Fresh, balanced and with fine but compact tannins, this Rioja is chiefly made up of Tempranillo. It seduces thanks to its aromatic profile evoking roasting, coconut and cherry. It comes from a cellar in Mendavia famous for its complex and intense wines.

The whisky begins with a base of the same spirit that goes into Glenmorangie Original, 10-year-old whisky matured exclusively in American oak Ex-Bourbon casks. The whisky is then finished for 2 years in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.

Aroma: Warm spices mixed with smooth chocolate-covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee.

Taste: Deliciously sweet sherry-flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices.

Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Dufuoleur family has been steeped in Burgundian winemaking and culture for more than 400 years. Their property of 30ha runs from the village of Fixin in the north to Santenay in the south. Whilst mostly Pinot Noir is planted, this very small vineyard of Chardonnay where only 1100 bottles are made. Wines are aged in French oak barrels, a third of which are new. The finished wine has an expressive nose of lemon chiffon, honey and fine herbaceous nuances. As the wine ages, it will develop a toasty, nutty aroma and flavour.

Our golden-hued No.2 Wildflower Gin is a bittersweet blend of gentian, lemon balm, elderflower and chamomile layered over a classic dry gin, drawing its inspiration from the glorious grasslands of the Cotswolds. Wonderfully floral with notes of sherbet lemons and delicate eucalyptus.

Roeno Enantio Valdadige is a red wine produced by the Roeno winery located in the Valdadige DOC region of Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. This wine is made from the Enantio grape variety, which is grown on the winery's estate vineyards and undergoes a maceration process with the skins for about 12 days.

On the nose, this wine has intense aromas of red berries, with hints of spice and licorice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a good balance of acidity and tannins. Flavors of red currant, black cherry, and a hint of tobacco are present, with a long and persistent finish.

Tenuta Scuotto's Greco di Tufo DOCG is a crisp and refreshing white wine with a bright straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and floral, with notes of white peach, yellow apple, and acacia flowers. It is fresh and lively on the palate, with a mineral backbone and ripe stone fruit and citrus flavours. The wine is well-structured with a balanced acidity, making it an excellent pairing for seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, and light pasta dishes. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a short maceration period to preserve the wine's delicate aromas and flavours. Albert Bichot has been the leading buyer for 15 years at this world-renowned auction.
Albert Bichot is a five-generation family-owned property having owned land in Burgundy's Cote d'Or since the 1830's. The current owner, Alberic Bichot is respectful of his family's traditions yet entirely focused on the future: converting to organic viticulture, adapting to new markets, increasing exposure to Burgundy wines, and much more. The vineyards now total six estates from Chablis in the north to Beaujolais in the south.
This white wine is 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the prestigious Charlemagne vineyard in the village of Aloxe-Corton of Burgundy. The nose is intense with notes of lemon curd, citrus pith, nutmeg and rich, nutty complexity. The palate is mouth-filling with balanced acidity and a spicy, smooth, long finish. This white wine will only get better with age. Pair with cauliflower puree, braised fennel and sea scallops.

The Nicaragua Rum 1999 Sansibar 17 Year Old is a premium aged rum produced in Nicaragua by an undisclosed distillery and bottled by Sansibar, a German independent bottler. This rum was distilled in 1999 and aged for 17 years in oak casks, resulting in a rich and complex spirit with notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and spice. It is bottled at cask strength, without any artificial color or flavor additives. The Nicaragua Rum 1999 Sansibar 17 Year Old is a limited edition release with only a few thousand bottles produced.

Moët & Chandon offers a customizable version of its Brut Impérial Champagne, which allows customers to personalize the bottle with their own message or design. This 100% Timorasso is native to the Tortona area in Piemonte. The ancient name is Derthona and often seen on the labels. Before nearing extinction, this grape was brought back to life by Walter Massa, knowing there was great potential. The grape ages remarkably well and will resemble a dry Riesling with five years of age or more. This single vineyard of Costa del Vento shows aromas and flavours of white flowers, stone fruits, and bright citrus. It will always have high acidity and be voluptuous. These wines can sometimes border on feeling "alcoholic" so chill to temper and decant for best tasting experience.

Family farmed since 1956 The Stewart Family is one of the "originals" in the Okanagan Valley. The winery was built in 1989 with vineyards stones throw away from Lake Okanagan. This Reserve Chardonnay, their flagship white wine, is grown on the volcanic soils of Mt. Boucherie. Sophisticated and elegant, it's a full-bodied white with aromas of vanilla bean, butterscotch, and toasted hazelnut; further enhanced with a creamy mouth feel of stone fruits, crème brulee and vanilla yogurt.

