Founded in 1849 by Albert Brenot in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Doudet-Naudin stands as one of the eldest Burgundy wine Maisons. Acquired by the Doudet family in 1933, the Maison has seen considerable development and expansion, all while upholding its core values of tradition respect and excellence. Christophe Rochet, the Maison's current leader, is dedicated to preserving these esteemed values as he undertakes its restructuring.
The wine boasts a deep, luminous ruby color. Its nose is marked by great finesse, featuring notes of red fruits and spices. On the palate, it presents a freshness and youthful vigor, characterized by a delightful array of fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, and kirsch) and distinguished elegance. This distinctly feminine wine is accentuated by the finesse and elegance of its tannins, signaling a promising aging potential.
