The Premier Cru of Les Epenots is one of Pommard's best known names, referring to thethree climats of Les Grands Epenots, Les Petits Epenot and Clos des Epeneaux. These wines can be labelled under these individual names or as "Epenots". All vineyards are planted to Pinot Noir and are considered some of the best -rich and structured with spicy, earthy overtones and considerable elegance. The Parent Les Epenotsis 100% Pinot Noir and very expressive and complex with violet and red fruit aromas of cherry raspberry. The mouth is fleshy and concentrated, and the tannins are fine, velvety, and elegant.

Noughty Sparkling Rosé is a sophisticated, 0.0% alcohol-free sparkling wine made from organic Tempranillo grapes, offering a balanced profile with notes of red berries (strawberry, raspberry), citrus zest, and hints of elderflower or floral notes, balanced by acidity and gentle sweetness with a fine fizz, making it a celebratory, lower-calorie, and lower-sugar alternative to traditional sparkling wines, pairing well with spicy foods, sushi, and seafood.

Okunomatsu Hiya-oroshi is a seasonal sake, released in autumn after being stored coolly through the summer, which develops a rich, mature, and umami-forward flavor profile. Ben Nevis Distillery is a distillery in Scotland that is located at Lochy Bridge in Fort William and sits just at the base of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles, which rises to 4,409 feet above sea level. A coastal distillery in the Western Highlands, Ben Nevis draws its water from the Allt a'Mhuilinn which originates from two pools, Coire Leis and Coire na'Ciste. Founded in 1825 as an independent enterprise, it has been owned by Nikka Whisky Distilling of Tokyo, Japan, since 1989.

Moutai Chun 1992 (often referred to with the "Ib" or award-winning white bottle) is a premium 53% ABV Chinese Baijiu. Released to commemorate the 1992 establishment of the Moutai Group Technology Development Company, it is celebrated for its rich, mellow sauce aroma, smooth profile, and award-winning bottle design.

The Moonbroch Glen Moray 2013 is a 9-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, bottled at 54.3% ABV as part of the "Spaceman" indie series. It features a flavor profile of creamy vanilla, honeyed malt, orchard fruits, Turkish delight, and soft oak, offering a smooth, sweet, and approachable palate.

Like many South African estates, they are owned by Italians, and Morgenster is no exception! Purchased in 1992 by Giulio Bertrand, this founder fell in love with this 300 year old estate. Today it is run by mother and daughter team of Federica and Vittoria. The Reserve is the crown jewel of blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It has classic aromas of dark berries, black plums and cassis. Pure harmony as these classic Bordeaux varieties come together to create this beautiful, well-structured wine.

With a blend of tropical fruit aromas including pineapple, banana, and ripe mango, complemented by notes of peaches and pears, the nose of the Montes Alpha Chardonnay  is intense and complex. Hints of grapefruit and white asparagus contribute to the coastal climate's influence on the wine. The palate offers a smooth and balanced acidity, leading to a fresh wine with ample volume. Michel Rey Pouilly Fuisse La Marechaude is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Pouilly-Fuisse subregion of Burgundy. The wine has a bright, golden color and a complex bouquet of ripe fruit, including peach, apricot, and tropical fruit, with hints of vanilla and toast. On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of stone fruit and citrus, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a long, lingering finish. This wine pairs well with seafood, poultry, and creamy sauces.

Appearance: garnet red colour with variable intensity depending on the vintage. Bouquet: the grapes come from different vineyards and this gives them a broad and variable spectrum of perfumes, ranging from tempting spicy notes to those of a sweeter, floral and fruity nature. Flavour: a variety of sensations, with a full-bodied, classic and well structured wine which ages well and perfectly represents the important character of our land. It is best to decant and serve it at temperatures between 18-20°C. It achieves its best expression when served with red meats, particularly game, and with dishes dressed with truffle. It is also excellent with fresh egg pasta and meat sauce, and with risotto, as well as medium-mature cow’s milk and goat’s milk cheeses.

Mazzolino Pinot Noir Oltrepo Pavese DOC  is a medium-bodied red wine with a ruby red color and an elegant bouquet of red fruits, cherries, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced with a long finish. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled. This Pinot Noir pairs well with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Japan has come a long way with making whisky with many master distillers taking their training right in Scotland and importing the Scottish heather for peat making. There is much quality here in Japanese whisky and dad would no doubt be surprised and delighted with this one, aged in a Sherry cask to give it nutty, toasty aromas and flavours.

Kaiun Lucky Cat "Kuzu" Junmai is a premium 16% ABV, light-bodied, medium-dry Japanese sake from the Doi Brewery in Shizuoka. Crafted from Homarefuji rice polished to 55%, it features notes of wildflower, green banana, and macadamia nut. It is prized for its high acidity, bright, savory, and crisp profile.

