness, achieved through traditional pit roasting. The finish is smooth, with a lasting complexity that reflects the skillful blend of agaves. Madre Ensamble is an invitation to experience the depth and breadth of mezcal, ideal for sipping slowly to appreciate its intricate flavors.

A brick-red appearance with some light orange tinges leads into a fine slightly smokey aroma with hints of dried fruits. The palate is refreshing, with wonderful acidity and hints of dried apricots and crystallised fruit, leading to a lengthy mellow spirit driven finish.

The final cornerstone of Douglas Laing’s Remarkable Regional Malts range, this blended malt celebrates the best from the Islands. The peat smoke finds harmony with the nose of pine, lemon curd, dewy lawns, and vanilla fudge. This is gloriously full-flavored; the peatiness certainly delivers, but there is a pleasant nip of saltiness too. The black pepper finish leads to a long lasting salty smack on the lips. Minty herbs, plums, tobacco leaf and cigar box in the nose introduce the medium-bodied, soft, silky, fresh and chalky red fruits oriented wine. This will be gorgeous to enjoy on release. The wine was produced from a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

The tastiest of their Signature range, this boasts a dry oak and spice nose with fudge, rye bread, and banana interwoven with French oak influences of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ground ginger. As the gentle orange, malt, pear, and apple settle down, little spicy explosions of ginger and pepper detonate, leaving an aftermath of spiced malt, coffee cake, milk chocolate, and cocoa. Such a wonderful flavor trajectory to behold.

Gekkeikan Taru Sake 720ml is a premium Japanese sake aged in Yoshino cedar wood casks, delivering a distinctive, refreshing aroma of fresh wood, spices, and herbaceous notes. This 15%-16% ABV sake offers a smooth, umami-rich body with a clean, cedar-forward finish, and is versatile enough to be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or warm.

Nose: Intense aromas of dried fruits, particularly raisins and figs, with hints of caramel and toffee.

Taste: Rich and luscious flavors of dried apricots, dates, and prunes, accompanied by notes of honey and brown sugar.

Palate: Velvety smooth texture with a full-bodied mouthfeel, showcasing a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a delightful aftertaste of dried fruits and sweet spices.

The nose offers antiseptics, Band-Aids, caramel, lemon peel, grassy smoke, and aniseed balls. As it unfurls, the smoke combines with notes of rich chocolate brownie and earthy peat. Honeyed, with sweet smoke on the palate, juicy citrus notes, sherbet, vanilla, ice cream wafers, clementine, and a bright finish of tangy citrus and sherbet. Dangerously drinkable, and one you’ll want to keep within easy reach for a second pour.

Expect a burnished gold hue and fresh apple scent. The palate opens distinctly sweet, with salted caramel, rum raisin and baked-apple tones, but finishes gently with ginger spice and vanilla.

Chiyomusubi Pure Malt Whisky Amarone is a Japanese blended malt produced by Sakaiminato Distillery (established 2021) in Tottori Prefecture. It is a 700mL (43-45% ABV) spirit that undergoes a unique, limited-production maturation process, starting with port casks and finishing in Italian Amarone red wine barrels, offering a rich, sweet, and complex profile.

Pale gold with amber hues; lovely aromas of citrus peel, light toast, honey, dried flowers and spice; the palate shows more spice with brine, candied orange peel, marmalade and vanilla.

This golden Tequila has an herbaceous aroma that suggests fresh basil and a hint of pineapple. The palate shows lots of vanilla—peppered with drying, spicy-hot dashes of cayenne, cinnamon and black pepper—and smoothed by a hint of tropical fruit on the finish.

This Glenfarclas Single Cask Single Malt from the Family Casks Summer Release 2023 was distilled in 2005. It spent its entire maturation time in a 4th fill butt with the number 3034 before being bottled on July 19, 2023, at cask strength with 59.6% vol.

Anne-Sophie Dubois is part of a young generation of vignerons redefining the identity of Beaujolais. Born and raised in Champagne, she caught the wine bug early and spent her formative years learning the ropes in Burgundy. Even though she only works with one grape variety, the three vineyards she gets her fruit from couldn't be more different. The Les Labourons vineyard is described as complex and dense with very bottles produced. Ageable, so this 3L will mellow over time.

Extremely floral with blackberry and blueberry character plus hints of violets. Full-bodied yet always in check and reserve with fine tannins and bright acidity that goes on for minutes. Limestone undertones. The finish is particularly long this vintage. Super Clerc. Try in 2021.

Beautiful garnet colour. Aromatic, with sophisticated notes of spice. Some extracts of red fruit such as blackcurrant or cherry on floral notes of violet. On the palate, the attack is fresh and mineral with aromas of a well-balanced fruit. The wine is vibrant.
