The Château Roubine Lion & Dragon Rosé is a rosé wine made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren grapes grown in the Côtes de Provence AOP of the Provence wine region in France. Gerard Raphet and now with his daughter Marion, farm the small plots of nearly 100-year-old Pinot Noir vines in Morey St. Denis and surrounding area. Raphet is shy and prefers to let the majesty of his Pinot Noir wines do the talking. Clos de Vougeot is a highly regarded appellation with over 80 producers owning very small plots. As such, the wines vary considerably in both style and quality. Raphet's wines are amongst some of the best wines produced here, with grapes coming from 60-80 year old vines. The rsulting wine is structured, yet suave with notes of raspberry, black cherry, earth and baking spices.

Les Millandes premier Cru is an east facing sit and close to the GC of Clos de la Roche, growing 100% pinot noir. The soils are the same in both sites, resulting in similar wines. Les Millandes is always supple and seductive with dusty chocolate notes, along with the typical aromas of red berries, warm barking spices and earth. The tannins are structured, yet fine.

Meursault is the centre of the four communes (Meursault, Blagny, Chassagne and Puligny) comprising that part of the Côte de Beaune known as the "Côte des Blancs", named for the quality and predominance of its white wines. Grown exclusively to Chardonnay, the soils here are chalky and white marl, resulting in wines with bright acidity. This wine also rests on the lees for texture and body. Aromas of brioche, hazelnut and spice anda medium body and supple texture that carry into a persistent finish.

Au Pied du Mont Chauve Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Clos Saint Jean 2018 is a high-quality white wine produced by Au Pied du Mont Chauve, a small, family-owned winery located in  Chassagne-Montrachet. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Les Clos Saint Jean vineyard, this wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months, resulting in a rich and complex wine with a beautiful balance between fruit and oak flavors. Famille Picard's Puligny-Montrachet 5 Chemin du Chateau Chassagne-Montrachet 2018 is a classic expression of this world-renowned white wine from Burgundy, France. The wine is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards surrounding the Château de Chassagne-Montrachet. It is a rich and complex wine with notes of citrus, apple, pear, and honey, along with a subtle minerality that is typical of Puligny-Montrachet. Droin Chablis is a white wine made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru vineyard in Chablis, Burgundy. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and purity of fruit.

At the tasting, the wine reveals a dress of a pretty peach pink, pale and bright. Its delicate aromas bring very refreshing fruit notes such as pink grapefruit, vine peach and red berries. Delicacy is the definition of this Volnay, a wine which is like lace. This 100% pinot noir has aromas of violet, cherry, and - with age - spices, game and cooked prune. It has an immediate appeal which, added to a slight natural precocity, means it can be fully open while still relatively young. The attack is fresh, the finish is warm. Drinking this wine, one seems to bite into a fresh fruit and breath in its heady aroma.

Ageing in oak (30% new barrels) for approximately 15-18 mounths. Racking after the malolactic fermentation. Filtration is light or even nonexistent in order to preserve the aromas. Bottling takes place at the domaine.This wine is dense and firm and will taste even better after a few years in bottle.

Aromas of raspberry, licorice, plum and spice give way to a sweet, fruity core complemented by cocoa notes and savoury tannins. The Atlas is an ideal food wine, perfectly pairing with everything from midweek pasta to roasted cauliflower and pork belly. It's drinking well now, though your patience will be rewarded after a couple of extra years in the cellar.

A wine that compairs to those at double the price point. The Robert Craig Diamond Mountain is a rich, lucious, wine with bountiful flavour. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings those classic dark fruit, black pepper and flint, whilst the Cabernet Franc adds earthy structure and capsicum characteristics. A delicious wine that is showing welll straight from the bottle, but can be set to rest for 10 years. Enjoy with Alberta beef, wild boar, bison or anything else meaty and rich.

The Robert Keenan Winery is located in the Spring Mountain District, high in the Mayacamas mountain range above the town of Saint Helena. We planted eleven acres of Merlot vines in the rocky soils surrounding the winery, and we believe this mountainside vineyard produces some of the finest Merlot in all of Napa Valley. Sited above the dense fog that creeps up the Napa Valley most evenings, the vineyard warms earlier in the morning, and temperatures remain warm throughout the night. Combining these warm temperatures, steep hillside vine rows, and gravelly soils promotes stress on the vines, increasing the intensity of flavours and aromas in the finished wine.

Full-bodied, rich, concentrated and with impeccable poise, it has beautifully ripe, grainy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing epically long and earthy.

Gorgeous blackberry and currant aromas with hints of herbs. Wonderfully varietal character. Full-bodied with tannins that frame the wine so nicely and create a long, lightly chewy finish. Fantastic wine.

