he flagship expression from Dublin's Teeling, the Small Batch Irish whiskey is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. Following that, the Teeling folks moved the whiskey over to casks that had previously held Central American rum! In these casks, the whiskey had an extra rest for up to 12 months, before being bottled at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration. Wonderfully full-flavoured, with plenty of fresh fruit, creamy vanilla and lively spice notes to enjoy!

Nose: Fresh aromatic oils and spices with orchard fruits and barley on a background of toasted wood.
Taste: Full spicy body. A hint of cloves along with the fruity sweetness of green apples, rounded off with toasted oak. Followed by lingering flavours of spices and barley.

There are only an elite few Irish single grain whiskies out there at the moment, but Teeling went ahead and made theirs unique by maturing it in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Deliciously sweet with a good deal of spice and fruit hide within the Teeling Single Grain.
Multiple award-winning single malt that is uniquely aged in five distinctive wine casks. Shows inviting fruit-forward aromas with hints of toffee, vanilla, herb and floral notes. The palate is warm and creamy with flavours of caramel, spice and tropical fruit on a lengthy finish. Enjoy neat or add a few drops of pure water.
Double Gold, San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2021. Glendalough's Double Barrel has sucked the marrow out of two casks, bourbon and oloroso. They each bring their own unique flavour and character. While the bourbon barrels add, among other things, sweet, smooth vanilla notes, the oloroso casks layer on those dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. And of course these are all accented by almost four years resting in Ireland's mild maritime climate.

Bottled in small batches, the bottling strength will vary according to how the characteristics of each batch are portrayed. To be enjoyed over ice or in a classic cocktail, such as an old fashioned.
Dunville’s Three Crowns Irish Whiskey is a premium vintage blend of superior aged whiskeys finished in three of the finest sherry casks.
Nose: Very gentle, floral, sweet and juicy. Orchard fruits intertwined with nutty caramel, nougat and powerful butterscotch overtones. Palate: The initial sweetness from the malt gives way to light citrus fruits, oranges, lemon, green apples, pepper and clove. The wood spice and lovely oak tannins firm up this whiskey before the oloroso sherry casks take the final curtain. Finish: Orchard fruits and caramels give way as subtle notes of walnut, nougat, vanilla and dried fruits come through in the soft lingering finish.
Nose: A rose bed after a summer shower, white pepper, rhubarb tart, salted caramel, popcorn, fudge, marshmallows, cherries, vine tomatoes.
Palate: White pepper, orange zest, almond, dates, lemon sherbet, liquorice, gentle maltiness and warm chocolate brownie.
Finish: Warm spices that gently goes to leave a cherry biscuit note.
This premium blended whiskey comprises both malt and grain whiskies aged in virgin american oak, ex-bourbon barrels and ex irish stout casks. It has rich overtones of acacia honey and vanilla. Our whiskey evokes notes of caramel sweetness, sponge cake and hints of dark chocolate with a warm spiced finish.
