Kujira 5 Year Old Single Grain Whisky is a premium Japanese Ryukyu whisky produced by Masahiro Distillery in Okinawa, made from 100% Indica rice and black koji. Aged for over 5 years in virgin white oak casks in a subtropical climate, it offers a rich, smooth profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, dried fruits, and woody spices, typically bottled at 43% ABV.

Shinobu Newborn Single Malt is a young,,,50% ABV Japanese whisky from Niigata, crafted by master distiller Ken Usami. It is aged for over a year in Mizunara oak and first-fill bourbon barrels, resulting in a vibrant, full-bodied spirit with notes of green apple, citrus, honey, and oak spice.

The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 7 (2022) is a 56.8% ABV Speyside single malt matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, along with Virgin Oak and Rioja casks. It is characterized by a rich, indulgent profile featuring notes of dark chocolate, ripe plums, raisins, honey, and baking spices.

The GlenAllachie 7 Year Old Hungarian Virgin Oak (Batch 3) is a 48% ABV Speyside single malt, initially aged in American oak barrels and finished for 18 months in rare Hungarian Quercus Petraea oak from the Zemplén forest. It offers a complex profile of heather honey, butterscotch, cinnamon, and ginger, delivering a rich, spicy, and nutty flavor profile with a long finish.

The GlenAllachie 2012 Vintage Cuvée Wine Cask Finish is a 9-10 year old Speyside single malt (48% ABV) created by Billy Walker, matured in American oak before finishing in a blend of Bordeaux, Languedoc, and Valpolicella casks. It offers notes of orange blossom, red berries, and cocoa, with a palate of dark chocolate, figs, and spices.

Copperworks Plum Gin is a limited-annual release from Seattle’s Copperworks Distilling Co. that macerates Italian prune plums (roughly 1lb per bottle) in their Small Batch Gin for several months. It features a natural, vibrant plum color, with tasting notes of stewed fruit, dark cherries, tannins, baking spice, and a hint of citrus-forward gin.

The Royal Cane Jamaica 2010 is a 12-year-old single cask rum bottled by The Royal Cane Cask Company. It is produced from molasses using a pot still at the Clarendon Distillery in Jamaica. This expression is aged for 8 years in the tropics and 4 years in Europe (continental aging).

The Worthy Park 2015 Single Barrel Pick is a Jamaican pot-still rum distilled in 2015, often matured in ex-bourbon barrels, and released at cask strength. Known for showcasing the WPL (Worthy Park Light) marque, it offers a balance of tropical fruit notes like banana and pineapple, with vanilla, oak, and typical Jamaican funk. 

Cragganmore Distillers Edition is a complex, award-winning Speyside single malt, double-matured in port-seasoned American oak casks to enhance its signature delicate, smoky, and malty profile with rich, jammy fruitiness. Bottled at 40% ABV, it features notes of honey-covered raspberries, apricot, cacao, and subtle wood spice.

Kaiyo 7 Year Old Mizunara Oak ("The Single") is a Japanese malt whisky characterized by a unique "ocean maturation" process and aging in rare Japanese Mizunara oak. It is distilled on a Coffey still and, after an initial maturation, spends a final 3-to-6-month period on a ship, where the constant motion of the ocean and changing air pressure are intended to intensify the interaction between the whisky and the oak.

Benriach The Smoky Ten is a 10-year-old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky that showcases the distillery's tradition of using Highland peat, offering a distinct "sweet and smoky" profile. Launched as part of the core range in 2020, this expression is designed to be an accessible, fruit-forward, and lightly peated alternative to intense Islay whiskies.

The Kurayoshi 8 Year Old is a 43%-46% ABV blended malt whisky from Matsui Shuzou in Tottori, Japan, featuring a mix of Scotch and Japanese malt whiskies aged in ex-bourbon white oak barrels. It is non-chill filtered and proofed with volcanic rock-filtered water, resulting in a soft, sweet, and nutty flavor profile with notes of almond, caramel, orange zest, and toasted oak.

Domaine Dame Jeanne Prémices Roses is an organic, biodynamic sparkling rosé (often labeled Vin de France or Crémant de Bourgogne) crafted by Jeanne Piollot in Molesme, near the Champagne border. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this "Rosé de Macération" offers a dry, fresh, and mineral-driven taste with notes of red berries, strawberry, and citrus. It is aged for 24 months on lees with little to no dosage.

