Founded by Alberto and Diego Cusomano, the winery was birthed by a vision of growing quality grapes on the slopes of Mt. Etna in northern Sicily. Carricante is the native white grape and can ripen up to altitudes of 900 meters above sea level. High, zesty acidity is a hallmark of this grape, and the Alta Mora is no exception to this rule. Sourcing their grapes from five separate contrade, their altitudes sit between 600-750m asl. The freshness of these areas allows full ripening of the Carricante without altering its aromas. Francois Mikulski was born to a Burgundian mother and a Polish father. He spent many summers in Burgundy falling in love with the vineyards and the lifestyle. He uses only natural yeasts and 20-30% new oak to ensure he lets the purity of the Chardonnay shine through. Family farmed since 1956 The Stewart Family is one of the "originals" in the Okanagan Valley. The winery was built in 1989 with vineyards stones throw away from Lake Okanagan. This Reserve Chardonnay, their flagship white wine, is grown on the volcanic soils of Mt. Boucherie. Sophisticated and elegant, it's a full-bodied white with aromas of vanilla bean, butterscotch, and toasted hazelnut; further enhanced with a creamy mouth feel of stone fruits, crème brulee and vanilla yogurt.

The Groenekloof vineyards are located near Darling on the West Coast and consist of a series of hills running parallel to the ocean. Robert Mondavi Napa Fumé Blanc is a crisp and refreshing white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Napa Valley. The wine is fermented in oak barrels, which gives it a unique smoky flavor that sets it apart from other Sauvignon Blancs. Artesano de Argento White Malbec presents a unique tasting experience, departing from the traditional red Malbec profile. It offers aromas of green apple, citrus, and floral notes, with a palate that's vibrant and refreshing, characterized by balanced acidity and a mineral finish. Some tasters also note hints of sweetness, which is well-integrated by the wine's acidity.

A market improvement on the previous vintage, this affordable Chard from the warm, inland Riverina region of New South Wales takes a little time to find its way out of the glass, but when it does knit together it offers notes of lemon zest, florals, oatmeal and toast. Another great wine from the Casale del Giglio winemaking family. Not only are the native varieties a specialty, but they have a solid foundation for some of the rarer French grape varieties also.  A native of the Jurançon region in the foothills of the French Atlantic Pyrenees, the small-berried, thick-skinned Petit Manseng grape from which this white wine is made, is more highly regarded than its larger-berried sibling, Gros Manseng. Antonio Santarelli and his visionary enologist Paolo Tiefenthaler recognized the huge potential of this grape variety in the fertile grounds in their Lazio vineyards. The wine is intensely aromatic, fruity and spicy on the nose, fresh, crisp and flinty on the palate. An exquisitely structured wine which bows out on a seductive, fruit-filled finish. A truly stunning wine for the price. 

Bright yellow-gold with golden highlights, this wine boasts strong aromatic intensity. The nose is rich and open, featuring exotic fruits, white flowers, caramel, and vanilla against a backdrop of toasted bread. Bright straw colour; intense bouquet of peach and acacia flowers, chamomile, melon and yellow flowers. Inviting and fresh with a typical note of a slightly bitter finish. Splendid accompaniment for antipasti and springtime first courses including omelets with wild herbs, savory pies, vegetable soups, stuffed squash blossoms, freshwater seafood and ‘vitello tonnato’ (veal cutlets with tuna sauce). Excellent as an aperitivo.

This 100% Timorasso is native to the Tortona area in Piemonte. The ancient name is Derthona and often seen on the labels. Before nearing extinction, this grape was brought back to life by Walter Massa, knowing there was great potential. The grape ages remarkably well and will resemble a dry Riesling with five years of age or more. This single vineyard of Costa del Vento shows aromas and flavours of white flowers, stone fruits, and bright citrus. It will always have high acidity and be voluptuous. These wines can sometimes border on feeling "alcoholic" so chill to temper and decant for best tasting experience.

The region of Gavi is home to the Cortese grape. The philosophy of the farm is to ensure the vines are farmed without any use of chemicals. Only healthy and carefully selected grapes are gently pressed. This wine offers a particularly fine mineral feeling and notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate the wine is lively, harmonious, with a fresh acidity, which increases its persistence and drinkability. This will be a fine choice for vegetable dishes and fresh salads.
