Without water, the palate is chewy and full of puckering tannins; add a few drops to unleash dark chocolate, candied ginger, cooked berries, tea leaf, walnuts in maple syrup, black pepper, and a hint of orange oil. This is the concept of terroir that is so dear to many in France, especially Bordeaux. The 2014 Chevalier is a blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, and 5% petit verdot, giving a wine of great structure that will be a decade old next year. Refined, yet opulent with a full array of blackberries, blackcherry, earth, forest floor and spicy oak notes. 

The GlenDronach Port Wood is inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the 19th century. During the 1800s, port was ‘de rigueur', and many of the finest port pipes would travel from Portugal, down its Douro River, destined for the wine cellars of Scotland's gentry. Whilst many years have passed, Portugal's majestic Douro Valley is still renowned for its exceptional port. We have selected some of its finest port pipes to house The GlenDronach for a second maturation period of three years. Our Master Blender has expertly combined the whisky from these port pipes, to create a fruit-filled ten-year-old expression, with layers of ripe berries rolling into its signature long, lingering finish.

Padre Azul Reposado is matured in hand-selected oak bourbon barrels for at least eight months. The oak influence gives this premium tequila a particular complexity that unfolds on the palate, especially when enjoyed neat.

Still Austin is a grain-to-glass distillery founded in Austin, Texas in 2015. For the brand’s Straight Bourbon, 100% of the grains were sourced from Texas farmers. The mash bill is 70% non-GMO white corn, 25% Elbon rye, and 5% Wildfire malted barley. It’s aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The label artwork entitled ‘The Musician’ was created by Texas-native Marc Burckhardt and is the first in a series of portraits of “archetypical” Austinites created for the brand.

Wild Common tequila blanco is a bright and clean tequila packed with flavors of agave sweetness laced with anise, citrus and minerals. Dictador XO Platinum is a premium Colombian solera rum aged 25–35 years in ex-bourbon, sherry, and re-charred Port casks. Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a premium, non-chill filtered Irish Single Pot Still whiskey bottled directly from the cask at high proof (typically 55-58% ABV). The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a 14-year-old Speyside single malt finished in Caribbean rum casks, offering a smooth, creamy, and sweet profile. It features rich notes of toffee, caramel, and vanilla, balanced with tropical fruit hints (like passion fruit and mango) and a warm, lingering finish. It is known for its sweet, dessert-like, and slightly spicy character.

The history of Château Durfort-Vivens is linked to the Durfort-Duras family. The consecration of Château Durfort-Vivens took place in 1855 with the obtaining of the prestigious title of Second Cru Classé. The owners who have succeeded one another until today have never ceased to improve the quality of the wine and extend the reputation of the château. The vinification is in cement and wood vats. Aging in 40% new barrels for 18 months. The result is a Margaux full of finesse and freshness.

The bouquet of Durfort-Vivens 2014 opens with clear aromas of black fruits such as cherry and blackberry to evolve towards more subtle aromas of truffle. In the mouth, the wine is revealed, silky and elegant. It is definitely a wine that carries the colors of the prestigious Margaux appellation.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot

This whisky is an ex-Bourbon cask finish and is bottled at 46% abv, and is the first time Penderyn have released a core range single malt using mainly spirit from the pot stills, which we introduced in 2014.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Elegant and floral with light oak notes, vanilla, raisins, toffee apples, citrus peel and a hint of lime.

Palate: A delicate smooth single malt with honeyed fruits, vanilla, cinnamon spice and a hint of nutmeg.

Finish: Soft honey and vanilla notes fade to a malty finish.

Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut Extra Old is a champagne that is made from a blend of reserve wines, some of which are up to 20 years old, along with a base of younger wines. The exact blend of grape varieties is not specified by the producer. The wine is aged in the cellar for at least 3 years, which is longer than the minimum requirement for champagne. The wine is then disgorged and a low dosage of sugar is added, resulting in an "extra brut" style that is very dry and crisp. The wine has notes of dried fruit, toasted brioche, and nuts, and is known for its complexity and elegance.

It features a dark, mahogany color with a flavor profile dominated by sweet spices, raisins, dark chocolate, and the distillery’s signature heather honey.

Glenmorangie "The Cadboll Estate" 15-Year-Old is the first single estate whisky from this Highlands distillery. The single malt was made from barley grown on the brand's 440-acre Cadboll Estate located near the distillery. The single malt matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels for 15 years, before enjoying a finishing period in casks that once held Muscat and Sémillion wines.

Appearance: Deep gold in colour.

Nose: Cookie dough with plenty of raisins, dried orange peel, chocolate chips and hints of lemon verbena grassiness.

Palate: Thyme honey, melted butter, green apple boiled sweeties and aromatic barley.

Finish: Red fruit sweetness balanced by rounded malt.

Cosa Salvaje Anejo is simply sweet and ultra smooth, which makes it easier for everyone to enjoy! Cosa Salvaje Plata Tequila is is un-aged and bottled fresh from the still. It is an enticing treat with a light to medium-weight body and a spicy, floral set of aromatics. The moment it enters your mouth you will experience a warm wave of spicy, peppery, and herbaceous flavors.

Ruby red dress with purple highlights. A great intensity nose with aromas of very ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberries) in perfect harmony with discreet toasted and buttery notes. In the mouth, the tasty texture provides immense pleasure and recalls a perfect maturity in an early vintage. A “classic” Médoc style with racy tannins and a structure revealing elegance in attack, smoothness in the middle of the mouth and power at the end of the mouth.

For several generations, the Darroze family has scoured Gascony in the Grands Crus centre of the Bas Armagnac region. Thousands of centuries-old treasures are held in stock at the Darroze house. This diversity in crus, vintages, grape varieties and styles has allowed Marc Darroze to work on this range known as 'Les Grands Assemblages' (The Great Blends). Chosen for their complementary characteristics, the selected Armagnacs in each blend are of different ages. Each age on the bottle indicates the age of the youngest Armagnac in the blend.