This beer has a deep brown color with a creamy foam head. It has aromas of caramel, malt, and dark fruit, with a flavor that is both sweet and bitter. The taste includes notes of raisins, plums, and caramel, and finishes with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is often paired with hearty dishes such as stews and roasts.

Started more than a century ago two Piemontese, a lawyer (Mosca) and and Engineer (Sella) fell in love with the land and started working the soil and planting vines. Cannonau, aka Garnacha is the most grown red grape in Sardinia. Intense and warm it expresses floral notes of violets and roses, red cherry, red currant and elegant spice notes. The palate is well balanced, fresh with silky tannins and a long finish.

The Collection 242 blend is dominated by Chardonnay which was of exceptional quality in the 2017 vintage. The perfectly ripe Chardonnay grapes lend the wine its aromas of ripe, sweet fruit complemented by subtle oaky notes. A rosé created by a long, gentle infusion of Pinot noir that extracts its juicy ripeness while preserving its tremendous saline freshness. This whisky is matured in re-charred red wine casks, oloroso sherry butts, and bourbon barrels. After maturation, a few drops of water are added to achieve a batch strength of 57% abv. A legend throughout the entire Cote-d'Or, Henri de Villamont can be easily spotted from miles around due to its famous Guettes Tower and beautiful manor house, which has drawn wine lovers on a Burgundy pilgrimage for many decades. Located in the heart of one of the region's prettiest villages, Savigny les Beaune, Henri de Villamont is a magical place, surrounded by high walls and scores of Premier Cru vineyards. The property is owned by a major Swiss family company who have been in the wine business for over 20 years. A shy nose that very slowly releases precise red berries. Eventually this rounds in the mouth, has a hint of salt too. This has decently understated concentration and real grand cru complexity here. Understated, sometimes subtle, but excellent.

This delight is matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 3 years then finished in virgin Irish oak casks. Aromas and flavours of vanilla, spice, banana custard, with cinnamon, maple, citrus and oak tones. The palate is smooth with a spicy, warm lingering finish.

The Giacomo Fenocchio Barolo is a full-bodied and elegant red wine produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Barolo subregion of Piedmont, Italy. It offers a deep ruby color and aromas of dark cherry, rose petal, licorice, and tobacco. On the palate, it is rich and complex with notes of red fruit, leather, and spice, balanced by firm tannins and bright acidity. The finish is long and persistent. This wine has received 93 points from Wine Spectator, which praises its "intensity and harmony," calling it "a modern-style Barolo, but still maintains its integrity and typicity." It is an ideal pairing with hearty meat dishes, aged cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own. 

Dunville’s Three Crowns Irish Whiskey is a premium vintage blend of superior aged whiskeys finished in three of the finest sherry casks.

Nose: Very gentle, floral, sweet and juicy. Orchard fruits intertwined with nutty caramel, nougat and powerful butterscotch overtones.

Palate: The initial sweetness from the malt gives way to light citrus fruits, oranges, lemon, green apples, pepper and clove. The wood spice and lovely oak tannins firm up this whiskey before the oloroso sherry casks take the final curtain.

Finish: Orchard fruits and caramels give way as subtle notes of walnut, nougat, vanilla and dried fruits come through in the soft lingering finish.

Rosé Majeur embodies the refinement of AYALA champagnes. Chardonnay, the emblematic grape variety of the House, for the most part, brings freshness and finesse to this blended rosé, composed of 24 exceptional crus.

When it comes to blending and vinification, nothing is left to chance. The Pinot Noirs, originating from the best crus on the Montagne de Reims, are handled here with an emphasis on fruit rather than structure.

Rosé Majeur is primarily a sweet treat, with a subtle dosage. The delicate notes arise from the red wine, added to the blend in a small amount. This still wine is elaborated exclusively from the Pinot Noir of Aÿ, a Grand cru characterized by the legendary generosity of its fruit.

Ideally suited to accompany a meal, Rosé Majeur will perfectly complement a salmon fillet lightly cooked on one side, pink lamb chops or even a red fruit tart.

Eucalyptus, woodland berry, rose and baking spice aromas take shape in the glass. This is all about finesse and energy, doling out flavors of juicy red cherry, crushed raspberry, cinnamon and licorice alongside a backbone of fine-grained tannins and bright acidity. Although 2017 was not a vintage for the ages, excellent winemakers will still create beautiful wines from hand selected grapes. Jessica Pellegrini is a minimalist, using indigenous yeast and "hands-off" winemaking. Like the 2015, it is true to the Sangiovese variety with an expressive nose of cherry, fresh Italian herbs, and tomato leaf. Serve with tomato based pasta dishes like Bolognese or Lasagne.
