Tua Rita Perlato del Bosco Bianco is a white blend wine that is produced by Tua Rita winery in Tuscany, Italy. This wine is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes - a mutation of pinot noir, yet grown on steep slopes in the mountainous region of Alto-Adige with a cool, high altitude climate resulting in wines with zingy, fresh, high acidity.  The nose exhibits yellow apple, fresh Italian herbs with nuances of citrus. Edda (‘she’ in Salento dialect) is the feminine and sensual soul of San Marzano. It is a complex white wine, full of Mediterranean notes. Maculan Vespaiolo is a white wine made from Vespaiola- a grape variety named after "Vespa", meaning wasps, for the creatures love of the sweet nectar of the grapes. A delightful fruity and light white wine displays wonderful, green apple and honeysuckle scents on the nose. The palate is rich in flavors of green and red apples in an off-dry style. Balanced with moderate acidity.

A appealing shimmering straw-yellow colour, Fermata 125 Etna Bianco DOC seduces with incisive, citrus-edged scents of orange and acacia blossom. Beautifully-balanced in the mouth, its multi-layered fruit progresses to a long-lingering finish with a pungent note of balsam.

Yellow with hints of green, the nose is fine and delicate, elegant and racy, presenting the aromas of fresh fruit. The attack is supple, suggesting notes of lemon that are almost menthol (camphor). The final reveals hints of ripe fruit and candied fruit. It's fat and long.

Viorica wine is made entirely from Viorica grapes, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method. M. de Malle Graves is a complex and well-structured wine that will benefit from some additional aging in the bottle, but is also enjoyable to drink now.

The wine has a long and bright finish with a refreshing acidity. Terres Blanches Pouilly Fumé is a classic expression of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc and is known for its elegance and finesse. It is a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of seafood dishes, as well as salads, vegetables, and goat cheese.

Discreet on the nose, notably not too many varietal notes from Sauvignon Blanc. Waxy , certain complexity, quite elegant. Round and full, with minimal acidity. Good finish with lees notion.

Some attractive citrus elements are present, but bruised-apple notes suggest a certain level of oxidation, and the flavors fall away quickly on the finish.

Domäne Wachau Grüner Veltliner Steinwerk is a high-altitude, mineral-driven white wine from Austria's Spitzer Graben valley. With its crisp and refreshing finish, this Sancerre Blanc is a perfect pairing for seafood dishes, salads, or simply enjoyed on its own.

From bush vines planted in 1956, this was whole bunch pressed, only the free run juice was used for natural fermentation in 3rd-fill French oak barrels. Natural style, with that hint of funk and light earthiness, lightly nutty. Lots of sour and juicy apple. Very nice fruit that becomes sweet like Mandarin and even nectarine, fully ripe, but that dry savoury acidity punches through and balances beautifully.

Founded by Alberto and Diego Cusomano, the winery was birthed by a vision of growing quality grapes on the slopes of Mt. Etna in northern Sicily. Carricante is the native white grape and can ripen up to altitudes of 900 meters above sea level. High, zesty acidity is a hallmark of this grape, and the Alta Mora is no exception to this rule. Sourcing their grapes from five separate contrade, their altitudes sit between 600-750m asl. The freshness of these areas allows full ripening of the Carricante without altering its aromas. A slight nod to sauvignon blanc, it is spicy and rich with fresh minerality, yellow apple, white flowers, lemon cream icing and ginger. Delicious and perfect with seafood dishes.
