The Derthona of Vigneti Massa is produced exclusively from white grapes that have always been cultivated in the Apennine and pre-Apennine hills of the "marca Obertenga"; with phylloxera has risked extinction, now it is regaining the ancient spaces: from 4 hectares in 2000 to the current 150 hectares cultivated by over forty producers. The Derthona comes from a cold maceration of about 40/45 hours, with subsequent fermentation for about 12 months in stainless steel tanks and periodic "batonnage" of the lees for about 12 months

Sparkly red currant tones give pause while admiring this wine in the glass. Fruit-packed, it exhibits the best characteristics of a young Sancerre Rosé, with raspberry and wild peach aromas. Complete and round in the mouth, it opens up gradually, with a fresh liveliness being tempered by a hint of tannins. It finishes on fruity notes (black currant, raspberry) with a long, pretty aftertaste of citrus fruits.

Giusti Riserva is our first trail of grappa aged in “barriques” previously used to hold local superior red wines and for which a new one-of-a-kind technique has been to treat the staves. Giusti Riserva grappa is a blend, that is, a grappa made up from several spirits made from different grape marcs of different vintages. In this case the grappa has been aged for 6 years. The one-wine Troncais oak barrels imaprt characteristic features to the product. The fullness of the flavour is enhanced by chocolate made with 65% cocoa, or by a sprinkling of orange peel and for those who really want to spoil themselves, with a good Cuban cigar.

A blend of the most sublime eaux-de-vie of Grande Champagne Cognac, the Tesseron Lot No 53 XO Perfection is composed of grapes from two varieties: the Colombarde and Ugni Blanc to give it dimension and character. Dense ruby/purple-hued with notes of licorice, mulberries, black currants, asphalt and spring flowers, this medium to full-bodied, concentrated, rich effort does not reveal an excess of rusticity or astringency.
