Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a distinguished and mature expression from one of Scotland's most iconic distilleries. Aged for 18 years in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, this single malt is renowned for its rich and complex flavor profile. The whisky offers notes of dried fruit, baking spices, and a hint of oak, complemented by a touch of sweetness and a subtle smokiness. This non-vintage Rose is the end result of a desire to create a Rose champagne with a delightfully luscious, fruit-based charm. Jacques Peters, the cellarmaster, and his team wanted a champagne that would be accessible and naturally engaging while conserving Veuve Clicquot's essential values in terms of style.

The wine has a luminous color with attractive pink glints. The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry), leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche).

The fresh attack is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfectly balanced in the best Veuve Clicquot style of pink champagnes, combining elegance and flair. The wine works its magic—this delectably full champagne can be enjoyed as a true delicacy. A deliciously fruity wine in earlybloom, this is a wonderful aperitif to be shared as a twosome or simply with friends.

Made using 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvee is based on Brut Yellow Label's traditional blend: 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier, and 28 to 33% Chardonnay.

Bin 389 was often referred to as ‘Baby Grange', in part because components of the wine are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. First made in 1960 by the legendary Max Schubert, this was the wine that helped forge Penfolds reputation with red wine drinkers by combining the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz. Exemplifying the judicious balance of fruit and oak, Bin 389 highlights the generous mid-palate Penfolds in known for.

Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Whiskey is comprised of a unique blend of three different whiskeys - two whiskeys from Tennessee with a traditional bourbon mash bill, and a straight rye whiskey. Each of these whiskeys is aged independently in both new oak and fresh dumped bourbon barrels for at least six years before being married together and aged an additional year in virgin, heavy charred, American oak barrels. Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Whiskey is maple charcoal mellowed after distillation, also known as the Lincoln County Process, resulting in a smooth finish.

Spirytyus Zbożowy is a neutral spirit made through the process of rectification, which involves multiple distillations and purification to achieve a high level of purity. It is usually made from grains, such as wheat or rye. Due to its exceptionally high alcohol content, it is not typically consumed neat but is often used as a base spirit for dilution in cocktails or as an ingredient in various liqueurs and tinctures. It's also sometimes used in the production of homemade fruit infusions.

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey in the 3L bottle offers the same iconic, smooth flavor profile—with notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak from its charcoal mellowing and barrel aging—but in a large, celebratory format perfect for sharing or collecting, ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like a Jack & Coke.

Chateau de Montifaud XO Cognac is a light and smooth extra old cognac created solely from eaux-de-vie grown in Petite Champagne.A fresh, non-tannic cognac, mellow with hints of almonds and aromas of dried fruits. A cognac much appreciated by the ladies, thanks to its light, fresh taste.

Eye: Coppery with amber shades.

Nose: Very fruity aromas, dry and some toasted almonds and hazelnuts.

Buckle up. Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is truly one of the great whiskeys of the world. Aged for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, and then finished for about 9 months in port wine pipes (large barrels unique to making port wine.) This single malt shows its layers of flavor, juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. It’s best enjoyed neat. Okay, maybe one small cube of ice to open it up.

The Oban Distillers Edition 2021 is a unique blend of flavors achieved by aging the whisky in ex-bodega Montilla Fino cask wood. This process enhances the fruity and maritime notes, creating a complex and rich expression of the classic Oban flavor. The nose is pungent and fruity, with hints of smoke and the taste is explosive, with waves of rich fruit balanced by a salty undertone. The finish is sweet with notes of Jamaican coffee and oak, leaving a pleasant malt-biscuit aftertaste.

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is an emblem of luxury and complexity, embodying the rich heritage of The Dalmore distillery located in the Scottish Highlands. Renowned for its distinctive style and exceptional quality, this single malt is aged for 12 years, with a unique maturation process that involves splitting the whisky between traditional American white oak bourbon barrels and exclusive aged sherry casks.

Regauged into once-used bourbon barrels, this is not the WhistlePig of old. Four years’ finishing in Vermont has toned down the sweetness and high notes, emphasizing a complex, leather/dark chocolate/tobacco spectrum instead. Lavender, violets, and ripe red fruit rise over dusty-dry barn boards, blue clay, and dark rye bread. The spicy rye tones glow with white pepper, while hints of astringent barrel oak keep a slight slipperiness from clinging.

It is considered one of the highest quality Baijiu products in the world and is often referred to as the "king of Baijiu".It is made using traditional fermentation and distillation methods, using only high-quality sorghum as the main ingredient. The production process is highly controlled and takes several years to complete, with the liquor being aged in ceramic jars and underground cellars. One of the distinguishing features of Moutai Prince Chiew - Gold is its smooth and complex flavor profile. The Charles Heidsieck Brut 2012 is a vintage champagne made by one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Champagne. Made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes sourced from some of the best vineyards in the region, the wine is aged for over 8 years in the cellars of Charles Heidsieck to develop complexity and richness.

On the nose, it has notes of toasted brioche, ripe apple, pear, and white flowers. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with a creamy texture and flavors of citrus, baked apple, and a touch of honey, along with a subtle hint of mineral. The wine has a long and elegant finish that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

Tasting Notes:
Vital Stats: 43% ABV. Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021. Double matured in American oak and ex-oloroso casks.
Appearance: This is a light straw color. It forms a thick rim on the glass that takes a long time to form into tears.
Nose: This has the smell of a honeysuckle tree, whole oranges, and a bit of lemon oil. There is just a hint of the grain on the nose as well.

