Wines from Puligny-Montrachet are typified by aromas and flavors of green apple and lemon and tend to be tauter and firmer on the palate compared to wines from neighboring villages. Aging in a small percentage of new French oak barrels lends accents of toast and vanilla. Structured white wines with high acid and grip, Puligny-Montrachet is destined for long aging.

While the nose showcases primarily grain aromas, including cracked corn and peanut shell, it also has notes of white pepper, dark cherries, brown sugar, and Hershey’s chocolate syrup—a harbinger of things to come. The palate is a chocolate lover’s dream, rich and tantalizing without heaviness. There’s also mint, cinnamon, cashew butter, and well-integrated oak; time and water bring out sweet orange. It finishes with milk chocolate, toasted nuts, and lingering cinnamon.

Meaning 'the original' in Gaelic, A'bunadh is made in homage to the founder of Aberlour- James Fleming, and has achieved a cult following among malt lovers. Deep rich amber colour with copper highlights; heady aromas of toffee, smoky brine and peach compote; creamy, sweet and laden with warm toffee and baked fruit notes.

Matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks. It offers a nose redolent of Christmas pudding: figs, sultanas, orange, honey, and cream. Smooth on the palate with sweet spicy sherry, orchard fruits, and caramel. Raisins and plain chocolate in the lingering finish, with Jaffa orange notes to the end.

Grignolino is a light-coloured tannic grape variety from the Monferrato region of Piemonte, where quality grape varieties grow in abundance. Always a nose of dried flowers, berry jam, pepper and cloves. Extremely high tannins, yet classy with a bold personality!

Complex aromas of plum, blackberry, chocolate, and sous-bois. Big, round and velvety in the mouth, very ripe tannins and a long mineral finish.

Winemaker and owner Chris Phelps has an impressive pedigree: training at the infamous Chateau Petrus of Bordeaux's right bankc and then 12 years at Dominus in Napa Valley, owned by Jean-Pierre Moueix of Chateau des Laurets. Phelps's winemaking experiences in both Napa and Bordeaux led him to create what he calls "New World wines with an Old World sensibility". Phelps has been producing Ad Vivum since 2007. Grapes for the wines are sourced from the Sleeping Lady Vineyard in Yountville, CA. This 100% Cabernet is dense with aromas of cassis, violets and spicy oak with a rich, full body, silky tannins and a well-balanced exceptionally long finish. This wine will surely age for 20 years or more.

A local red wine fully drenched with Veneto’s heritage; intense ruby with garnet refl ections, dry and austere taste when sampled, ripe red fruit notes supported by fresh acidity - the precious outcome of barrel ageing.

On the nose, expect enticing aromas of cooked agave, oak, caramel, honey, and vanilla. The palate offers a harmonious blend of cooked agave, honey, and butterscotch, accentuated by robust oak notes. The finish is remarkably long for a reposado, characterized by a gentle warmth, mild alcohol presence, and lingering sweetness that leaves a lasting impression.