Luke Jefferson is his new wine project with miniscule production, first released as 40 cases with the 2013 vintage and 120 cases in 2014. The wine is named as an homage to his 2-year-old son, Luke Jefferson Doerner, and is also a nod to Thomas Jefferson, whom Steve admires. Steve's spouse, Irene Steh-Doerner, is also part of the family project. The wine allows Steve to pursue making a wine that suits his personal vision and palate apart from the Cristom style. This Piont feature ripe red berry and cherry aromas with compliments of exotic spices, cola and a vein of smoky minerality

White Rock vineyards makes only Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from estate fruit. The White Rock Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful nose of black cherry, cassis and forest floor. Clos Figueras is located in Gratallops, within the Priorat Qualified Designation of Origin. The property was purchased in 1997 by Charlotte and Christopher Cannan. Clos Figueras owns an original estate of old Garnacha and Cariñena vineyards. In addition, other varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet and Viognier have been planted. The Clos Figueres wine is made of a blend of grenache and carignan from 80 year old vines.The nose shows lively red cherry and black fruit flavours with a touch of classy oak. Young and fresh with the classic mineral character of the Priorat. The palate is smooth and rich with great finesse, depth and class. Ageing potential for up to 20 years.

Anne-Sophie Dubois is part of a young generation of vignerons redefining the identity of Beaujolais. Born and raised in Champagne, she caught the wine bug early and spent her formative years learning the ropes in Burgundy. Even though she only works with one grape variety, the three vineyards she gets her fruit from couldn't be more different. The Les Labourons vineyard is described as complex and dense with very bottles produced. Ageable, so this 3L will mellow over time.

Domaine Louis Cheze is a family winery located in the town of Limony in the northern part of the Saint Joseph AOC. This cuvée has been made since the 1990 vintage. Roussanne is grown on the hillsides and the Marsanne on the plateau. The plot is close to the property on the heights of Limony. The nose has acacia aromas and hawthorn to honeyed notes. The palate has an unctuous mouth feel with more of the flavour of acacia and honey along with toasted, nutty notes.

This family estate was established during the 19th century and today more than half of the vineyard is more than 40 years old. Piollot Champagnes carries on old Champagne traditions, now bringing in organic and biodynamic viticulture to amplify the authenticity of their Champagnes. One doesn't see Champagne made from 100% Pinot Blanc, but that is what makes this Champagne completely unique. This Champagne has zero dosage and 5 years on the lees. On the nose, gourmet aromas of mirabelle plum, mint, guava and lily flowers, all enveloped in musky flavours with a palate that is lively and powerful yet with a fine and pleasant bubble.

The Pym-Rae reveals a deep garnet-purple color and a slightly reticent, slowly emerging nose of freshly crushed blackcurrants, ripe blackberries and wild blueberries with suggestions of garrigue, red currant jelly, mossy tree bark and truffles plus wafts of bouquet garni and Sichuan pepper.

One of only a few organic Tokaji Furmints, this refreshing wine showcases what this native grape from a volcanic terroir offers in all its natural glory.

Beautiful garnet colour. Aromatic, with sophisticated notes of spice. Some extracts of red fruit such as blackcurrant or cherry on floral notes of violet. On the palate, the attack is fresh and mineral with aromas of a well-balanced fruit. The wine is vibrant.

To the north of the Côte de Beaune, the Montagne de Corton brings together the villages of Aloxe-Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses and Ladoix-Serrigny. The vineyards lie between 250 and 330 meters above sea level, forming an amphitheatre unlike any other on the Côte. Corton Grand Cru is produced mainly in red over 90 ha, and may bear the name of its climat, of which there are 25, such as Les Perrieres, Les Combes, Clos des Meix, Les Bressandes, Le Rognet, Les Renardes, Le Clos du Roi, etc.

Clos de Vougeot is located in the heart of the Côte de Nuits between Chambolle-Musigny and Vosne-Romanée. It represents an area of 49.86 ha, at an altitude varying between 240 and 255 meters above sea level. Founded in 1110 by the Abbaye of Citeaux, Clos de Vougeot is the ideal image of Burgundy, rich with a terroir worthy of art. The village of Vougeot also has 4 climates of 1ers Crus on an area of 12.5 ha, including 3 ha of white wines: Les Cras, La Vigne Blanche, Les Petits Vougeot, and Clos de la Perrière.

Bright wine with a beautiful deep garnet color and several purple highlights. Good aromatic intensity, the nose is fine and fresh. It opens on aromas of violet and red berries which make up a bouquet of typical expression. Well delineated on the palate and well rounded, highly concentrated. The length is accompanied by soft tannins.

This playful wine is a gorgeous tea-rose pink hue, and greets with aromas of red berries and orchard fruits. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with juicy pear, red apple and ripe nectarine notes.

Woodford Reserve Baccarat Edition is an ultra-premium Kentucky straight bourbon finished for three additional years in select French XO Cognac barrels, resulting in a complex, rich, and velvety spirit. Bottled at 45.2% ABV (90.4 proof), it features notes of toasted oak, dried fruit, cocoa, and creamy vanilla. The bourbon comes in a handmade Baccarat crystal decanter. 

Johnnie Walker Green Label is a rich and complex 15 Year Old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky crafted entirely from carefully selected single malts from across Scotland.
