Ripe aroma with abundant notes of pepper, blackberries, black plums and chocolate, all very concentrated and rich. Very good texture on the palate, with tannins that are still firm and that will ensure it lives on in the bottle. Mistinguett Brut is an ode to all women who work hard to achieve their dreams and refers to the French artist Mistinguett. The winery Vallformosa produces this special cava in the Penedes. Vallformosa means beautiful valley in Catalan. It's the Domenech family who have been working the land since 1865 with great passion to make the grapes grow best in the hills. New vineyards have been acquired over the years and now it is the fifth generation that continues the tradition of winemaking.

The term Recioto originates from the dialect word “recia,” meaning ear, referring to the top part of the grape bunches that receive the best exposure. This dessert wine pairs beautifully with various baked goods, especially traditional Veronese pandoro, panettone, pastries, and dark chocolate.

DICTADOR 20 Rum is crafted from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey, distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous columns to achieve a signature full-bodied rum. Aged in oak barrels to develop deep, rich flavors, it is then meticulously bottled and distributed globally. This rum boasts an intense dark amber color and offers a robust nose of muscovado sugar, cherry, caramel, and vanilla. The palate reveals a soft mouthfeel with flavors of toffee, maple, and creamy oak, culminating in a strong dark chocolate and coffee finish.

Another great wine from the winemaking team at Casale del Giglio, this is another "petit" wine, although there's nothing little about it. Typically the grape used in Bordeaux blends to provide the tannic backbone, it's seen more and more often as a monovarietal wine. The Petit Verdot is part of a special research project that was launched in 1985 with the goal to identify maximize the territory’s potential for quality viticulture. Finding ideal growing conditions with respect to climate, elevation, and soil, the Petit Verdot matures into an elegant and full-bodied red wine with great berry flavours. Velvety and ripe tannins provide a great backbone. A complex wine with great aging potential.

Piekenierskloof's mountain vineyards, located near the Cederberg Wilderness Area, are renowned for producing exceptional Grenache from dry land bush vines. Neil discovered the oldest Grenache vineyard in the country that each year yields a limited amount of grapes. The vineyard produced consistently award winning Grenache since 2007. The alcoholic fermentation is initiated in stainless steel tank with the malolactic fermentation being completed in French oak barrels. The wine is aged for 14 months in a combination of new, 2nd and 3rd passage larger French oak barrels.The wine has inviting red berry and creamy strawberry flavours, complemented by a creamy texture and silky tannins. The oldest of these vines, planted in 1966 on their own roots, remain un-grafted and disease-free, contributing to the wine's elegance, finesse, and sweet fruit character. The region's extreme temperature variations, with hot days and cold nights, along with its Table Mountain sandstone and shale soils, further enhance the distinctiveness of the Grenache from this area. Light in colour, and although high(er) in alcohol, the wine is well-balanced. Put a slight chill on it for optimal flavour. Another great Neil Ellis wine.

A highly collectable wine that will age gracefully with proper cellaring. The wine shows rich aromas of red and black fruits, cedar, and clove, with lively acidity and velvety tannins. Zacapa Edición Negra is a rich, dark rum inspired by Guatemala's natural elements, including the fiery intensity of its volcanoes. Crafted from a blend of rums aged between 6 and 24 years, it matures in select barrels, including double charred American oak casks, imparting a smoky intensity. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, Zacapa Edición Negra adds a smoky twist to classic dark spirit cocktails.

Koyle's Cabernet Sauvignon has been on the scene since 2008. Sourced from Organic and Biodynamic vineyards in Los Lingues, and Colchagua Andes, the Koyle Royale Cabernet spends 25 days fermenting in stainless steel tanks and then 20 months in 225 Litre French Oak Barriques before bottling.

The Foxtale Dry Gin features a harmonious blend of botanicals, highlighting the classic juniper flavor and the bright, citrus notes of cardamom and orange. Its aroma offers a delightful mix of juniper, coriander, liquorice, cardamom, and orange.

From the prestigious area of Montefalco in Umbria, Perticaia is embracing all the native grapes of the area. This rosato is made from 80% Sagrantino, which is undoubtedly one of the most tannic grapes in all of Italy, balanced by 20% Sangiovese.  The wine is fine and elegant with floral hints of wild rose and fruity hints of peach and grapefruit. Well balanced with medium, mouth-watering acidity.

Founded by Alberto and Diego Cusomano, the winery was birthed by a vision of growing quality grapes on the slopes of Mt. Etna in northern Sicily. Carricante is the native white grape and can ripen up to altitudes of 900 meters above sea level. High, zesty acidity is a hallmark of this grape, and the Alta Mora is no exception to this rule. Sourcing their grapes from five separate contrade, their altitudes sit between 600-750m asl. The freshness of these areas allows full ripening of the Carricante without altering its aromas. The project by the Cusomano brothers was founded in 2013, after years of producing wine under the Cusomano name in other parts of Sicily, the opportunity arose to acquire the first three contrade , or single vineyard sites on the northern slopes of Mt. Etna. These single vineyard sites gave birth to the name Alta Mora, which exemplified the stunning beauty of these sites.  Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese, one of the native red grapes grown on the mountain, the grapes are sourced from four different contrade.  This is a vibrant wine with spicy pepper aromas and flavours of black currant, mountain herbs and the ever-present minerality evident from volcanic soul. The acidity is high yet balanced with well integrated tannins.
