The whiskey is a collaboration between the Camus family, a cognac producer, and the Baring family, who own Lambay Island, Ireland.

Jameson 18 Year Old is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey, aged for a minimum of 18 years in a combination of American oak and sherry casks, then finished in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. It's known for its complex, mellow, and smooth profile, featuring a rich aroma of toffee and spice, and flavors of fudge, spice, sherry nuttiness, and vanilla. The long finish is characterized by lingering notes of wood, spice, and toffee.

Fercullen 10 Year Old Single Grain Irish Whiskey is a creamy, sweet, and fruity spirit, matured in white oak and finished in ex-bourbon casks, offering notes of vanilla, honey, ripe tropical fruits (mango, peach), citrus (orange), caramel, and spice with a warming gingerbread finish, known for its smooth, approachable character. 

The Irishman Cask Strength is a series of limited-edition, high-proof Irish whiskeys from Walsh Whiskey, known for its annual release of a vintage cask strength blend of single malt and single pot still whiskeys. These whiskeys are bottled at their natural cask strength, meaning they are not diluted with water after maturation, resulting in a higher ABV (Alcohol By Volume).
