Ben Nevis Distillery is a distillery in Scotland that is located at Lochy Bridge in Fort William and sits just at the base of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles, which rises to 4,409 feet above sea level. A coastal distillery in the Western Highlands, Ben Nevis draws its water from the Allt a'Mhuilinn which originates from two pools, Coire Leis and Coire na'Ciste. Founded in 1825 as an independent enterprise, it has been owned by Nikka Whisky Distilling of Tokyo, Japan, since 1989.

Giusti Riserva is our first trail of grappa aged in “barriques” previously used to hold local superior red wines and for which a new one-of-a-kind technique has been to treat the staves. Giusti Riserva grappa is a blend, that is, a grappa made up from several spirits made from different grape marcs of different vintages. In this case the grappa has been aged for 6 years. The one-wine Troncais oak barrels imaprt characteristic features to the product. The fullness of the flavour is enhanced by chocolate made with 65% cocoa, or by a sprinkling of orange peel and for those who really want to spoil themselves, with a good Cuban cigar.

A blend of the most sublime eaux-de-vie of Grande Champagne Cognac, the Tesseron Lot No 53 XO Perfection is composed of grapes from two varieties: the Colombarde and Ugni Blanc to give it dimension and character. Aptly named, it errs on perfection due to the undeniable finesse. This is to be expected of such a high quality, Premier Cru Cognac. The Tesseron Lot No 29 Exception is a well-aged blend, truly worthy of its name. A unique XO, made up of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie - this Cognac’s maturation process has passed through at least three generations of the Tesseron family who have dedicated their passion and love for Cognac through the family business. With fresh and floral fragrances, Lot No 29 unveils velvety aromas of mocha chocolate alongside dried fruit and hints of honey. Its prevailing rancio is characterized by the decades spent in old oak barrels - a true jewel of the Grande Champagne cru.

Japan has come a long way with making whisky with many master distillers taking their training right in Scotland and importing the Scottish heather for peat making. There is much quality here in Japanese whisky and dad would no doubt be surprised and delighted with this one, aged in a Sherry cask to give it nutty, toasty aromas and flavours.

Tatsuriki Junmai Daiginjo Akitsu is an ultra-premium, aged sake from Honda Shoten, brewed using top-tier AAA Akitsu Yamadanishiki rice polished to 35%. Aged for at least 5-8 years, this complex sake pairs well with delicate, high-end dishes.

Gokyo Junmai Daiginjo Kintai is a premium, highly polished (often 50% or more) Yamaguchi sake, renowned for its elegant, delicate, and fruity flavor profile with notes of pear, melon, and floral aromas. It features a clean, soft water texture (from the Nishiki River) with a smooth, lingering finish, often described as a "hand-made gem"

Hououbiden Akaban Junmai Daiginjo is a premium Japanese sake from Kobayashi Shuzo in Tochigi, crafted from 40% polished Yamadanishiki rice. It is renowned for its elegant aroma of muskmelon and lychee, a silky, mellow sweetness, and a crisp, clean finish. Often pasteurized once, it maintains high freshness.

Sansui Josen Sake is a 15-16% ABV Japanese sake characterized by a soft, smooth body, featuring layered fruity flavors with gentle acidity. It offers a balanced,, crisp, and refreshing, yet satisfying finish. It is a versatile choice, pairing well with seafood, charcuterie, or mild cheeses.

Bodega Foster Lorca is a partnership of Enrique Foster and Mauricio Lorca located in Lujan de Coyo in Mendoza. The winery has been designed to produce Argentinean wines of great character with the guiding principle of producing wines that reflect Argentine terroir. Made using traditional Charmat method, the Lois was left sur lie for six months to combine a complex style with freshness redolent of cherries bursting from the tiny bubbles.

Isola Augusta (Augusta Island) was acquired in 1959 by Renzo Bassani, who fell in love with this land, renovating old vineyards to start producing wines. The Bassani family was one of the first in the region to replace the chemical interventions in the wines with physical processes, controlling the fermentation of the musts with the cold technique. In 1972, son Massimo took over, constructing new buildings and establishing modern techniques.Today Isola Augusta is a combination of both modern and traditional.

The Vettoretti family owns 32ha in the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG zone of Prosecco prodcution, as well as property in the Treviso DOC. The Alne Extra Dry is made from 95% Glera with 5% Chardonnay, it's slightly off dry with creamy bubbles and mouthfeel. Excellent on its own or use in Prosecco cocktails like Aperol Spritz and Bellini.

The Vettoretti family owns 32ha in the prestigious Valdobbiadene DOCG zone of Prosecco prodcution, as well as property in the Treviso DOC. All fruit used in their wine is estate grown and hand harvested. This unique blend of Merlot and Incrocio Manzoni (Incrocio means "crossing" and is a a crossing of Raboso and Muscat of Hamburg) is fruity with hints of strawberry, raspberry and hints of pepper and sage. Tangy acidity makes for a great match with strawberry risotto, and cream pastries.
