MIMOSA
Ingredients:
2 oz. Orange Juice
4 oz. Prosecco
1 Teaspoon Cointreau
Orange wedge for garnish
Instructions:
Tilt the champagne flute and pour in the Prosecco (it will fill about 2/3 of the glass). Top off with orange juice and then add the splash of Cointreau if desired.
MUDSLIDE
Ingredients:
1 oz. Kahlúa
1 oz. Absolute Vodka
1.5 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
Instructions:
Add the Kahlúa coffee liqueur, Absolut Vodka and Irish cream liqueur into a shaker.
Add in lots of ice and shake together.
Serve in a rocks glass with fresh ice.

APEROL SPRITZ
Ingredients:
3 oz. Aperol
3 oz. Prosecco
1 oz. Club Soda
Orange slice for garnish
Instructions:
Add ice to a wine glass until it is nearly full. Pour in the Aperol.
Pour in an equal amount of Prosecco. Top your drink off with a splash of club soda and add a slice of orange.
