Ilauri Chiola Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is a rosé wine produced in the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo subregion of Abruzzo, Italy. The wine is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, which are hand-picked and vinified using a short maceration process to obtain its beautiful pink color. The wine has a fruity and floral aroma with notes of cherry, raspberry, and rose petals. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and well-balanced with a pleasant acidity and a long finish. This wine is a perfect pairing for seafood, grilled vegetables, and light pasta dishes.

From Lugana, the I Frati winery located in Lugana, is a unique area and terroir between Veneto and Lombardy. Conducted by four generations of winemakers, they follow the lunar cycle, otherwise known as biodynamics: every day of the year playing a fundamental role in following the cycle of the vine. This Rosato is a blend of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, all indigenous grape varieties; the first two specific to the region and the last two are grown all over Italy. This 12.5% alcohol rosato is so quaffable and absolutely perfect for sipping on hot summer days. Intoxicating aromas of peach, apricot, tangerine, and wild cherry with nuances of earth and Italian herbs, the palate is zesty and waiting for you to take another sip! Pair this delightful pink wine with fried vegetables, mushrooms, tomato and mozzarella salad, delicate pasta, and spring risotto.

From Sacha Lichine's Chateau D'Esclans, the ever-popular, cult rose is back with current vintage, made with a blend of grenache, cinsault, and rolle. It's a highly anticipated rose wine every season with its pale pink colour and pure Provençal flavours of strawberry and orange cream, with subtle floral notes. The palate is ripe and fleshy, yet always fresh. Always a favourite.

Sweet taste with notes of apricot, peach, and blackcurrant, passing slowly in an extended aftertaste with notes of berries. Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced by the traditional method. Mediterranean snacks, flavored cheese and fish dishes.

Langlois Chateau built its reputation on producing rich and elegant Crémant de Loire sparkling wines. This rosé, made primarily from Domaine vineyards in the Saumur region, is 100% Cabernet Franc. Light and refreshingly crisp, it’s best enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with red berries!

Coming from plots on the French Riviera, surrounded by olive trees and pine trees, Studio by Miraval is strongly influenced by the sea sprays and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea. These salty soils give the wine a unique character and an almost iodized finish.

Pretty pale-pink, very limpid colour with bluish reflections. This wine offers a very
elegant nose with delicate notes of grapefruit and white flowers. Fresh and well balanced, the palate is lively and reveals seductive aromas of citrus and sea iodine.

Delight yourself with a smooth rose wine from Valul lui Traian wine region of Moldova. Distinguished by an elegant color and a delicate aroma of berries. On the palate there are notes of overripe strawberries.

Pale cherry-pink. Pleasant nose combining redcurrant, cherry, a floral element and a touch of eucalyptus. Energetic attack opening up to lovely aromatic intensity. The structure is light and invigorating and the narrative is clear and without artifice in this lovely wine.

Trellised and bush vine Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Coastal Region were purposefully grown to produce our high-quality Rosé. With supplemented irrigation, the well-drained vineyards planted in weathered shale soils, produced 12 tons per hectare. Pale rose gold in colour, with a pronounced bouquet of watermelon, raspberry coulis and passion fruit. The palate is dry with a medium acidity, packed with red berry flavours, floral undertones and a crisp citrus tail. De Grendel Rosé is the ideal partner for lighter summer fare such as spicy prawns, Portuguese sardines and salads made with red fruits such as watermelon, raspberries, strawberries and pomegranate. This youthful and vibrant wine is best enjoyed early while still fresh and crisp.

Chiaretto is the term used for rosati crafted by the shores of Lake Garda. The Gorgo winery practices oraganic winemaking and this fresh and vibrant wine made from the Valpolicella grapes of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara offers aromas of strawberry, raspberry and peach. The palate has high acidity balanced nicely with the small red berries, red apples and peaches.

Baglio di Pianetto ViaFrancia Rosato is an organic, high-altitude Sicilian rosé (Terre Siciliane IGT) made from 100% Syrah, offering a pale coral pink color. It is known for its intense aromatic profile of red berries, pomegranate, and citrus notes, paired with high freshness, a marked mineral edge, and a savory, persistent finish.

Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé is a world-renowned, high-quality, and age-worthy rosé from Provence, France, known for its pale color and complex, savory character. Predominantly made from Mourvèdre (50-60%) alongside Grenache and Cinsault, this organically farmed wine offers aromatic notes of grapefruit, peach, white flowers, and Mediterranean herbs with a, mineral-driven, creamy texture. 

