When 007 is ready to celebrate, he reaches for a bottle of Champagne Bollinger. The official champagne of James Bond since 1979, Champagne Bollinger is ready to commemorate the 40th anniversary of their partnership with a special limited edition release. The release pays homage to Moonraker, the film on which the Bond and Bollinger partnership began. The bubbly is packaged in a Moonraker inspired space shuttle box made from pewter and wood veneer that holds a Saint Louis crystal ice bucket and a magnum of Champagne Bollinger 2007. Only 407 were made, each of which arrives numbered and was crafted and finished by hand.

This beautifully balanced wine exhibits crisp acidity and vibrant fruity flavors reminiscent of yellow pepper and pineapple. It entices with aromas of ripe tropical fruits, including citrus, while maintaining fresh acidity that persists intensely on the palate.

A multi-vineyard blend, this uses both barrel and concrete egg ferments. It's textured and complex, with lightly buttery apple fruit, a whiff of toast and salty minerality. It was aged for 16 months, and roughly half of the barrels used were new.

Domaine Dame Jeanne Prémices Roses is an organic, biodynamic sparkling rosé (often labeled Vin de France or Crémant de Bourgogne) crafted by Jeanne Piollot in Molesme, near the Champagne border. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this "Rosé de Macération" offers a dry, fresh, and mineral-driven taste with notes of red berries, strawberry, and citrus. It is aged for 24 months on lees with little to no dosage.

White Rock vineyards makes only Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from estate fruit. The White Rock Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful nose of black cherry, cassis and forest floor. Anne-Sophie Dubois is part of a young generation of vignerons redefining the identity of Beaujolais. Born and raised in Champagne, she caught the wine bug early and spent her formative years learning the ropes in Burgundy. Even though she only works with one grape variety, the three vineyards she gets her fruit from couldn't be more different. The Les Labourons vineyard is described as complex and dense with very bottles produced. Ageable, so this 3L will mellow over time.

Domaine Louis Cheze is a family winery located in the town of Limony in the northern part of the Saint Joseph AOC. This cuvée has been made since the 1990 vintage. Roussanne is grown on the hillsides and the Marsanne on the plateau. The plot is close to the property on the heights of Limony. The nose has acacia aromas and hawthorn to honeyed notes. The palate has an unctuous mouth feel with more of the flavour of acacia and honey along with toasted, nutty notes.

Chateau Haut-Brion is the only first growth outside the Medoc in the Graves region, acquired in 1935 by Clarence Dillon. It is also the only winer to be both First Growth from the 1855 classification and Classified Growth of the Graves. This was the first of three estates acquired by the Dillon family, and is the oldest winegrowing property in the region. The 2016 is a red wine blend made from 56% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, and 37% Cabernet Sauvignon. Black currants, violets and plums that is full-bodied and juicy on the palate with rich tannin and structure.

From the tiny appellation of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, 13 grapes are allowed in the blend, yet with grenache, syrah and mourvedre dominant. The Domaine de Cristia is a typical blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvedre with a brooding, intense deep colour. The bouquet is an elegant mix of black currant, blackberries, violets, deli meats and hints of leather and pepper. The palate is well balanced with fine-grained tannins and a long, powerful finish. This wine will cellar well for the next 10-15 years.

" Another strong effort, the 2005 Barolo Riserva 10 Anni Fossati Case Nere offers an intriguing interplay of power and sensuality. Dark red stone fruits, menthol, sage and licorice open up, but with considerable aeration. The aromatics are beguiling, while there is quite a bit of depth to the fruit, all of which adds up to a satisfying if reticent Barolo that should be cellared for another year or two, or given a at least a few hours of air."

The history of Smith Haut-Lafitte dates back to the 14th century, when George Smith, a Scottish wine merchant, acquired the property in the mid-18th century, giving it his name. After changing hands again in 1958, it was in 1990 that the Cathiard couple fell in love with the Chateau, purchased, and spent the next three years renovating the estate. Their constant philosophy is to make the best possible wine from each vintage to showcase the magnificent terroir. 2011 is a bit of a surprise here following the epic vintages of 2009 2010, but this is equally brilliant. The red wine blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot shows a big nose of cassis, licorice and oak, while the palate has silky and elegant tannins with a juicy texture. This is ready to drink now, but will age another 5-10 years.

Neil Ellis is considered to be one of the most influencial pioneers of winemaking in South Africa. The Groenekloof vineyards are located near Darling on the West Coast and consist of a series of hills running parallel to the ocean. These bush vines are low yielding vineyards, delivering a refreshing, well-structured wine with bright, tropical aromatics. The palate is elegant with delicately detailed tropical fruits and subtle herbacious undertones. A lively acidity and a refined minerality add to the complexity of the wine.
