Blended from over 200 meticulously aged base liquors—including 15- to 30-year-old reserves—it delivers a profoundly rich jiang xiang (sauce aroma) profile with exceptional smoothness and a lingering, warming finish.

Kyrö Dark Gin (formerly known as Koskue) is a distinctive Finnish barrel-aged gin made from a 100% rye base and 17 different botanicals, including local wild cranberries, sea buckthorn, birch leaves, and meadowsweet.

Kyrö Pink Gin is a playful, berry-forward gin from Finland that blends a spicy 100% rye base with foraged Nordic botanicals and red fruits. Infused with strawberries, lingonberries, and rhubarb, it offers a fresh, balanced flavor profile that bridges classic juniper notes with soft, natural sweetness.

This particular rum comes from a beautiful but previously used sherry butt in the same solera as our highly esteemed 2013 cask strength release. The distinction here is that it's a single cask bottling from a sherry butt that has been exclusively emptied for this release. Additionally, we have chosen to bottle it at a more moderate 44% alcohol content, rather than its original 50%.

Knob Creek Cask Strength Rye is a bold, limited-release Kentucky straight rye whiskey. Bottled uncut and unfiltered at a blistering 119.6 proof (59.8% ABV), it delivers an intensely concentrated and viscous profile.

It is made with 50-55% polished Yamada Nishiki rice and is best enjoyed chilled, offering a smooth finish with a hint of sweetness and acidity. 

Kaiyo "The Kuri" Ariake Wood Collection is a 7-year-old Japanese single malt whisky, unique for its maturation in100% Japanese Kuri (chestnut) wood casks. Part of the Ariake ocean-aged series, it matures for 3 months at sea to enhance flavor. The 46% ABV, non-chill filtered whisky features tasting notes of lavender, honey, toasty nuts, and ginger.

Kaiyo Whisky Japanese Mizunara Oak is a Japanese blended malt whisky matured in rare, handmade Mizunara oak casks and uniquely finished via a three-month ocean voyage. Known for its complex, aromatic profile, this whisky is un-chillfiltered, generally bottled at 43% ABV (or higher in cask strength expressions), and designed to showcase the influence of the porous, delicate Mizunara wood.

Ken Forrester Silver Rose is a 100% Grenache rosé from Stellenbosch, South Africa, featuring a delicate, light pink color and a refined, dry profile. It offers notes of strawberry, red berries, and pomegranate, with a medium-bodied, structured, and elegant palate. It is typically aged on fine lees for 9 months.

The palate is smooth and well balanced, developing into a rich, smoky finish with lingering oak and malt character. The Rosch family represents three generations of winemaking in the Mosel. Their land is 8.5ha of Riesling grown on mostly slate soils. With the cool climate, the grapes ripen later, then only natural yeasts are used which aid to express the terroir of the Mosel. The term "feinherb" is referred to as off-dry and with 19 g/L of residual sugar, the wine has aromas of apricots and peaches to match the racy acidity. A refreshing, harmonious wine with Drinkflusse(a nicer way of saying highly quaffable).

Il Poggione Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is a prestigious, age-worthy Italian red, typically from their oldest "Vigna Paganelli" vines, showcasing intense dark cherry, spice, leather, and earthy notes, with powerful yet elegant structure, silky tannins, and a long, complex finish, needing time but rewarding patience with profound depth and balance, often scoring highly with critics.

Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon is known for its rich, layered flavor profile, characterized by deep dark fruits, hints of spice, and smooth, refined tannins. The wine typically displays notes of black cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant, often accompanied by subtle nuances like cedar, vanilla, and licorice. This Amber Coloured Whisky:
Is very rich and concentrated on the nose with dark fruits - plums, blackberries - combined with beef stock, the darkest chocolate and a slight rubberiness.

The history of the Rebourseau family goes back to 1782, humble farmers involved in viticulture which were passed on from one generation to the next. Through the years the objective was to bring the production of each appellation to its best level, ensuring the wines reflect the most accurate version of their climates. Clos Vougeot, which covers approximately 50ha is considered one of the best Grand Cru sites in Burgundy. The Rebourseau is a wine with pronounced minerality expressing earthy notes of fern, moss and truffle, revealing velvety tones of coffee beans and black radish.