Exclusive to CLS, we don't often see Nebbiolo done in rose form, but the brother and sister team at Antoniolo of Lorella (whom this wine is named after)and Alberto have created this gorgeous rosato that is intense and fragrant with juicy red raspberries and violets. Initial mouth feel is soft but the acidity is high with a subtle spicy kick. Slight tannins and medium alcohol all rolled into a perfectly balanced wine. Only 50 more bottles left in the province, and they are here at CLS, so be sure to get your hands on one (or three, or...)

Radiantly star-bright in color, this rosé exhibits a vibrant pale pink hue with glimmers of copper reflections. Its aroma is a unique fusion of classic Provençal red berries alongside evocative scents reminiscent of the holidays, including pine, cinnamon, and gingerbread cookies.

Nerello Mascalese from Mt. Etna not only makes unforgettable red wines, but rosati from this grape are astounding as well. This winery is establishing itself as a rising star and one of the best in the region. Rosato made from Nerello will show off juicy raspberry, cherry and orange peel along with racy acidity.

Philippe and Valerie Bassereau (4th generation) have been managing the Chateau de la Graves estate since 1990 in one of the more unknown appellations of Bordeaux: Cotes de Bourg (on the right bank opposite of Margaux). This rose is made from 100% Merlot with elegant notes of white flowers, white peach, white raspberry and cherry. It is so drinkable and perfect to share with friends on the patio. Delightful!

Named for the Norman princess who lived around Cirò in the 11th century, the Mabilia is made from 100% Gaglioppo grapes. The juice is left on the skins for 24 hours, with only a delicate pink colour extracted, and the resulting wine being very fruity with notes of watermelon, red cherry, and roses. Fresh, lively, and fruity, this rosato is a great match for chicken, turkey and fish dishes.

Gerard Bertrand is an icon for wines of Southern France. In 1975 in the vineyards of Corbieres that Gerard Bertrand found his passion for wine. Learning under his father Georges, Gerard is the third generation of family winemakers and is now working alongside the fourth generation, Emma & Mathias. Owning several ‘Chateaux’ and ‘Domaine’, Bertrand is continuing to develop his vision and diversity of Languedoc wines.

The Source of Joy Rose is a blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault – the perfect combination of red grape varieties to create an outstanding, flavourful rose.  On the nose, the intensity of the fruit highlights complex aromas of strawberry and cherry, with hints of licorice. It’s full and round on the palate yet balanced by freshness and brisk acidity. Lively and elegant, the finish lingers on notes of red berries. A perfect rose for the patio or pair grilled lobster, sea bass or tuna.

The rosé displays a beautiful pale color. On the nose, it is complex and balanced with aromas of strawberries, redcurrant, and grenadine. The palate is well-balanced, offering a nice fresh length.

From the prestigious area of Montefalco in Umbria, Perticaia is embracing all the native grapes of the area. This rosato is made from 80% Sagrantino, which is undoubtedly one of the most tannic grapes in all of Italy, balanced by 20% Sangiovese.  The wine is fine and elegant with floral hints of wild rose and fruity hints of peach and grapefruit. Well balanced with medium, mouth-watering acidity.

Crafted from bobal grapes sourced from the high vineyards of Manchuela near Valencia, this tasty and dry organic wine is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. It's a summertime all-rounder, perfect with grilled pork tenderloin or veggie paninis for a picnic.

With its intense pink hue and vibrant red glints, this exceptional Tavel displays inviting aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and subtle peppery notes. On the palate, it offers a balanced and flavorful experience, with a long finish characterized by caramel undertones. Crafted from a blend of 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 15% Clairette, and 10% Cinsault, it exemplifies the best of Tavel's winemaking tradition.

The Rosé de Giscours is a refreshing and elegant wine with a pale pink color. On the nose, it offers aromas of red berries and citrus fruits, with a hint of spice. On the palate, it is dry, crisp and well-balanced, with a lively acidity and a long, fruity finish. This wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, grown in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux.

Winemaker Notes: Malbec 70%,Merlot 30% Nice rose colour, shining; its fruity and veryfresh grape nose, also develops red fruit flavours such as raspberry. In mouth the attack is pleasant and tonic, then one movesvery quickly worms of the melted, long and acidulated notes.

