Rémy Martin is a brand of French cognac produced by Rémy Martin SAS, a company based in the Cognac region of France. Cognac is a type of brandy made from white grapes grown in the Cognac region and double distilled in copper pot stills. Rémy Martin is known for its high-quality cognacs, which are made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (a type of brandy) aged for at least two and a half years. The company produces a range of cognacs, including Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale), Rémy Martin XO (Extra Old), and Rémy Martin Louis XIII, which is a blend of more than 1,200 eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 40 years. Rémy Martin cognacs are often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and are also used in cocktails.

With a mashbill of 72/18/10% (corn/rye/malted barley), Old Forester offers a traditional recipe in a contemporary proof. Ponder the basics: caramel and vanilla with hints of herbs and baking spices. Promise shows in pumpkin spice, custard, and burnt caramel, but there’s an unwanted high-alcohol note that dulls much of the sweeter taste. Its final moments are saved with hints of cinnamon. Decoy Limited Alexander Valley Red Wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah, and other red Bordeaux varieties sourced from premium vineyards in  California. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 10 months, resulting in a rich and complex flavour profile, with a deep ruby colour with aromas of dark fruit, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with flavours of blackberry, black cherry, and cocoa, with a hint of toasty oak. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and satisfying finish.

This wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - a mutation of pinot noir, yet grown on steep slopes in the mountainous region of Alto-Adige with a cool, high altitude climate resulting in wines with zingy, fresh, high acidity.  The nose exhibits yellow apple, fresh Italian herbs with nuances of citrus. Initially linear in style, the ageing on the lees adds texture and complexity.  Pinot Blanc is always a great alternative to those looking for a change of pace to pinot grigio.

Tequila Cimarron is verified additive-free and made only from fully-mature 100% Blue Weber agave plants and artesian well water, without diffusers, enhancers, or modifiers. The particular agave of Cimarron is grown at 4,620 feet elevation, followed by a long, slow distillation imbues this excellent tequila with layers and layers of bright character. HENDRICK’S GIN is created via an absurdly inefficient, yet quite glorious process. In essence, to make one gin, we first create two. One on an old-fashioned pot still, yielding a rich and intricate spirit. The other on a long-necked Carter Head, producing a delicate, more refined spirit. Each still is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root. The gins from the two stills are then married together and graced with curious yet marvellous infusions of Rose and Cucumber.
This odd method of making gin enables HENDRICK’S to taste light, yet intriguingly complex. The result is a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma, elevating any cocktail and all occasions.
