Schweinhardt Riesling Kabinett is a fresh, fruity German white wine, typically light-bodied with vibrant acidity and notes of green apple, citrus (lime, clementine), apricot, pear, and minerality, often showing subtle herbal or smoky hints. Classified as a Kabinett, it's a lower alcohol, entry-level Riesling that's refreshing, balanced (can be off-dry), and great for everyday drinking or pairing with light dishes, offering a classic taste of German Riesling. 

In order to craft a harmonious dry Gewürztraminer it requires skill and vision. Christian succeeded with his dry interpretation of this very eccentric and aromatic grape variety. A beautiful nose of rose petals, ripe yellow fruit, and pear with elegance and smooth acidity. A dry Gewürztraminer that is a testament to the skill of the grower. It delivers all the exotic notes that we associate with this grape variety while inviting us to enjoy another glass with its clean and refreshing finish. Remarkable.

The oldest soils can be found in the Rothenberg area. They are of volcanic origin. The vineyard has several terraces. This Riesling grows on particularly old vines on these steps. Aromas of peaches and apricots. Emphatically mineral, with acidity. Very good with Asian dishes.

In the Mosel dialect, "Dajoar" translates to "as in the old days". This was the name chosen by Andreas for a style of Riesling made in tribute to the classic Mosel wines of the past. It is off-dry with a playful sweetness that balances its crisp acidity, resulting in a bright and fresh wine with notes of green and yellow fruit, a strong mid-palate, and a long mineral finish. It's a delightful wine that offers great value.

A beautiful nose of rose petals, mango puree, pear, with a hint of nutmeg and cloves. Lush mouth- feel, there is a roundness to the lychee fruit, pear and baking spice flavours. A dry Gewürztraminer, with a clean and refreshing finish.

Riesling Auslese - tops 100% in sweetness. Exotic and full of honey notes with an extremely long finish. A queen, pure pleasure. The Rothenberg is a wine - very noble and smooth on the finish.Simply delicious. Goes well as a dessert or with smoked and blue cheese.

This Auslese (late harvest) wine from Weingut Bergdolt-Reif Nett is a classic example of Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) from the Pfalz region. The house of Dr. Zenzen has since 1636 been wine growers in Germany. This family tradition of more than 380 years stands for great experience and exclusiveness concerning the quality of wines. This wine was grown in Rheinhessen one of the most important wine-growing regions in Germany. Gewürztraminer is a strong spicy white wine grape; it has a rich bouquet sometimes like perfume.Tasting Notes: Intensely perfumed with aromas of rose petals, lychee nuts, and super-ripe pineapples. This wine is full-bodied, rich, lots of different aromas but not heavy. Still, you can taste the finesse of the grape variety.

Made with the same grapes and care that go into the Leitz award-winning “regular” Rieslings and Pinot Noirs, the wines are de-alcoholised through a low temperature vaccuum distillation process to ensure alcohol is removed without removing the all important natural aromas and remarkable properties of the terroir. The wine is clean and fresh with notes of lime and citrus; surprisingly rhubarb and a little hint of red apples on an underlying mineral base. The finish is dry and relatively long.

Selbach-Oster's Zeltinger Riesling Kabinett Dry (Trocken) is a refined, low-alcohol (often 9-10%) German white wine from the Mosel region, renowned for its intense slate minerality, high acidity, and "crunchy" fruit. It is light-bodied, crisp, and dry to off-dry, typically featuring aromatic notes of peach, spice, citrus, and wet stone.

Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Alte Reben Riesling Trocken is a dry, high-quality Riesling from the Mosel region of Germany, known for its vibrant acidity and minerality. It's crafted from old vines, typically resulting in concentrated flavors. Expect aromas of ripe orchard fruits like peach and pear, with citrus notes and a hint of minerality, sometimes described as flinty or slatey. The wine is often praised for its balance between fruit and acidity, with a refreshing, long finish.

The Rosch family represents three generations of winemaking in the Mosel. Their land is 8.5ha of Riesling grown on mostly slate soils. With the cool climate, the grapes ripen later, then only natural yeasts are used which aid to express the terroir of the Mosel. The term "feinherb" is referred to as off-dry and with 19 g/L of residual sugar, the wine has aromas of apricots and peaches to match the racy acidity. A refreshing, harmonious wine with Drinkflusse(a nicer way of saying highly quaffable).