It has a beautiful light pink color with aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing with bright acidity and flavors of red fruits, citrus, and a hint of minerality. Lantides Estate is a family winery that was established in 1993 with a goal to promote quality wines of Greece. Owner Lantides Panikos has 70ha of his own vineyards and grows not just international grape varieties, but local grapes like Agiorgitiko, Moschofilero, Asyrtiko and Malagouzia. Little Ark is a project dedicated to promote quality vineyards of Greece using the best indigenous varieties. This rose is made with 100% Moschofilero and has elegant aromas of strawberries, cherries, tangerine and floral nuances. The palate is rich in the mouth with just enough sweetness to highlight the cherry fruit while toffee and jasmine remain in the long finish.

Critic tasting note: "This blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc is ripe and yeasty. It has perfumed fruit, although the fruit is ensconced in a bitter, nutty character. The acidity is intense, giving freshness at the end."

On the glass, a pale salmon colour with an amber hue appears. On the nose, hints of flint, chalk and sea minerals are supported by suggestions of blood orange and strawberry. On the palate, notes fresh guava and green apples are brightened by a lively structure and a saline finish. Elegant and utterly refreshing.

Fragrant on the nose with dominant red fruits, floral, and balsamic notes, this wine is fresh, unctuous, and fruity with a balanced mid-palate. Made with 100% garnacha, this wine is also VEGAN for those looking for that alternative. 

Established as a fully functioning monastery as early as 1199, Prieuré de Montézargues spans 84 acres sheltered from the Mistral winds by the Montagne Noire mountain range. The original stone monastery buildings blend seamlessly into the landscape, forming a unique micro-terroir that imparts a distinct personality to the Montézargues estate vineyards. This appealing rosé boasts a brilliant pink color and a rich nose with red berry tones like strawberry and gooseberry. On the palate, it is fresh with persistent citrus notes, a well-rounded body, and a long, structured finish.

Label story: "As the name suggests, Lukas had to undergo two big knee surgeries in our first harvest season as is shown by the leg in a brace on the label and the silhouette of the man plotting his next move. With the help of great friends and family it all came together in the end and this wine is a celebration of hard times overcome. In the same way one wishes a performer to “break a leg”, the name celebrates all the hard work we put in to achieve our goals. The protea on the stamp emphasises our South African heritage while the tortoise symbolises the speed at which Lukas was able to work during that first harvest. The donkey is a tongue-in-cheek reminder of how stubborn Lukas was in not compromising on doing any of the work himself despite not being as mobile as he would have liked."

There's a faint coppery tinge to this wine's rosy pink hue, and the fruit is somewhat muted, but this remains an enjoyable drink. Leather and scorched cherry flavors are carried by a supple, rounded mouthfeel, finishing with moderate length and intensity. Easy to drink, but not one to hold more than another few months. Certified biodynamic.

Rock Angel has a more complex and structured taste profile than Whispering Angel bringing it into a more premium realm, giving rosé lovers a bigger and richer wine. If you like the minerality of a Sancerre, you will love this wine.

Aroma: Delicate red berry aromas with mineral notes, along with floral hints and a subtle spice.

Palate: Rock Angel is rich and racy on the palate. The use of partial oak aging adds a creamy feel and texture to this wine, and the flinty minerality embues it with another layer of complexity.

Finish: Powerful and elegant. Firm acidity with a long and silky finish.

Sparkly red currant tones give pause while admiring this wine in the glass. Fruit-packed, it exhibits the best characteristics of a young Sancerre Rosé, with raspberry and wild peach aromas. Complete and round in the mouth, it opens up gradually, with a fresh liveliness being tempered by a hint of tannins. It finishes on fruity notes (black currant, raspberry) with a long, pretty aftertaste of citrus fruits.

Proprieta Sperino Rosé is a crisp and refreshing wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Piedmont region. Made from a blend of native grapes Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Croatina, the wine has a bright pink color and aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and hints of rose petals. On the palate, the wine is balanced and elegant, with flavors of fresh berries and a subtle minerality. It is a versatile wine that pairs well with light salads, seafood, and grilled meats, or can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.

Domaine Reine Juliette is located in the heart of Languedoc, less than 10km from the Mediterranean Sea. The sixth generation runs the winery now and is named for the road the domaine is built on. The wine is a blend of Grenache and Syrah, showing bright strawberry, pomegranate and watermelon notes with excellent acidity and focus. Great with summer salads and even pizza!