Macaloney's Siol Dugall is an award-winning (Best Canadian Single Malt 2023), 46% ABV, medium-peated (27 ppm) Canadian single malt whisky produced in British Columbia. It is matured in Kentucky bourbon, virgin American oak, and re-charred Portuguese red wine casks, featuring a creamy, coastal profile with notes of sweet peat smoke, lemon zest, vanilla, and brine.

Some attractive citrus elements are present, but bruised-apple notes suggest a certain level of oxidation, and the flavors fall away quickly on the finish.

The vineyard of Vosne-Romanée covers about 240 ha on Vosne-Romanée and Flagey-Echezeaux. The village of Vosne-Romanée, situated at the heart of the Côte de Nuits, is comprised of six fabulous Grands Crus such as Romanée-Conti, Tâche, Richebourg… whereas its neighbor, Flagey-Echezeaux, shelters Echezeaux and Grands-Echezeaux. The production of Grands Crus represents ¼ of the vineyard. Les Echezeaux itself covers only 34.8 hectares, at an altitude varying between 230 and 300 meters above sea level, with a rather complex mixture of soils: limestone, red silt, marl…

Open and intense nose with notes of orange and grapefruit. The attack is fresh and supple. Well-balanced and concentrated wine with good mineral length on the finish.

Maculan Vespaiolo is a white wine made from Vespaiola- a grape variety named after "Vespa", meaning wasps, for the creatures love of the sweet nectar of the grapes. Maculan is a three generation family owned winery located in Breganze in northern Italy. The wine boasts fresh aromatics of stone fruit, honey and orange blossom. One might think this wine will be sweet, but itis dry with a lovely balance between its full-bodied mouthfeel and crisp acidity. Serve with roasted vegetables or fish dishes

Maison Louis Jadot is one of the most trusted and revered wine houses in Burgundy’s Côte d’Or. Frédéric Barnier, Jadot’s esteemed winemaker, and his team balance tradition and technology, focusing on the purest expression of each wine’s terroir.  Founded in 1859, the house now owns 528 acres of vineyards, including 280 acres of the Cote d’Or’s most prestigious Premier and Grand Cru plots. The origin of Chambertin comes from one of the owners whose name was Bertin and who had the idea to plant vineyards close to the climat used by monks. Chambertin comes from Champ de Bertin. The Chambertin vineyard is situated on a chalky soil in the depth and clayey at the surface, which makes the wine both powerful and round. It boasts impressive body and depth, showcasing the true character of this esteemed Grand Cru vineyard. The flavors are intense and vibrant, with a remarkable hint of minerality.

The Grand Cru is a powerful wine with a structure similar to Côte de Nuits wines. The vineyard orientation allows to elaborate a wine with silky tannins and harmonious acidity. Les Grèves is a South east exposure vineyard based on a siliceous soil. This gives power and delicacy to the wine.

Louis Latour's vineyards cover 50 ha and includes the largest collection of Grand Cru in Burgundy, not to mention a name synonymous with quality. En Chevret vineyard is located in the Volnay appellation; an eastern exposition located close to Mersault. It has a bright ruby color and aromas of red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, as well as floral and spice notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-structured, with flavors of ripe fruit, earth, and subtle oak nuances. This is an elegant wine with supple tannins and a round, slightly woody finish.

Leyrat VSOP Reserve is an elegant, single-estate Fins Bois Cognac from Domaines Francis Abécassis, characterized by a delicate, floral, and fruity profile. Aged for at least four years in French oak, it offers a smooth, harmonious palate with notes of violet, white fruit, spice, and toasted nuts, suitable for sipping neat, on ice, or in cocktails.

Leyrat VS Fine Cognac is a single-estate, award-winning cognac from the Fins Bois region, produced by Domaines Francis Abécassis. It is known for its remarkable elegance, freshness, and fruitiness, making it an excellent choice for cocktails or drinking on the rocks. The cognac is aged for two years in Limousin oak barrels.

Leitz was one of the first producers to hit the non-alcohol scene in Canada. Made with the same grapes and care that go into the Leitz award-winning “regular” Rieslings and Pinot Noirs, the fully fermented wines then are gently de-clcolised through a low temperature vaccum distillation process. The low temperatures mean that the alcohol can be removed with losing the important natural aroms and remarkable properties of the terroir. A refreshing sparkler that exudes cool, red fruits and lean minerality. With its invigorating perlage it instantly brings upon that summer feeling. In addition to the notes of rose hips and sky berries, often present in rosé, this rosé variation conveys a remarkable freshness giving it incredible versatility.
