In Japanese, Roku translates as the number six. Inside every bottle of Roku Gin, you will find six very special botanicals that are sourced in Japan. These represent Suntory's commitment to only use the best ingredients harvested from the best growing areas in Japan. Every aspect of Roku Gin is crafted by Japanese artisans with a centuries-old tradition of meticulous attention to detail. Not only are Roku Gin's ingredients of the highest quality, many are also uniquely Japanese and, therefore, best understood by Japanese artisans. Suntory's mastery of this process is the result of extensive experience gained over decades making gin. Suntory developed its own multiple distillation process as a result of the special features each botanical brings to Roku Gin's perfectly balanced mix.

Nose : Cherry blossom and green tea provide a floral and sweet aroma.

Palate : Complex, multi layered, yet harmonious flavour of various botanicals. Traditional gin taste in the base, plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smooth and silky texture.

Finish : The crisp Japanese sansho pepper brings a little spiciness to the finish.

An award-winning Irish Cream, made from triple distilled Irish whiskey and fresh cream from five family-owned farms. Aromas of butterscotch, caramel and vanilla bean, which lead to flavours of coffee, coconut, maple and fresh cream. Palate is sweet and rich with a mouth coating finish. Serve after dinner as dessert.

Maison Ferrand is one of the world's premier boutique producers of fine spirits. Founded in 1989 by Alexandre Gabriel, his mission was to preserve age-old spirit production methods, keeping the classic aromas and flavours of each spirit, yet with advanced innovation. The portfolio includes the lineup of Plantation Rum, Citadelle Gin, Ferrand Cognac, the Mathilde line of fruit infusion liqueurs and Curacao. Made with yuzu fruit, the whole fruit is placed in brandy for a week to steep. The drunken yuzu is then distilled in their copper stills. The next step is an infusion of more yuzu and other spices, using their centuries old recipes. The final result is a rich, round curacao that has a nose of spicy yuzu, tangerine, vanilla, marzipan and a delicate hint of flowers, pepper, mint and herbs. The palate follows with candied citrus fruits, tropical fruits, almonds, nutmeg and tea, and of course, more yuzu! This would make an amazing Mai Tai cocktail.

Since its first presentation to the public, Aperol has been distinguished by its bright orange color and inimitable bittersweet taste that make it unique and synonymous with quality aperitifs. NOSE
First aromas are an aromatic spiced bouquet with caramel. As we get closer to the spirits, there are distinct notes of cinnamon, liquorice and citrus followed by strong chocolate with hints of toasted sugar.

PALATE
Enters the palate with cinnamon and toasted caramel flavours. As the liquid fills the mouth with pleasant bitter and liquorice notes, the finish fades into lasting flavours of chocolate and sweet herbs.

Derrumbes Durango is produced in the remote village of Nombre de Dios in the northern Mexican state. It is a varietal made exclusively of Durango's endemic agave Durangensis and it represents yet another expression from the Derrumbes family distilled in unique wood and copper stills, this one however, has a neck for external condensation.

Maestro mezcalero Uriel Simental delivers this exciting balance of summer fruit, nuts and dry minerality that finishes seamlessly with a beautiful light smokiness.

The nose is a rich complex of fresh juniper, followed quickly by coriander and a complexity of gin flavours. Hints of citrus mingle with oriental spices. On adding a mixer, the citrus, lemon, orange - and even bergamot - open out, as do hints of cinammon, cloves and even saffron. A medium-length finish leaves you ready for the next mouthful.

Roku Sakura Bloom Gin is a limited-edition, 43% ABV Japanese craft gin from the House of Suntory that celebrates the Hanami (cherry blossom) season. It features a floral, sweet, and slightly salty aroma reminiscent of sakura mochi, with a delicate palate of cherry blossoms, citrus yuzu, and a warm finish of sanshō pepper.