H. Billiot Fils Grand Cru Brut Rosé is a powerful, highly regarded grower Champagne from Ambonnay, typically blending 75-80% Pinot Noir (with a portion of still red wine) and 20-25% Chardonnay. It is known for its deep salmon color, bright red berry flavors (raspberry, cherry), blood orange, chalky minerality, and vibrant acidity, offering a rich yet balanced, vinous profile with a long finish.

Domaine Harmand -Geoffroy is a family owned winery dating back to the 19th century. The family owns 22ha of vineyards in the prestigious Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. The Domaine Harmand-Geoffroy Vieilles Vignes is the product of very old vines between 50-90 years. The result is one of the most powerful wines in the cellar that shows dark, almost somber fruit, a wine that is reticent in its youth and quite profound with seven to ten years of age. Medium-bodied, it's well-balanced with a big intense bouquet of black cherry, blueberries, wet earth, leather, violets, and a whiff of menthol.

The Groffier family is a longstanding name in the Cotes du Nuit. Their family can be dated back to the 1800's, but it was grandfather Robert who started bottling wines at the Domaine. Two generations later, Nicholas Groffier has taken over elevating the wines to an unprecented level yet still maintaining the traditions learned from both his father and grandfather. Although their cellars are located in Morey-St.-Denis, they own no vineyards there, rather 0.8ha in other appellations, most notably Bonnes Mares, and one full hectare in the Chambolle Musigny Les Amoureuses, making them the largest land owner of the area. This 100% pinot noir is a muscular wine with black cherry and blackberry aromas. The palate is full-bodied with a serious tannic grip around the iron, tobacco and earthy notes. This has great ageability on it, put this one away to let it mellow.

Glengoyne White Oak is a NAS (No Age Statement) Highland single malt bottled at 48% ABV, matured in first-fill bourbon and virgin American oak casks. It features a bright, sweet, and fruity profile with notes of citrus, crisp red apple, vanilla, and toasted oak. This vibrant, unchill-filtered whisky is designed to showcase the distillery’s spirit alongside active wood. 

The third edition of the Mr. George Legacy Collection has arrived, featuring a 63-year-old single malt aged in First Fill Sherry casks and bottled at a bold 56.5% ABV. Named after George Urquhart, affectionately known as ‘Mr. George,’ this collection pays homage to his pivotal role in championing single malt whisky. Distilled on October 15th, 1959, and aged exclusively in cask no. 3665, a first-fill Sherry butt, this edition represents Gordon & MacPhail’s final cask from 1959. Bottled on November 2nd, 2022, this exceptional whisky captures the essence of Mr. George’s vision and legacy, making it a prized addition to any collection.

From the Glen Grant Distillery, the whisky was laid down in a Sherry cask in November of 1969. The Sherry cask invokes aromas of rich fruits and woody spices combining traces of wood polish and old leather. On the palate, find dried figs, and spice with an abundance of wood flavours and even sweet fudge nuances, and hints of bitter oak tannins. The finish is long and lingering with drying notes of cinnamon, clove and walnuts.

Bold and distinctive, this Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers a harmonious interplay of flavors, combining balanced layers of smoke, spicy rye, and creamy fruit notes. Crafted from a mash bill featuring 80% Texas Corn and 20% Oklahoma Rye, this whiskey undergoes a unique aging process. Initially matured in new American oak barrels for 3-6 years, it then undergoes a cask finishing period in Napa Valley French Oak wine barrels, enhancing its smoothness and complexity. The result is a non-chill filtered whiskey that boasts outstanding depth and character.

The amontillado gives a more rounded feel and greater profundity to the single malt. Peaches, apricots, almonds, and soft ginger on the nose, Smooth and balanced on the palate, gently spiced and nutty, with cherries, caramel, discreet sherry, and vanilla. The medium-length finish features vanilla and lingering, spicy Jaffa oranges, drying slowly to oak.

Gordon's London Dry Gin is a classic and iconic gin, widely recognized for its distinctive green bottle and juniper-forward flavor profile. It is made using a secret recipe of botanicals that includes juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, and citrus peel, which are distilled in a copper still to create a spirit that is then blended with pure water.
