Chateau Changyu Moser XV Helan Mountain Blanc de Noir White Cabernet Sauvignon Ningxia - The colour of this Cabernet comes with a hue of rose, just a touch to indicate its provenance. Surprisingly peachy on the nose with a cornucopia of floral aromas - it certainly enlarges the spectrum offragrance in wine. On the palate it offers a stunning lusciousness of peach and exotic fruits with a hint of violet. The vibrancy comes from its perfectly embedded acidity.

Koya is a range of Chinese brandies produced at a state- of-the-art chateau, situated in the Shandong province, near the port of Yantai. The VSOP expression has been aged for six years, and it’s very floral and fruity in style, with a lovely syrupy texture. It offers notes of candied apricot, quince, nougat, raisins, vanilla, orange zest and tropical fruit.
Produced using Ugni Blanc grapes this brandy has a multi-layered bouquet of dried yellow plums, rose petals, caramel, and dark chocolate with complex aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. The palate is elegant up front with a spice that intermingles throughout. Perfect for sipping after dinner with dessert.
On the nose, vanilla and a burst of sweet ripe cassis. This is Changyu's proposition of a big wine from the Helan Mountain region of Ningxia. Opulent, luscious and of enormous character and body – this wine lifts you with its power. It conjures up a myriad of food pairing ideas, from a juicy steak, confit of duck or a rich ripe cheese. The wine is a statement for the region with its beauty, power of fruit, tannins, taste, style and a long finish. Yet, it also encompasses elements of elegance and finesse.
Very pale salmon colour. Fully ripe grapes. Very vinous nose. Masses of fruit and only the merest hint of fermentation aromas. Apparently 1.7 g/l residual sugar but it tastes more. High extract because berries are very small. Real mouthful of charming fruit. Very commercial I would have thought. Designed for the on trade. Mouthful of venosity. Well done!
In the glass, the Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir presents itself in a very pale salmon color. The aromas of gooseberries and exotic fruits are therefore intense and unusual. Juicy, elegant and absolutely innovative! A wonderful Blanc de Noir from the Middle Kingdom.

AFIP No.1 is the high-end limited edition of a dry red wine that has been launched by Chateau Changyu Afip. Both the exquisite skills of Changyu's nine generations of winemakers and the adption of internationally advanced winemaking equipment have been jointly combined to create the excellent quality of this state banquet level wine. Limited to 5,000 bottles worldwide, making it one of the most expensive Chinese wines. The bottle is a quiet black color with a three-dimensional diamond-shaped texture, giving it a very dignified look. The character "1" on the bottle is handmade in 18K yellow gold, with 28 Swarovski crystals and diamonds around the character, which looks like the bright stars in the deep night sky, and it has a great sense of design. At the 2010 Pentaward International Packaging Design Award Gala, it won the Gold Award in the Luxury Design category.
