Schweinhardt Riesling Kabinett is a fresh, fruity German white wine, typically light-bodied with vibrant acidity and notes of green apple, citrus (lime, clementine), apricot, pear, and minerality, often showing subtle herbal or smoky hints. Classified as a Kabinett, it's a lower alcohol, entry-level Riesling that's refreshing, balanced (can be off-dry), and great for everyday drinking or pairing with light dishes, offering a classic taste of German Riesling. 

The oldest soils can be found in the Rothenberg area. They are of volcanic origin. The vineyard has several terraces. This Riesling grows on particularly old vines on these steps. Aromas of peaches and apricots. Emphatically mineral, with acidity. Very good with Asian dishes.

In the Mosel dialect, "Dajoar" translates to "as in the old days". This was the name chosen by Andreas for a style of Riesling made in tribute to the classic Mosel wines of the past. It is off-dry with a playful sweetness that balances its crisp acidity, resulting in a bright and fresh wine with notes of green and yellow fruit, a strong mid-palate, and a long mineral finish. It's a delightful wine that offers great value.

Riesling Auslese - tops 100% in sweetness. Exotic and full of honey notes with an extremely long finish. A queen, pure pleasure. The Rothenberg is a wine - very noble and smooth on the finish. Simply delicious. Goes well as a dessert or with smoked and blue cheese.

Vineland Estates Semi-Dry Riesling VQA typically showcases a vibrant profile with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and a hint of sweetness, balanced by a refreshing acidity. Synchromesh Riesling is known for its bright acidity, citrusy aromatics, and a balance of sweetness and fruit. Expect notes of lemon zest, lime, grapefruit, and apple, often with a hint of honey or spice. Some vintages may offer more pronounced fruit flavors like apricot or peach.

Blue Dragon Mosel Riesling, a modern, off-dry German white wine from the Mosel region. It features aromas of green apple, citrus, and peach, balanced by zippy acidity, a hint of honeyed sweetness, and a light-bodied, easy-drinking profile. It is commonly paired with spicy cuisine.

The Rosch family represents three generations of winemaking in the Mosel. Their land is 8.5ha of Riesling grown on mostly slate soils. With the cool climate, the grapes ripen later, then only natural yeasts are used which aid to express the terroir of the Mosel. The term "feinherb" is referred to as off-dry and with 19 g/L of residual sugar, the wine has aromas of apricots and peaches to match the racy acidity. A refreshing, harmonious wine with Drinkflusse(a nicer way of saying highly quaffable).

Each canopy interior was hand-pruned and carefully trimmed to protect the clusters from excessive sun exposure while promoting uniform ripening. The warm fall temperatures accelerated ripening, while the Columbia Valley's signature cool autumn evenings preserved the grapes’ natural acidity.

Henry Pelham Riesling VQA is a pale straw-colored wine with aromatic notes of grapefruit and juniper, mineral, and floral elements, according to LCBO and Willow Park Wines & Spirits. On the palate, it offers a medium-plus body with a light spritz and dry finish, balanced by moderate acidity and citrus fruit flavors. Some vintages may include notes of lime zest, ripe apple, and pear, with a silky texture and refreshing finish.
