The Vigneto Cialdini is Cleto Chiarli's top-of-the-line Lambrusco Grasparossa. The vineyard is located in the heart of the Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro denomination, where this member of the Lambrusco family has been cultivated since time immemorial. The wine is made through a single fermentation under pressure, rather than the normal two-fermentation process of almost all other sparkling wines. This is in the brut range, with a slight sweetness detectable. Vigneto Cialdini is the name of the vineyard, dedicated to Enrico Cialdini, who was a famous general during the unification of Italy.

The 1er Cru vineyard "Montmains" is one of the very best 1er Crus in the Chablis . The Chablis Montmains of Chanson Père et Fils has a bright golden yellow color. From the storage in oak barrels it has a tender vanilla smell, plus white fruits and lemon zest. Firm on the palate, but also with juicy fruit. Invigorating vitality in the long finale.

Seguin-Manuel Beaune Clos des Mouches Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Clos des Mouches vineyard, a premier cru appellation in the Beaune subregion of Burgundy. The wine is aged in oak barrels, with 30% new oak, for up to 18 months. It has aromas of white flowers, honey, and ripe tropical fruits, such as pineapple and mango, with a subtle minerality. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of pear, citrus, and hazelnut. The wine has a long and creamy finish, with a good balance of acidity and oak. Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Dufuoleur family has been steeped in Burgundian winemaking and culture for more than 400 years. Their property of 30ha runs from the village of Fixin in the north to Santenay in the south. Whilst mostly Pinot Noir is planted, this very small vineyard of Chardonnay where only 1100 bottles are made. Wines are aged in French oak barrels, a third of which are new. The finished wine has an expressive nose of lemon chiffon, honey and fine herbaceous nuances. As the wine ages, it will develop a toasty, nutty aroma and flavour.

Albert Bichot is a five-generation family-owned property having owned land in Burgundy's Cote d'Or since the 1830's. The vineyards now total six estates from Chablis in the north to Beaujolais in the south.
This white wine is 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the prestigious Charlemagne vineyard in the village of Aloxe-Corton of Burgundy. Family farmed since 1956 The Stewart Family is one of the "originals" in the Okanagan Valley. The winery was built in 1989 with vineyards stones throw away from Lake Okanagan. This Reserve Chardonnay, their flagship white wine, is grown on the volcanic soils of Mt. Boucherie. Sophisticated and elegant, it's a full-bodied white with aromas of vanilla bean, butterscotch, and toasted hazelnut; further enhanced with a creamy mouth feel of stone fruits, crème brulee and vanilla yogurt.

This beer is a golden blonde color with a creamy foam head. It has aromas of spice and fruit, with a flavor that is both sweet and bitter. The taste includes notes of fruit, malt, and hops, and finishes with a dry and slightly bitter aftertaste. Started more than a century ago two Piemontese, a lawyer (Mosca) and and Engineer (Sella) fell in love with the land and started working the soil and planting vines. Cannonau, aka Garnacha is the most grown red grape in Sardinia. Intense and warm it expresses floral notes of violets and roses, red cherry, red currant and elegant spice notes. The palate is well balanced, fresh with silky tannins and a long finish.

Fermata 125 Etna Rosso DOC greets the eye with an attractive pale ruby colour, then pleases with delicate scents of red berry, such as wild strawberry, and warm, enfolding spice notes. The palate is built upon tangy, rich fruit, fine-grained, glossy tannins, and a lengthy finish.

Pale-to-medium lemon in color, with flecks of silver and green near the rim. Exuberant, opulent notes of fresh white peach, crisp pear, baked buttercrust lemon pie, and crushed-seashell minerality. On the palate, a lusciously juicy and crisp acidity plays off a smooth minerality seamlessly interwoven with citrus and tree fruit. Intense dark core and a ruby rim. Aromatic and floral nose with rose petal, violet, sweet red fruit and fresh grape aromas.
