This 100% Timorasso is native to the Tortona area in Piemonte. The ancient name is Derthona and often seen on the labels. Before nearing extinction, this grape was brought back to life by Walter Massa, knowing there was great potential. The grape ages remarkably well and will resemble a dry Riesling with five years of age or more. This single vineyard of Costa del Vento shows aromas and flavours of white flowers, stone fruits, and bright citrus. It will always have high acidity and be voluptuous. These wines can sometimes border on feeling "alcoholic" so chill to temper and decant for best tasting experience.

The region of Gavi is home to the Cortese grape. The philosophy of the farm is to ensure the vines are farmed without any use of chemicals. Only healthy and carefully selected grapes are gently pressed. This wine offers a particularly fine mineral feeling and notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate the wine is lively, harmonious, with a fresh acidity, which increases its persistence and drinkability. This will be a fine choice for vegetable dishes and fresh salads.

Edda (‘she’ in Salento dialect) is the feminine and sensual soul of San Marzano. It is a complex white wine, full of Mediterranean notes. Noticeable acidity intertwined with an enveloping and elegant warmth, savoury and mineral notes on the palate. The Chardonnay grapes give the wine finesse and longevity, together with different varieties indigenous to Puglia, that year after year compete to complement the blend.

Complex wine fermented in barriques for 40% of the grapes. Very intense straw yellow colour. The nose is lively with balsamic notes and aromas of woody resins. Remarkable notes of ripe fruit such as apple, pear, papaya, and then honey, wet stone and spices. Full and vigorous, with great structure. Enjoy it in a large glass.

A appealing shimmering straw-yellow colour, Fermata 125 Etna Bianco DOC seduces with incisive, citrus-edged scents of orange and acacia blossom. Beautifully-balanced in the mouth, its multi-layered fruit progresses to a long-lingering finish with a pungent note of balsam.

The Bisci vineyards were purchased in 1972, of the 25ha, 18ha of which are planted to Verdicchio, Marche's signature grape variety. The winery was then built in 1980 and the company has been certified organic since 2016. The grapes for this wine also come from the Vegneto Foglia vineyard, then further bunches selected, but it's only produced in the best vintages. the resulting wine is concentrated and rich with full bodied aromas and flavours of yellow fruits, aniseed and almond. Ageable.

"Solo Sole" means "only sun" in Italian and the grape Vermentino loves the sun soaked coast of Bolgheri in Tuscany and it embodies the colours, fragrances and flavours of these lands that lie so close to the sea. Notes of peach and apricot are accompanied by zesty acidity and that ever present Vermentino saline tang.

The Giovanni Almondo Arneis Vigne Sparse is a great entry into the joys of Arneis, one of the most important white varieties in the Roero. Clean and sharp flavors of white pepper, almond, under-ripe pear and mineral-driven citrus blend into a finish loaded with energy and sparked by a salivating finish.

For over 50 years, the Bisci family has been making Verdicchio in the district of Matelica. Verdicchio, one of Italy's most ageable white grapes shows two expressions: rounder and richer in Jesi, but more austere, higher acidity and mineral in Matelica due higher elevation and mountain terroir. The single vineyard of Vegneto Foglia has 45 year old vines with a south facing exposure. The wine is complex with yellow fruits and chlorophyll notes. The palate is structured and textured, built for ageing.

This IGT Toscana Bianco white wine from Tuscany, Italy, blends Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano, and Chardonnay from the I Colli Estate, located in Monteriggioni and Vagliagli, part of the Bindi Sergardi family’s historic estate, founded in the late 1400s. With a white paper color and golden reflections, it offers an intense bouquet of peach, melon, and pear. On the palate, it’s fresh, savoury, and well-balanced with good acidity, fermented and aged in stainless steel to maintain its vibrant character.

The Ramato style of Pinot Grigio has become very popular, this mutation of pinot noir giving off an orange/copper hue when the juice is in contact with the skins. The nose shows floral notes of wisteria, orange blossom, acacia flowers with ripe fruity hints of yellow peach, melon and tangerine, followed by a delicate mineral iodine note and hints of hay. The mouthfeel shows crisp acidity, yet perfectly balanced by its freshness and enveloping flavour.

The white grape of Verdicchio makes a surprisingly delicious sparkling wine! Made in the Martinotti method (tank), the wine is finished as extra brut and is dry in the mouth with fine bubbles and notes of lemon curd, sweet almond and sponge toffee.

Vitovska is a native grape only found in the Friuli Venezia-Giulia region in northeast Italy. And within the region, it is only grown in Friuli Carso where it loves the iron rich soils which produce wines of incredible minerality.

Born in Prepotto, Benjamin Zidarich's Zidarich winery fully represents the love for the Carso. The result is his wines, strongly based on the characteristics of the vine and the territory. Zidarich pay the utmost attention to the balance of the development of the vines, with maximum respect for naturalness as well as its natural wines. Vitovska is a white grape indigenous to Carso and grows nowhere else in Italy. This could be considered an "orange wine" due to skin contact during fermentation. This is a white wine with tannins and has a "grip" of oranges, rose petal and crushed rock. Lovely structure with a saline tang on the finish. A rare, unique wine indeed.

This is a complex and opulent wine, which has become famous for its incredible longevity. The nose is full of ripe yellow fruits and white flowers. The palate is rich, warm and well balanced with beautiful acidity and sapidity.

The Derthona of Vigneti Massa is produced exclusively from white grapes that have always been cultivated in the Apennine and pre-Apennine hills of the "marca Obertenga"; with phylloxera has risked extinction, now it is regaining the ancient spaces: from 4 hectares in 2000 to the current 150 hectares cultivated by over forty producers. The Derthona comes from a cold maceration of about 40/45 hours, with subsequent fermentation for about 12 months in stainless steel tanks and periodic "batonnage" of the lees for about 12 months

Surrounded by three seas, father and son Nini and Michele work side by side on the Salento Peninsula, the sun-drenched heel of the Italian boot. Arianna Occhipinti SP68 Bianco is an organic, biodynamic, and low-intervention white wine from Sicily, typically blending 40% Albanello and 60% Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria). It is fermented with native yeasts in concrete, offering a crisp, aromatic profile with notes of peach, citrus, Mediterranean herbs, and a distinct salty/mineral finish.

At 600 meters above sea level, on the volcanic soils of Mount Calvarina, in the area of Lessini Durello and Soave DOC, the family has been producing wine for three generations, in an optical of synergy and harmony with nature, with the aim of interpreting and enhancing the native varieties of this area, creating a product that preserves tradition. This Soave, made with 100% garganega shows very pleasant mineral and savoury notes, which alternate with fruity-citrus hints and aromatic herbs. It is a wine with a fresh and enveloping drinkability, perfect for aperitifs and paired with fish-based dishes.

This wine exudes freshness both on the nose and palate, with an abundance of crisp apple and pear flavors taking the spotlight. While it may not exhibit a wide range of complexities, its balance, intensity, and immediate drinkability more than compensate for this.
