Louis Latour's vineyards cover 50 ha and includes the largest collection of Grand Cru in Burgundy, not to mention a name synonymous with quality. En Chevret vineyard is located in the Volnay appellation; an eastern exposition located close to Mersault. It has a bright ruby color and aromas of red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, as well as floral and spice notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and well-structured, with flavors of ripe fruit, earth, and subtle oak nuances. This is an elegant wine with supple tannins and a round, slightly woody finish.

Domaine Jacques Prieur Beaune-Grèves 1er Cru Blanc is a classic, elegant Chardonnay from Burgundy, offering a blend of ripe orchard fruits (apple, pear, peach), citrus (lemon), and floral notes, with toasty hints of vanilla, almond, and flint from oak aging, featuring a vibrant acidity, good tension, and a long, mineral, refreshing finish, pairing well with rich fish, poultry in creamy sauces, or truffle dishes. 

Bright deep purple colour. On the nose, it develops powerful aromas of red berries, cherry, and raspberry, enhanced by toasted and spicy nuances. Well-balanced, it is powerful and full-bodied with concentrated aromas of fruit and liquorice. Ripe tannins give the wine a velvety texture.

Domaine Harmand -Geoffroy is a family owned winery dating back to the 19th century. The family owns 22ha of vineyards in the prestigious Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. Most of the vines are over 50-years old, some reaching 85 years. The Lavaux St. Jacques is a Premier Cru vineyard located just west of the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. This 9.5ha vineyard is planted entirely to Pinot Noir and is considered to be one of the best Premier Cru in the region. The resulting wines are rich and lush. Matured in 50% new oak, this 100% pinot noir shows mineral intensity with spicy black fruit overlaying an earthy core. This powerful wine needs time to reveal its inner layers, but an underlying sense of freshness promises that this wine will age for decades.

The Les Rugiens vineyard is one of the most prized vineyards in the Pommard appellation and considered worthy to be named a Grand Cru. The wines here are ageable and muscular due to the iron content in the soil. The aspect is southeast and receives ample sunshine during the day which results in the grapes coming to full phenolic ripeness. This 100% Pinot noir hasclassy black fruit aromas and a spicy, peppery background. Dense, fleshy, and harmonious, the tannins are rich, and the finish is lengthy. This will age for years, so put it away for a few years to mellow.

For six generations, Domaine Noellat has been farming their 20ha of land. With entreprenurial spirit, the family was always looking to adapt to new technologies, while respecting the traditions handed down from one generation to another. The cellar was built in 1980 while in 2007 an ultra modern winery was erected with state of the art stainless tanks and a dedicated tasting space in the cellar. Cousins Sebastien and Sophie work closely together making strategic decisions based on the nature of each harvest. The Premier cru of Les Suchots is 1.8ha with 70 years average age of the vines. This 100% Pinot Noir has a delicate nose with notes of cherry, violet and hints of pepper. The palate is full bodied, yet balanced with a touch of floral sweetness. Try in 5 years or keep for the next 5-15 years.

The Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru La Toppe au Vert presents vivid red cherries and black plums on the nose, displaying focus alongside refinement and poise. With time in the glass, blue fruits emerge, adding depth to the aroma profile. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fine tannins, initially displaying a subtle ferrous character. There's a fine grip in the mouth, with chalky tannins on the finish that provide a long and satisfying conclusion.

A fruit-driven wine that balances a flinty character with flavors of green plums. It is fresh, light, poised, crisp and green.

Nose: Intense aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and plum, with hints of violet, earth, and spice.

Taste: Rich and concentrated flavors of dark fruits, including blackberry and blackcurrant, with notes of licorice, tobacco, and a touch of oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a long, lingering finish. The wine displays excellent balance and structure, showcasing the terroir of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Intense garnet colour. Aromas of fresh red fruit, like gooseberry, with hints of humus on a oaky background. Impressive concentration on the palate and a persistent texture. The finish is almost rustic, with firm tannins covered by the dry extract.

A testament to its prestigious terroir, Dom Remi Jd 1Er Cru Les Genevrieres 2022 offers silky tannins interwoven with flavors of blackberry, tobacco, and graphite —an exceptional wine that captures the soul of its vineyard with every sip.

Michel Mallard'sLa Toppe au Vert extends over Corton hill's southeastern slope, the name referring to a "land of good exposure". This 100% pinot noirhas a deep ruby color and a complex bouquet of black cherry, raspberry, and earthy notes, with a touch of vanilla and spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with fine tannins and flavors of dark fruit, cherry, and hints of leather with fresh acidity and a long finish.

Le Grappin began in 2011 with a vision to seek out special sites in the over-looked, under-appreciated reaches of Burgundy and to seek out viticulteurs who tend their vines throughout the year with exceptional care and attention, to give the grapes the best opportunity to shine. This wine comes from the Beaune Premier Cru, made from 100% Pinot Noir from 40 year old vines. It has aromas of red berries, black cherry, and a hint of earth. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, well-balanced, and elegant, with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of spice with a long smooth finish.

