The Glen Grant 18 Year Old is an award-winning Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, matured in ex-bourbon and remade hogshead casks to produce a bright golden color. Undertones of furniture polish and leather can also be detected, as well as raisins in rum and caramel infused with peppermint. The first sip is mild and velvety, with a balance of creamy sweetness and fruity flavors. The second sip reveals the appearance of citrus fruits and tart, spicy wood tones. The wooden sharpness lingers in the mouth and is accompanied by old walnuts, dark caramel, dried orange peel, and dark chocolate. The flavors of raisins, cherries, leather, and tobacco gradually come to the forefront, along with cedar wood and sweetish tobacco. The finish is powerful and voluminous, pulling the flavors down the throat and leaving behind dark fruit flavors, woody spices, leather, tobacco, and fresh peppermint. Glen Scotia Double Cask Rum Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky beautifully marries the traditional maritime qualities of Campbeltown malt with the sweet, tropical influence of Caribbean rum casks. This dual maturation process starts with aging in American oak barrels, followed by a finishing period in select rum casks, which imparts an additional layer of complexity and richness to the whisky. The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a rich, sherried Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has no added color. It features a dark, mahogany color with a flavor profile dominated by sweet spices, raisins, dark chocolate, and the distillery’s signature heather honey.

The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is rich and full with a well-harnessed sweetness. There are notes of acacia honey and buttery vanilla, notes of mixed wild berries and Creme de fraise. Hints of gooseberries with dry ropes and creamy citrus and smoke. The palate is complex and well-balanced. There are notes of aged Cuban rum with a touch of dark, yet quite subservient peat. The smoke rises gently, coerced by a rather persuasive sherry. The finish is long and smoky with plenty of sherry notes.

Double Gold, San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2021. Glendalough's Double Barrel has sucked the marrow out of two casks, bourbon and oloroso. They each bring their own unique flavour and character. While the bourbon barrels add, among other things, sweet, smooth vanilla notes, the oloroso casks layer on those dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. And of course these are all accented by almost four years resting in Ireland's mild maritime climate.

Glendalough 7 Year Old Mizunara is a unique Irish single malt matured in bourbon casks and finished in rare, aromatic Japanese Mizunara oak. Bottled at 46% ABV, it features a vibrant, fruity nose and a smooth palate with distinctive notes of dark chocolate orange, sandalwood, and cinnamon, concluding with a long, spicy finish. 

This delight is matured in ex-bourbon barrels for 3 years then finished in virgin Irish oak casks. Aromas and flavours of vanilla, spice, banana custard, with cinnamon, maple, citrus and oak tones. The palate is smooth with a spicy, warm lingering finish.

This award-winning Irish gin struts its stuff with aromas of juniper, lemon, pine, and a light, fresh meadow note. The palate reveals flavours of honeysuckle, spice, and citrus, along with a delicate floral tone. It's medium-bodied and fruity with a long, balanced finish. A great option to create a classic Martini cocktail.

Based on Glendalough’s classic Wild Gin, this small-batch variant has been redistilled with extra fruit, flowers and spices – and includes fragrant rose petals. Glendalough uses three varieties of rose to create a complex floral character, including wild Irish roses, Heritage Roses and Damask Roses, which also give a delicate pink colour to this gin.

The Glendronach 10 Year Old Vintage 2013 is a Canadian-exclusive Highland single malt, aged in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 43% ABV, it features a rich, natural color and is non-chill filtered. It offers a complex profile of Seville blood orange, cherry, and winter-spiced cocoa, with a lasting finish of oak and red berries.

Aged for twelve years in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, this whisky presents a deep amber hue with captivating red highlights. Enticing aromas of sweet vanilla, figs, and a subtle hint of ginger mingle with enticing sherry notes. The GlenDronach Port Wood is inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the 19th century. During the 1800s, port was ‘de rigueur', and many of the finest port pipes would travel from Portugal, down its Douro River, destined for the wine cellars of Scotland's gentry. Whilst many years have passed, Portugal's majestic Douro Valley is still renowned for its exceptional port. We have selected some of its finest port pipes to house The GlenDronach for a second maturation period of three years. Our Master Blender has expertly combined the whisky from these port pipes, to create a fruit-filled ten-year-old expression, with layers of ripe berries rolling into its signature long, lingering finish.

This Glenfarclas Single Cask Single Malt from the Family Casks Summer Release 2023 was distilled in 2005. It spent its entire maturation time in a 4th fill butt with the number 3034 before being bottled on July 19, 2023, at cask strength with 59.6% vol.

This is a new addition to the brand's permanent line. Officially known as the 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve, it's aged for a full 14 years in typical ex-bourbon casks used in the Scotch industry. It's then transferred to be finished in new heavily-charred American oak barrels from Louisville's prominent Kelvin Cooperage, with the intention of imparting more of those deep bourbon qualities into a single malt.
