Medium to deep ruby red colour. Aromas are meaty with red fruits. The palate is firm & again quite meaty. Alcohol is warm & the acid quite soft, fruit on the finish is a little flat & rounded.

Very intense ruby red color, the nose reveals intense and clean scents of very ripe cherry, black cherry, wild berries followed by fresh and slightly spicy tones. In the mouth it is dry and soft at the same time, enveloping and of great balance thanks to the excellent balance between acidity and tannins. The whole tasting is embellished with a very pleasant tannic texture, which fades towards a finish of excellent persistence, with light hints of red fruit.

This wine is in peak condition. The tannins and the secondary flavors dominate this ripe leather-textured wine. The fruit is all there as well: dried berries and hints of black-plum skins. It is a major wine right at the point of drinking with both the mature flavors and the fruit in the right balance.

The nose showcases a spectrum of umami aromas, from soil to astringent fruit to balsamic, stone and wild herbs. The palate leans into the fruity notes, with pepper providing heat and a continued metallic quality providing structure. Tightly coiled tannins and buoyant acid accentuate haughty citrus overtones.

Once upon a time, Carmín de Peumo was your typical ripe and beefy Carmenère, but not here. This offering, harvested in late May (the equivalent of November in the Northern Hemisphere), deals tomato leaf, currant, cranberry and dried-herb aromas in front of a racy palate that's medium in weight. Spicy, leafy red-fruit flavors are oaky and come with notes of cocoa and coffee, while a dry and snappy finish is lean by previously set Carmenère standards.

Lighter in body, this Pinot Noir is graced by electrifying acidity, tart red cherry, green tea and clove flavors, and a long finish. The wine's aromas are earthy, with loamy soil uniting with blackberries, pine needles and grilled portobello mushrooms.

Earthy aromas include herbal notes, a hint of tomato sauce, asphalt and dusty berry fruits. This has a raw tannic exterior but is softer in the middle. Flavors of saucy, herbal plum and blackberry come with notes of tobacco and olive, while this is drawing and gritty on the finish, with a roasted quality.

This is a structured, full-bodied wine that has solid tannins and concentrated fruitiness. It is packed with red-berry flavors, ripe tannins and spice from the wood aging. The wine will take time to develop.

Appearance: garnet red colour with variable intensity depending on the vintage. Bouquet: the grapes come from different vineyards and this gives them a broad and variable spectrum of perfumes, ranging from tempting spicy notes to those of a sweeter, floral and fruity nature. Flavour: a variety of sensations, with a full-bodied, classic and well structured wine which ages well and perfectly represents the important character of our land. It is best to decant and serve it at temperatures between 18-20°C. It achieves its best expression when served with red meats, particularly game, and with dishes dressed with truffle. It is also excellent with fresh egg pasta and meat sauce, and with risotto, as well as medium-mature cow’s milk and goat’s milk cheeses.

Tobacco, cigar wrapper, wet earth and red fruits lead off the wine. On the palate, the wine is soft, medium bodied, forward and finishes with smoky fruit and a hint of dust in the tannins. You can drink this elegant wine young or age it. 90 Points

Luscious and ripe black fruits ride an effortless texture in this seamless and well-balanced wine. Minutely grained tannins weave through dark plums, spearmint, cocoa and black cherries. While enticing and drinkable, the wine should have a long, more complex life ahead.

A deep, dark red-black color is almost opaque with a purple rim. Juicy black-cherry aromas are overlaid by vanilla, spices, ginger & orange peel with high-toned raisin & attractive clean cedar notes. After the nose, the palate is muted at first. Fine, velvety tannins gives good bite & a concentrated bitter licorice nature to the dark-fruit. On the mid-palate cedary oak overlays juicy black-cherry fruit. A long elegant finish has exotic warm spices.

Boroli Barolo DOCG is a premium, traditionalist Nebbiolo from Piedmont, Italy, known for balancing structure with elegance. Produced by the family-run winery in Castiglione Falletto, it offers a vibrant ruby-red color with notes of cherry, plum, red fruit, roses, and subtle spices. This noble blend of selected Friulian red grapes is aged in French oak barriques within the traditional cellars of the Tosolini Family. The oak casks are toasted with "Kentucky" tobacco leaves, creating a deep and intense smoked Grappa. The result is a peated taste reminiscent of a single malt-aged whiskey, featuring harmonious spicy notes and a light smoke finish.

Fresh Apricots and White Peaches with delicate floral aromas of Lily of the Valley fill the glass. The original Moscato Canelli grapes come through reflective of the extended chilled fermentation. The family owns 18 hectares between La Morra, Serralunga d'Alba, Monforte d'Alba, including 4 Barolo Cru's: R56 (Brandini), Annunziata, Meriame, Cerretta. Exhibiting pure elegance, Potazzine Rosso di Montalcino unfurls gradually, initially presenting notes of red plum and dusty rose. With some gentle coaxing, it reveals violet florals, cedar, and crushed stone aromas that come to the forefront. The palate is captivated by a dynamic blend of succulent wild berries and contrasting saline mineral undertones, all complemented by a refreshing acidity. A lingering interplay of citrus and cranberry adds a delightful tension, leaving a pleasant pinch on the cheeks and enticing the taste buds for more, while gentle fine tannins slowly emerge, providing a delicate coating. This wine is truly stunning, but it is advisable to decant it or cellar it for the next five to eight years to fully appreciate its beauty.

Pale straw yellow, with greenish hues. The nose is full of different inspirations: cedar, green apple, lemon, lime. Slightly smoky, with refreshing chalky aromas. The palate is rich, with a tingly acidity. Long and elegant mineral finish.

"Potazzine" refers to colourful and vivacious birds which inhabit the Tuscany countryside. The property is owned by Gigliola Giannetti who created the winery in 1993 upon the birth of her first daughter and further expanded it another 2ha three years later after the birth of her second daughter.  Potazzine is also a term of endearment given to children by parents and grandparents and it was Gigliola’s mother who affectionately gave this nickname to the two girls.  These prestigious wines are made using natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, long macerations and ageing in Slavonian oak for 40 months resulting in wines with smooth tannins. The nose is fruity and floral with notes of red cherry, and violets, defined by savoury tomato leaf, balsamic and spice notes for a beautifully balanced wine.
