Schweinhardt Riesling Kabinett is a fresh, fruity German white wine, typically light-bodied with vibrant acidity and notes of green apple, citrus (lime, clementine), apricot, pear, and minerality, often showing subtle herbal or smoky hints. Classified as a Kabinett, it's a lower alcohol, entry-level Riesling that's refreshing, balanced (can be off-dry), and great for everyday drinking or pairing with light dishes, offering a classic taste of German Riesling. 

The oldest soils can be found in the Rothenberg area. They are of volcanic origin. The vineyard has several terraces. This Riesling grows on particularly old vines on these steps. Aromas of peaches and apricots. Emphatically mineral, with acidity. Very good with Asian dishes.

In the Mosel dialect, "Dajoar" translates to "as in the old days". This was the name chosen by Andreas for a style of Riesling made in tribute to the classic Mosel wines of the past. It is off-dry with a playful sweetness that balances its crisp acidity, resulting in a bright and fresh wine with notes of green and yellow fruit, a strong mid-palate, and a long mineral finish. It's a delightful wine that offers great value.

Dry, with less than 2g/l of residual sugar, this Riesling from Washington State spends some time on the lees in older oak barrels just to add a little texture, and that works: it is brimming with bright citrus and rosy apple, a little floral aroma, a tang of lemon sherbet and lots of zest. The palate has that bit of weight and texture, but those sweeping acids fire through the peachier, slightly more tropical tones, but shimmering and long and delightfully zippy and fresh.

Riesling Auslese - tops 100% in sweetness. Exotic and full of honey notes with an extremely long finish. A queen, pure pleasure. The Rothenberg is a wine - very noble and smooth on the finish.Simply delicious. Goes well as a dessert or with smoked and blue cheese.

Vineland Estates Semi-Dry Riesling VQA typically showcases a vibrant profile with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and a hint of sweetness, balanced by a refreshing acidity. Made with the same grapes and care that go into the Leitz award-winning “regular” Rieslings and Pinot Noirs, the wines are de-alcoholised through a low temperature vaccuum distillation process to ensure alcohol is removed without removing the all important natural aromas and remarkable properties of the terroir. The wine is clean and fresh with notes of lime and citrus; surprisingly rhubarb and a little hint of red apples on an underlying mineral base. The finish is dry and relatively long.

Typical nose with notes of apricot, ripe citrus fruits, and mineral-spicy hints. On the palate of medium stature with noticeable CO2, intense acidity and balancing, subtle sweetness. Medium length.

Light gold-yellow colour. The nose is still on its reserve but allows for glimpses of beautiful aromas of fruit, ripe citrus, wet stone and spices (thyme). Its aromatic delicacy does not predict the powerful attack of this Brand. Rich, dense, and intense, it vigorously envelops the palate. The mouth becomes strict on the finish with a sapid mineral mouthfeel. There is no doubt that this wine will close up slightly in the months following the bottling. You will then have to be patient and give it time to open up. This Brand is dense and strict. It embodies the verticality expected of such a granitic terroir and has excellent aging potential. Try with oily fish dishes.

Dr. Zenzen Propstei Ebernach Riesling Trocken is a crisp, dry (trocken) German white wine from the Mosel region, featuring 12.0% alc/vol, 6.4 g/l residual sugar, and a Stelvin closure. It is known for its aromatic, fresh white fruit profile, charming spice, and harmonious, light-footed character, often showcasing notes of citrus and apple.

Dr. Zenzen Propstei Ebernach Riesling Feinherb is an off-dry, 11.5% ABV white wine from Germany's Mosel region, featuring delicate residual sweetness (\(21.1\text{\ g/l}\)) and light mineral acidity. Known for its elegant, fresh, and slightly fruity profile, this Feinherb (or off-dry) Riesling pairs well with light fish, white meat, salads, or Asian cuisine. 

The Rosch family represents three generations of winemaking in the Mosel. Their land is 8.5ha of Riesling grown on mostly slate soils. With the cool climate, the grapes ripen later, then only natural yeasts are used which aid to express the terroir of the Mosel. The term "feinherb" is referred to as off-dry and with 19 g/L of residual sugar, the wine has aromas of apricots and peaches to match the racy acidity. A refreshing, harmonious wine with Drinkflusse(a nicer way of saying highly quaffable).

Since 1620, the Humbrecht family has been cultivating their wines in the great patchwork quilt terroirs of Alsace in northern France. Today, they own 42ha in several Grand Cru sites, including Rangen de Thann, the most southerly of the Alsace vineyards. The volcanic terroir of Rangen dominates the aromatics of this young wine with all its power: gunflint, crushed rocks, ripe white and green fruits, typical of the variety. Intense, high acidity and ripe tannins of the vintage make this wine extremely ageable.