These are not the usual Special Bins that Penfolds releases every so often but this is a new wine that will be in regular production, although not every vintage. 

Crushed blackberry meets chocolate and vanilla, even on the nose generosity and concentration are apparent right away. The first sip is full-on: bold, concentrated tannins, fine freshness that highlights the wonderfully generous, bold, big, muscular fruit. It is that delicious and pervasive acidity that allows every nuance to show: that pure flavour of wild blueberry, that note of cocoa powder, that powdery vanilla and nutmeg-scented texture, those fine-grained but ripe tannins with both their rigour and their juiciness. This is brooding, dark, and profound and for now, it only gives us an idea of what will be possible. A wonderful new addition to the range. Seamless and balanced.

Valbuena is the pure expression of a red at Vega Sicilia, with an ageing of five years from barrel to
bottle, which gives it its name, Valbuena 5º (5th year). 225-litre French and American oak barrels,
both new and used, 8,500-litre vats are used in a long and complex process for perhaps, the wine
which has evolved the most over the last few years.
Valbuena 5º presents its splendor in each vintage and a direct view of the greatness of its soil,
where the weather conditions each year make a clear distinction on the vintage.

Similar to its growing season, this wine projects harmony and evenness with an underlying current of something a little thrilling. The 2020 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is structured and dense, while earth and spice abound with unfolding notes of dark fruits and floral highlights. Fresh acidity lengthens the attack and expands these flavors across the palate.

One of the most remarkable white wines in South America. Ripe lemon, mandarine orange, tarragon, white mint and superbly integrated, smoky oak. Then on the palate this is practically vibrating with energy and precise, linear acidity; almost Mendoza meets Grand Cru Chablis in style. Gorgeous, chalky texture and no end of flavour. Superb.

Complex aromas of plum, blackberry, chocolate, and sous-bois. Big, round and velvety in the mouth, very ripe tannins and a long mineral finish.

This family owned Domaine has a prestigious location: they are the only Domaine located inside the walls of Clos Vougeot itself. They are the largest owners of land with 5.5ha, many of these with Pinot Noir vines that were planted in 1910. Although they always farmed organically, they received their certification in 2021. This 2019 Pinot Noirs shows tightly packed black and red fruit accented with notes of violets, mineral, earth and wild herbs. This is powerful and rich, with firm tannins, lots of body, and the ability to age almost indefinitely. Try from 2026

Anne Parent and her sister Catherine are the 12th generation of the family running the Domaine. The Les Chaponnieres vineyard is 2.89ha lying south of the village of Pommard, above the Les Croix vineyard. The wines here have fleshy fruit, with aspicy nose, raspberry and cherry hints, together hints of licorice.

A discreet but appealing red wine, with firm tannins that already shows a great potential. The only Cote de Beaune appellation of the domaine.

The Tollot-Beaut family is a based at Chorey-Les-Beaune with vineyards located in Beaune, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton and a small holding in Corton Charlemagne. The 2020 Corton Grand Cru, which comes from Les Combes as usual (though not on the label), has a lovely nose with brambly red fruit, black truffle and subtle pencil box aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with saturated tannins, very fine tension and an almost sorbet-fresh, quite mouth-coating finish. It will require time in bottle...but this Corton will be worth the wait.

The Tollot-Beaut family is a based at Chorey-Les-Beaune with vineyards located in Beaune, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton and a small holding in Corton Charlemagne. This 100% Pinot Noir has ripe black cherry, black currant, violet and mineral notes. The palate is dense, yet elegant with ripe fruit and fine tannins. A consistently underrated site from a wonderful domaine.

Seguin-Manuel has undergone a major rejuvenation since its acquisition by Thibaut Marion in 2004, 180 years after its foundation in 1824. Coming from a ten-generation family of winegrowers, Chanson Père & Fils, Thibaut started his career -- and honed his skills for seven years -- at the family winery in Beaune. Today, he puts his experience, passion and energy at the service of the great wines of Burgundy. The range has thus been considerably extended through the acquisition of new vineyards et new grape suppliers. Every effort has been made at Seguin-Manuel to let the wines express their natural balance and each cuvée is crafted with the intention of reflecting its terroir with panache. Seguin-Manuel's vineyards are grown organically with no use of chemicals, certified since 2015. "Les Cazetiers" typically shows a dark purple colour. The bouquet is precise, stylish and intense. Black fruit aromas are mingled with a hint of toasted and spicy notes. It is both powerful and precise with fine and elegant tannins. Very long aftertaste. To be paired with a leg of lamb, braised ham or a matured cheese. The aging potential of this wine indicates its best after 7 to 10 years, and more than 15 years for the great vintages.
