Rather than sourcing the grapes from all across the Beaujolais region, each individual Cru has their own terroir and soil structure; all made with 100% Gamay with the resulting wines unique and set-apart from each other. At the foot of the Côte du Py are the “Grand Cras” plots, a magnificent terroir composed of compacted sediments from the Côte du Py (a mixture of schist, metamorphic rock, and clay) and decomposing granite. This unique blend with the 75-year old vines produces wines with great character and complexity.
The Grand Cras is very complex and powerful. As it opens up, it presents notes of red fruit. The tannins are mature, leading into a velvety and persistent finish reminiscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir.

Gekkeikan Junmai Nigori (720ml) is a premium, unfiltered, and cloudy Japanese sake known for its creamy, rich texture and sweet, refreshing taste. With a 10%-11% ABV, it features notes of yogurt, banana, and pineapple, providing a smooth finish. It is best served chilled, often paired with spicy foods, BBQ, or desserts.

The nose is spicier than that of Pommard, with notes of cloves and peppers that intertwine with nuances of wild berries. The fruit emerges gradually from aeration. The Source of Joy Rose is a blend of grenache, syrah and cinsault – the perfect combination of red grape varieties to create an outstanding, flavourful rose.  On the nose, the intensity of the fruit highlights complex aromas of strawberry and cherry, with hints of licorice. It’s full and round on the palate yet balanced by freshness and brisk acidity. Lively and elegant, the finish lingers on notes of red berries. A perfect rose for the patio or pair grilled lobster, sea bass or tuna.

Etienne Julien presents a high-quality Nuits-Saint-Georges with his balanced 2019 vintage! The nose reveals black fruit lard notes, violets and undeniable minerals. Spices and slightly woody notes take over as it evolves. On the palate, it has a beautiful structure and drinkability despite everything. It has a potential to be kept for 10 years.

Gerard Raphet and now with his daughter Marion, farm the small plots of nearly 100-year-old Pinot Noir vines in Morey St. Denis and surrounding area. Raphet is shy and prefers to let the majesty of his Pinot Noir wines do the talking. Clos de Vougeot is a highly regarded appellation with over 80 producers owning very small plots. As such, the wines vary considerably in both style and quality. Raphet's wines are amongst some of the best wines produced here, with grapes coming from 60-80 year old vines. The rsulting wine is structured, yet suave with notes of raspberry, black cherry, earth and baking spices.

Gerard Raphet, along with his daughter Marion, farms 12 ha of land with vineyards in Morey St. Denis, Vougeot, and Gevry-Chambertin, and most of the plots have a vine age of 60-100 years. This important, and respected appellation in Burgundy is known for delivering deeply perfumed wines with notes of plums, berries, earth and spice. The finish is long with musky perfume and spice.

This historic vineyard located right in the village of Barolo, is often considered one of the best, if not the most famous. Light in colour, it is aromatic and rich with fruit and floral fragrances, and strong warm spiced scents. Light, elegant, feminine, and velvety, this 100% Nebbiolo will age for many years. An elegant and velvety wine, it is characterized by its structure and balance. Gorgeous.

Its unique recipe, highlighting an aromatic blend of juniper berries, lemon & orange peel and subtle hints of vanilla and elderflower, creates an unprecedented gin experience. The flavour profile is mellow, smooth and well-mannered — it's delicious neat yet stands tall when mixed with tonic.

This entry-level Gibson’s is cut from the same fine cloth as the exquisite Gibson’s 18 and their lavishly flavorful 12 year old. Immediately, rum and butter laced with spirit and hot pepper seep into sweet and sizzling rye spices. Then light berry-ish notes turn to Concord grapes, pear juice, and soft yellow apples, as bitter walnut skins counter rich maple ice cream. A slight waxiness lends a satisfying weight.

Gibson's Finest Venerable 18 Year Old is a smooth, rich Canadian whisky with a complex flavor profile. It's known for its oaky, vanilla, and caramel notes on the nose, along with subtle spice and fruity rye. On the palate, it offers caramel, vanilla, and sweet corn flavors, with hints of pepper and oak. The finish is well-balanced, with lingering notes of pepper, zesty lemon, oak, and rye spices, and a sweet, fruity aftertaste.

Gin Mare is a premium Spanish Mediterranean-style gin (42.7% ABV) known for its unique savoury, herbal profile, featuring botanicals like Arbequina olives, rosemary, basil, and thyme. Distilled in a 13th-century chapel, it offers a complex taste of juniper, citrus, and savory spices, often paired with premium tonic, olive, or rosemary.

La Bota de Gin 81 "Bota NO" is a complex and elegant gin, perfumed with a subtle sherry character. It has its origin in the finest distillate, London Dry Gin style, with marked citrus and juniper berries aromas, later aged for almost four years in a single cask previously used for ageing Fino from Jerez until it has been bottled at cask strength. The outcome is a symphony of aromas and flavours and a delicate palate that reminds of manzanilla pasada rather than spirits—an exceptional gin. We do not know any other one like this.

At the beginning of 2014, we selected several old casks that had previously been used for maturing sherry or brandy for over forty years to mature this magnificent gin. One was almost completely emptied for this edition of the "La Bota" series. It is, therefore, an exclusive product, which will last as long as it takes to sell out the few more than six hundred bottles that have come out of this single cask.
