Bin 389 was often referred to as ‘Baby Grange', in part because components of the wine are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. First made in 1960 by the legendary Max Schubert, this was the wine that helped forge Penfolds reputation with red wine drinkers by combining the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz. With its dark red robe, Alter Ego 2019 immediately impresses with its explosive aromatics. Subtle notes of red fruits evoking raspberries and redcurrants blend harmoniously with the floral fragrance of a field in spring. The Charles Heidsieck Brut 2012 is a vintage champagne made by one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Champagne. Made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes sourced from some of the best vineyards in the region, the wine is aged for over 8 years in the cellars of Charles Heidsieck to develop complexity and richness.

On the nose, it has notes of toasted brioche, ripe apple, pear, and white flowers. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with a creamy texture and flavors of citrus, baked apple, and a touch of honey, along with a subtle hint of mineral. The wine has a long and elegant finish that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon ，30% Merlot ，10% Cabernet Franc ，5% Petit Verdot 

This wine shows a deep garnet red color.

It is full of intense aromas with notes of blackberry and almond chocolate. Slowly moving from a fruity start to more spicy and dark chocolate notes. Powerful on the palate, with a slight peppery and minty aroma. Elegant and deep tannins can be felt, with notes of roasted coffee beans and licorice. The finish is long and round, a very harmonious wine.

This is another property owned by the famous Rothschild family, acquiring this estate in 1970, embarking on an ambitious renovation of the vineyards. Vines were replanted, parcels were consolidated and technical improvements were made including the building of a new vat room. Chateau Clerc Milon is a Fifth Growth located in Pauillac that adjoins both Chateau Mouton and Rothschild. This 2019 is a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Containing the highest amount of cabernet sauvignon since the 1980's, this is classic Pauillac with fresh cassis, red cherry and plum that has nuances of classic, lead pencil, cedar and tobacco. This can be enjoyed now with a decant but has the ability to age very well for the next 20 years.

Typical and refined with fruity (green apples, pear, citrus fruits) and floral (white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley) notes, sage and spices in the finish. Vintage 2013 is a wine with a bold, modern style. The black grapes explode in fruitiness and deliciousness, while the Chardonnays expose their minerality with magnificent acidity.

Appearance: Brilliant yellow-gold in colour, with fine, abundant bubbles.

Aroma: Lemon and pastry notes (lemon meringue pie). Yellow fruits (peach, apricot), white flowers. Herbal and flinty notes.

Taste: Aromas of squeezed lemon; hints of brioche and vanilla. White flowers and orange zest. Mineral finish and presence of tannins.

Gremillet Gold Special Cuvée is a premium champagne made by Gremillet, a family-owned winery in the Champagne region of France. It is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested from the winery's vineyards in the Marne Valley. The champagne is aged for a minimum of three years in the bottle, which gives it a complex aroma and flavor profile. On the nose, it has notes of apple, pear, and honey, with hints of toast and brioche. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a fine mousse and flavors of citrus, peach, and almond. The champagne has a long and elegant finish, making it a perfect choice for special occasions or celebrations.

Similar to its growing season, this wine projects harmony and evenness with an underlying current of something a little thrilling. The 2020 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is structured and dense, while earth and spice abound with unfolding notes of dark fruits and floral highlights. Fresh acidity lengthens the attack and expands these flavors across the palate.
