Ron Zacapa XO is a premium Guatemalan rum, a blend of rums aged between 6 and 25 years using the Sistema Solera method. It's known for its complex flavor profile, achieved through aging in a variety of barrels: American whiskey, charred American whiskey, Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and finally, cognac casks. This results in a rich, smooth rum with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and sherry.

Fuenteseca Tequila presents the mastery of agave cultivation and tequila distillation using agave cultivated in various soil types, distilled in assorted still types, and rested in an array of vessels, be they of stainless steel or a collection of wooden casks from around the world… harmonizing to create incomparable spirits in a series of limited bottlings.

Three-quarters of the bottling made in a double-copper column still with removed plates to achieve a lower distillation proof and the remaining quarter made in an alembic pot still. Half of the run was then stored in American white oak previously used to age California
red wine, and the remaining half barreled in used dark French Oak. The casks were then stored for 7 years at 3,800' elevation in a cool-climate subterranean barrel room.

The tequila offers spicy sweet oak, caramel, vanilla, with hints of black pepper, apricots, and baking spices, culminating in a spicy-sweet extra añejo finish with pronounced oak and a sweet dry aftertaste.

This Extra-Añejo tequila is aged in oak barrels for an average of 3 years. The final blend includes Tequila from reserves aged over 30 years. Only the estate’s finest 10-year-old agaves are hand-selected. Only the most flavourful inner portion of the agave’s piña (heart) is used. Vibrant, with a full, mellow flavour combines floral, agave, vanilla and Cognac-like flavours.

The mastermind behind this wheat vodka is Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley, of Buffalo Trace Distillery, which is based out of Frankfort, Kentucky. The small-batch rum, called Bumbu XO, has been finished in white oak Sherry barrels from Andalusia, Spain. Bumbu XO is distilled and aged at a 120-year-old Panamanian distillery and uses local sugarcane and pure spring water. The 40% abv expression has aromas of toffee, toasted oak and vanilla, while the palate has hints of orange zest, peppery spice and coffee. The new offering is packaged in a paperless glass bottle, with a matte black finish, silver and white details and a tarnished silver ‘X’.

Cava de Oro Extra Añejo is a 40% ABV tequila with a dark amber color from being aged for five years in French oak red wine barrels. It features aromas of cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, and nutmeg, along with toasted oak and fruity notes. Its smooth flavor profile includes sweet notes of cinnamon and maple syrup, a rich agave sweetness, and a long-lasting, pleasant finish.