Palate: This is like drinking honey water. It is light and delicate while being full of flavor. It is certainly on the sweet side with notes of honey and star fruit. There is a brief note of cherry on the mid palate. The front and mid palate are quite clean while the finish has a bit of that sulfur taste. The finish is complemented by a light earthy spice, reminiscent of white pepper and allspice. The addition of water sees the sweetness subdued and all the flavors other than the honey are present for longer. There is just a bit of malt that wasn't there straight out of the bottle as well.

Sangre De Vida Añejo is a premium 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, aged for at least 12 months in American or French oak barrels. It is characterized by a rich, complex profile with dominant notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, often packaged in a hand-painted, heart-shaped bottle, boasting a smooth finish. 

Montes Purple Angel is a premium red wine from Chile that is made from a blend of Carmenere and Petit Verdot grapes. This wine is known for its deep purple color and intense aromas of black fruit, spices, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich and complex flavor profile that includes notes of blackberry, plum, chocolate, and tobacco. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and elegant finish. This wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, which adds a subtle touch of oak and enhances its complexity. Montes Purple Angel is a perfect wine to pair with grilled meats, hearty stews, and strong cheeses.

Royal Salute, the prestigious blended whiskey brand under the stewardship of Pernod Ricard and operated by Chivas Brothers Holdings, was originally introduced in 1953 to commemorate the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Recently, on May 17, 2023, a collection of new Royal Salute whiskey labels emerged online, unveiling an exquisite addition to the lineup: the Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Miami Polo Edition.

Blackberry and light dried fruit with oyster-shell undertones. It’s full-bodied with round, lightly chewy tannins that nicely accentuate the fruit character. Walnuts and wet earth. Delicious now, but better in two or three years.

Nose: Rich and smoky with notes of maritime influence, brine, and sea salt. Hints of red berries, dark chocolate, and dried fruits.

Taste: Intense and complex. Peat smoke and black pepper upfront, followed by sweet flavors of ripe plums, cherries, and caramel. Slight spiciness and a touch of oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety. The smokiness lingers, accompanied by a delightful mix of red fruits, dark chocolate, and a subtle sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with a gentle spice and a hint of dryness.

Grand Mayan Reposado is a premium 100% Blue Agave tequila from Mexico, aged for 6-8 months in American and French oak casks. Tapatio Excelencia Gran Reserva Extra Añejo is a premium, 100% blue agave tequila from La Alteña distillery in Jalisco, aged for approximately four years in deeply charred American white oak barrels. Originally a private reserve for the Camarena family, it offers a complex, intense profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, cooked agave, and spices.

From the oldest winemaking family in Argentina, Nicolas Catena was a pioneer for high-altitude wine growing. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec is an excellent example of ageable Argentinian wine. Deep, concentrated, bramble and blackcurrant fruit dominate.

Named after the river that meanders through the estate, this whisky offers a medium level of peatiness. Its antique gold hue invites exploration, while the nose entices with notes of wet stone, delicate peat smoke, refreshing mint, and dried florals. On the palate, experience a harmony of mineral essence, zesty citrus, and dark chocolate atop a medium-bodied foundation, culminating in a fleeting burst of hot pepper on the finish.

Pearse Lyons Distillery opened in 2017, becoming Dublin’s second working distillery this century. This single malt has a nose of honey, apple pie with cream, light pepper, dried grasses, and green herbal notes. The orchard fruits of apple and pear are silenced by a fury of pepper, root ginger, and clove, with only grapefruit peel proffered in response. The dry, banana chip finish fades in a melee of squabbling spices.

Located in Graves, to the southwest of the Gironde Estuary, the Domaine itself is located in a clearing in the middle of forest which protects the vines from extreme temperatures, sometimes called a secret garden in the Graves. This is the concept of terroir that is so dear to many in France, especially Bordeaux. The terroir of Chevalier is like a greenhouse, a unique ecosystem that the grapes (mostly) benefit from.  ight bank of Bordeaux, to the east of the Gironde Estuary, the Domaine itself is lcoated in a clearing in the middle of forest which protects the vines from extreme temperatures, sometimes called a secret garden in the Graves. The 2014 Chevalier is a blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, and 5% petit verdot, giving a wine of great structure that will be a decade old next year. Refined, yet opulent with a full array of blackberries, blackcherry, earth, forest floor and spicy oak notes. 

Dense and layered red with berry and tobacco character, a full body and a savory finish. Got it all here. Deep garnet in color, the 2016 Gloria needs a little swirling before notions of blackcurrant cordial, kirsch, and stewed black tea spill from the glass, followed by hints of chargrill and wood smoke.

The GlenDronach Port Wood is inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the 19th century. During the 1800s, port was ‘de rigueur', and many of the finest port pipes would travel from Portugal, down its Douro River, destined for the wine cellars of Scotland's gentry. Whilst many years have passed, Portugal's majestic Douro Valley is still renowned for its exceptional port. We have selected some of its finest port pipes to house The GlenDronach for a second maturation period of three years. Our Master Blender has expertly combined the whisky from these port pipes, to create a fruit-filled ten-year-old expression, with layers of ripe berries rolling into its signature long, lingering finish.

The modern day Maison of Veuve Clicquot possesses one of the finest champagne vineyards, both in terms of its size and the quality of its vines. Its 390 hectares are divided between 12 of the 17 Grands Crus, and between 20 of the 44 Premiers Crus that constitute the entire Champagne region. This exceptional heritage was built up over the centuries, founded upon the parcels first established by the founder, and added to by subsequent vineyard directors. In particular, Veuve Clicquot bears the fortuitous territorial mark of Madame Clicquot.