The Premier Cru of Les Epenots is one of Pommard's best known names, referring to thethree climats of Les Grands Epenots, Les Petits Epenot and Clos des Epeneaux. These wines can be labelled under these individual names or as "Epenots". All vineyards are planted to Pinot Noir and are considered some of the best -rich and structured with spicy, earthy overtones and considerable elegance. The Parent Les Epenotsis 100% Pinot Noir and very expressive and complex with violet and red fruit aromas of cherry raspberry. The mouth is fleshy and concentrated, and the tannins are fine, velvety, and elegant.

A discreet but appealing red wine, with firm tannins that already shows a great potential. The only Cote de Beaune appellation of the domaine.

DOMAINE TORTOCHOT GEVREY 1ER CRU CHAMPEAUX exhibits complexity married perfectly with elegance, the wine is full-bodied and this comes very much to the fore. There is a fruitiness together with touches of flowers - roses and wallflower. This wine may be kept and be allowed to mature for some years.

The nose is elegant. It reveals notes of black fruits. The palate is fresh, elegant, fresh and balanced. In the mouth it expresses notes of blueberry cream, violets and sweet spices in the background. Good length.

This wine is still young and firm with concentrated tannins as well as perfumed berry flavors. Its texture and dry core show the ripe fruits and the touches of wood aging that come through gently. Roger Voss

Bright light golden nuance. The nose offers a classic stony/chalky touch, fine oak, layers of fresh stone fruit, ripe citrus and crushed nuts. Very nice texture with layers of fresh stone fruit, citrus zest, well-integrated oak and a bright acidity. Dense and long finish. Well-built and potent.

Bristling lemon and tart nectarine flavors are center stage in this fresh-fruited, youthful Chablis sourced from a premier cru site just outside the grand cru Les Preuses. Domaine Fourrier Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru "La Perrière" is a highly elegant, aromatic Pinot Noir from a top producer known for purity. It typically shows intense red fruit (cherries, raspberries) with floral hints, underpinned by a distinct, chalky minerality. Known for its silky texture, fine tannins, and long finish, this wine is often described as precise and structured.

Domaine Bernard Moreau's Meursault 1er Cru Porusot (often labeled as Porusot-Dessus) is a relatively recent addition to the domaine's lineup, produced from grapes sourced from a specific plot in Meursault. Known for its power and energy, this wine balances the traditional richness of Meursault with Alex Moreau's signature precision and acidity.

Au Pied du Mont Chauve Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Clos Saint Jean 2018 is a high-quality white wine produced by Au Pied du Mont Chauve, a small, family-owned winery located in  Chassagne-Montrachet. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Les Clos Saint Jean vineyard, this wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months, resulting in a rich and complex wine with a beautiful balance between fruit and oak flavors. On the nose, the wine displays aromas of citrus, ripe pear, and white flowers, with hints of vanilla and toast. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with a creamy texture and a long, lingering finish. The acidity is well-balanced, providing a nice tension that balances the wine. This is a highly sought-after wine that pairs well with seafood, poultry, and creamy pasta dishes. 

Beautiful garnet colour. Aromatic, with sophisticated notes of spice. Some extracts of red fruit such as blackcurrant or cherry on floral notes of violet. On the palate, the attack is fresh and mineral with aromas of a well-balanced fruit. The wine is vibrant.

This exquisite wine from the distinguished Familie Picard in Saint Aubin, Burgundy, France boasts a firm structure and a mineral, taut texture. It also presents a delightful blend of red apples, green plums, and a hint of apricot.

Les Millandes premier Cru is an east facing sit and close to the GC of Clos de la Roche, growing 100% pinot noir. The soils are the same in both sites, resulting in similar wines. Les Millandes is always supple and seductive with dusty chocolate notes, along with the typical aromas of red berries, warm barking spices and earth. The tannins are structured, yet fine.

"The 2020 Aloxe-Corton Les Fournières 1er Cru is ripe and juicy on the nose: strawberry and raspberry, the oak here more pronounced compared to the Les Vercots. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe, saturated tannins and again, here, I find the new oak more pronounced and perhaps just detracting a little from its delineation and mineralité on the finish. Anne Parent and her sister Catherine are the 12th generation of the family running the Domaine. The Les Chaponnieres vineyard is 2.89ha lying south of the village of Pommard, above the Les Croix vineyard. The wines here have fleshy fruit, with aspicy nose, raspberry and cherry hints, together hints of licorice.

The roots of Domaine Parent date back to the 17th century. Currently the domaine is being run by the 12th generation - Anne Parent and her sister Catherine Fages-Parent. Anne is self-taught, following the lunar cycle and principles of biodynamics to express all the peculiarities of each plot. The small 1.3ha site of Les Croix Noires is located just south of Pommard village. Strong, yet elegant, this Pinot Noir is well-balanced in structure between wood/tannins and acidity.
