Inspired after a visit to Bordeaux, Dan Duckhorn produced the first vintage of Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot in 1978. Highlighting Estate vineyards and top sites, our renown Merlot reflects the diversity of the valley's many appellations. Blending with Cabernet Sauvignon adds notable depth and structure, as well as signature flavors of black cherry, plum and spice.

Bizarre and Fierce” it says on the label, referring to the octopus-like sea creature logo. But it accurately describes this unique “black spiced” rum, too. This dry-style rum smells like allspice and cola, and tastes dark and spicy, like overdone gingerbread, with loads of vanilla, plus ginger and pepper notes on the finish. Though too intense for sipping alone, tempered with mixers like ginger ale and lime juice, it has the potential to add rich spice and intrigue in all the right places.

This expression is described by the distillers as “the heart of our range.” Matured in virgin oak, Pedro Ximénez, and oloroso casks. Oily on the nose, with ripe banana and a hint of oak. The Prisoner is a full-bodied and rich red blend that has gained a cult following since its first release in 2000. The wine is made from a blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Charbono, and Grenache grapes sourced from various vineyards in the Napa Valley. The wine is aged in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels for up to 16 months, resulting in a complex and layered wine with aromas of blackberry, vanilla, and spice. Rémy Martin is known for its high-quality cognacs, which are made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (a type of brandy) aged for at least two and a half years. The company produces a range of cognacs, including Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale), Rémy Martin XO (Extra Old), and Rémy Martin Louis XIII, which is a blend of more than 1,200 eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 40 years. This sparkling rose cuvee is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with a lovely, elegant floral bouquet and subtle blackcurrant on the paalte with a balanced taste.

Meet Engine, the ultimate taste explosion. This London dry gin is hand-crafted by master distillers in small batches and bottled by hand in the Alta Langa region of north-western Italy. Engine's formula honours Italian and Piedmont traditions, inspired by ancient digestive remedies like rosolios, cordials, and liquors made from sage and lemon. Yellowstone is a venerable bourbon label with roots tracing back to 1872, coinciding with the establishment of its eponymous national park. Undergoing a renaissance since 2014, the brand is now helmed by Limestone Branch proprietors, brothers Steve and Paul Beam, direct descendants of William Dant, a pivotal figure in its early history. Yellowstone Select represents a fusion of Limestone Branch's proprietary 4-year distillate with a carefully sourced 7-year Kentucky bourbon, the origin of which remains undisclosed. Though characterized as a higher-rye blend, the precise mash bill remains a closely guarded secret. Bottled at 93 proof, it embodies a harmonious balance of tradition and innovation.

This bold, ripe but nicely polished wine wraps black cherries, black currants and mint in moderate, fine-grained tannins that will help carry it for several years. Subtle cinnamon, clove and cedar accents keep it interesting on the finish. Best through 2030.

El Dorado 21 Year Old Special Reserve is a highly acclaimed, premium Demerara rum from Guyana, aged for 21 to 25 years in oak barrels. It features a deep amber color with a complex, silky-smooth palate, offering rich notes of caramel, dried fruit, baking spices, tobacco, and coffee. Known for its long, warm, and velvety finish, it is considered an exceptional sipping rum.

A much-loved single malt, Cardhu is an easy-going, charming Speysider. With clean, crisp oak and sweet malt evoking flavours of honeyed flapjacks and home-made caramel squares, this is one for the sweet-toothed among you.

Nose: At full strength, heady, nose prickle, pear drops and tightly integrated heather, resin and sweet honey-nut notes. Enticing. Intriguing. With a little water, still harmonious but less pronounced, allowing some malt-cereal, soft, spicy wood, moorland and faint traces of wood smoke to appear.

Body: Soft, pleasing, medium.

Palate: Palate Well balanced, smooth mouthfeel; short punch, sweet and fresh, then a pronounced drying effect. Enjoyable at any time, with little or no water.

Finish: Quite short. Some lingering sweet smoke in the attractive, drying aftertaste.

Liqueur created by the best craftsmen of France “Sommeliers”. This special Chartreuse Jaune cuvée was first created in 2008 by the Chartreux Fathers in close collaboration with the Meilleur Ouvriers de France Sommeliers (M.O.F). Ideally as a digestif, to be served chilled between 12 and 13 ° to discover all the flavor and aromatic complexity. Can also be enjoyed on ice.

Tequila Cascahuín Blanco is an artisanal, 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from El Arenal, Jalisco (NOM 1123), known for its clean, traditional production methods. It features a bright, citrus-forward profile with strong cooked agave notes, distinct minerality, and a smooth finish. 

Myth is a single malt whisky matured in a range of specially selected ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks, bottled at 41% abv. This whisky has a Kosher certificate.

Nose: Fresh and lively, Myth has mixed citrus fruits mingling with apple, pear drops and the merest hint of tropical fruits

Palate: Sweetness dominates then moves over to allow some refreshing bitterness to emerge while the mixed fruits continue to dominate the flavour

Finish: Gradually all the flavours ebb away to leave memories of a lively and light style of whisky that is easy to drink

Created by longtime friends with a shared love of tequila. The focus was to create a smooth spirit that does not require salt or lime. Slowly crafted and aged for several months, results in a golden colour filled with notes of oak, caramel, and cocoa. Superb silkiness on the palate with a finish that is long and smooth.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. Clean, agave forward; this a blanco that everyone should be drinking.

Diplomatico Reserva Exclusive is an award-winning, dark Venezuelan rum blended from sugar cane honeys and aged in oak for up to 12 years, known for its amber color and complex profile of sweet toffee, dried fruits, and orange peel, with a smooth, long-lasting finish. This multi-award-winning sipping rum is produced by Diplomático Rum and is ideal served neat or used in sophisticated cocktails.

Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 is a heavily peated (40 PPM) Islay single malt, aged 10 years in a blend of 65% first-fill American whiskey, 10% second-fill American whiskey, and 25% second-fill French wine casks. Bottled at 50% ABV, it features a complex, maritime, and smoky profile, balancing earthy peat with vanilla, caramel, and citrus.

Alvear Brandy Gran Reserva is one of the gems by the winery Alvear. This brandy has been aged 25 years in extremely old American oak barrels, by means of the solera system.

Dassai '39' Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a high-quality sake made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. The sake is brewed using a traditional method, which involves milling the rice grains to 39% of their original size, resulting in a refined and delicate flavor profile. Dassai '39' has a fragrant and fruity aroma with notes of apple, pear, and peach on the palate. It has a smooth and creamy texture, with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing acidity. This sake is best enjoyed chilled and can be paired with a range of Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, and grilled fish.
