The Prisoner is a full-bodied and rich red blend that has gained a cult following since its first release in 2000. The wine is made from a blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Charbono, and Grenache grapes sourced from various vineyards in the Napa Valley. The wine is aged in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels for up to 16 months, resulting in a complex and layered wine with aromas of blackberry, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, with flavors of dark fruit, espresso, and chocolate. The wine has a long and smooth finish with fine tannins. The man, the myth, the untamed and refined – our Freakshow Red Wine unveils the wild, unruly blend staring our very own man meets beast. Composed of Syrah, Petite Sirah and Souzao, the 2021 act reveals aromas of juicy raspberry, black cherry, butterscotch and toasted baguette. Full-bodied with polished, velvety tannins, flavours of dried plum, crème brulee and toasted oak are carried through a long finish that will have you reaching for more.

If you broke any one of the 19 Crimes, you sailed on a harrowing journey where months later your fate awaited. Times were tough but these individuals were tougher and they overcame adversity and insurmountable odds to ultimately claim redemption.

A complex spicy, powerful and intense mix of fruit and savoury elements. Blackberry and cassis fruit dominate, joined by black plum, black cherry and some cherry chocolate liqueur along with complex black pepper, violet, custard and some burlap and dried herbal notes. Full bodied with lovely ripe tannins and balanced acidity the cassis and blackberry fruit is joined by paprika infused dark chocolate cake, pastry crust, graphite and sage with some leather on the long finish. Pair this with garlic and rosemary studded leg of lamb or grilled portobello mushroom with a paprika and dried herb butter.

Cala Civetta Ciliegiolo DOC is a red wine made from 100% Ciliegiolo grapes grown in the Maremma subregion of Tuscany, Italy. The wine has a bright ruby-red colour with violet hues and a complex aroma of red fruits, cherries, and violets. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a good balance between acidity and alcohol. This wine is an excellent representation of the Ciliegiolo grape, which is becoming increasingly popular in Tuscany.
