Champagne Salon 2015 is only the 45th vintage released in over 120 years. It follows a strict "single-three" rule: one single grape (Chardonnay), one single terroir (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru), and one single vintage. It is incredibly rare and has a cult status with a retaining multi-decade aging capacity (1996 vintage received 100pt from James Suckling this year!)
