Nose : Cherry blossom and green tea provide a floral and sweet aroma.

Palate : Complex, multi layered, yet harmonious flavour of various botanicals. Traditional gin taste in the base, plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smooth and silky texture.

This “entry level” wine of Ornellaia is a bright, lively wine that will introduce any wine drinker to the beauties of Ornellaia wines as it is instantly drinkable, enjoyable, and versatile. Made with (mostly) Merlot with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, there is an abundance of cherry, strawberry, tobacco and spice aromas and flavours. Priced for instant consumption but can also be aged and held until 2030.

The Prisoner is a full-bodied and rich red blend that has gained a cult following since its first release in 2000. The wine is made from a blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Charbono, and Grenache grapes sourced from various vineyards in the Napa Valley. The color is golden, with some green reflections. Among the floral and fruity aromas, almond and ripe grapes dominate. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly pleasant, ethereal in its lightness. Long and refreshing aftertaste.

Irish single grain whiskey from Teeling! There are only an elite few Irish single grain whiskies out there at the moment, but Teeling went ahead and made theirs unique by maturing it in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Deliciously sweet with a good deal of spice and fruit hide within the Teeling Single Grain.

Dictador 12 Years Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum.

Aged in pre-used oak barrels and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.

Founded in 1832, the Maison Castarède elaborates and for more than 190 years of life in the Pure Gascon tradition. Whether initially in the cellars located in Pont de Bordes or on the property of the Château de Maniban, the Castarède family loves this ancestral know-how with love. This 1993 vintage low-armagnac is, once distilled, raised in oak barrels until it is borrowed on the counter label.

APPEARANCE: Deep violet red with bright tones of purple.
NOSE: Complex on the nose with deep aromas of cassis, black plums, spices and herbs from Provence in addition to smoked undertones, cloves, vanilla and cocoa.

Brisk peppery spice underlies developing layers, adding another dimension of complexity to an already broad range of flavors. Hints of oak tannins on the finish remind us this was finished in Canadian wood.
