Domaine Jacques Prieur has the rare claim to fame of owning property in some the greatest appellations in Burgundy including Chambertin, Musigny, Clos Vougeot, Echézeaux, Corton, Meursault and Montrachet. Not many Domaines can boast that. History of the Domaine dates to 1868. Owned now by the Labruyère Family, supported by Prieur Family's heirs, they passionately promote and defend the great terroirs of Burgundy worldwide. The Beaune Greves Premier Cru sits on 1.17ha overlooking the city of Beaune. This 100% pinot noir offers notes of fresh red berries, evolving into cherry pit and spicy vanilla notes. Elegant, fresh, and fruity, the wine has balanced tannins and acidity with a smooth finish.

Domaine Jacques Prieur Beaune-Grèves 1er Cru Blanc is a classic, elegant Chardonnay from Burgundy, offering a blend of ripe orchard fruits (apple, pear, peach), citrus (lemon), and floral notes, with toasty hints of vanilla, almond, and flint from oak aging, featuring a vibrant acidity, good tension, and a long, mineral, refreshing finish, pairing well with rich fish, poultry in creamy sauces, or truffle dishes. 

This 50ha walled vineyard was created by the Monks of Citeaux and the soils in the areahas a large clay content, which accounts to the powerful, well-structured wines that can be rustic when young. This Grand Cru is on 1.28ha plot with 100% pinot noir. The grapes were handpicked and destemmed, then fermented in large oak vats. The wine was further aged for 20 months in French oak. The nose shows floral notes of rose petals, berries and spices. The tannins are fine and elegant with flavours of fresh fruit and spices of nutmeg and pepper.

Established as a fully functioning monastery as early as 1199, Prieuré de Montézargues spans 84 acres sheltered from the Mistral winds by the Montagne Noire mountain range. The original stone monastery buildings blend seamlessly into the landscape, forming a unique micro-terroir that imparts a distinct personality to the Montézargues estate vineyards. This appealing rosé boasts a brilliant pink color and a rich nose with red berry tones like strawberry and gooseberry. On the palate, it is fresh with persistent citrus notes, a well-rounded body, and a long, structured finish.

The Prisoner is a full-bodied and rich red blend that has gained a cult following since its first release in 2000. The wine is made from a blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Charbono, and Grenache grapes sourced from various vineyards in the Napa Valley. The wine is aged in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels for up to 16 months, resulting in a complex and layered wine with aromas of blackberry, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, with flavors of dark fruit, espresso, and chocolate. The wine has a long and smooth finish with fine tannins. The Prisoner is a bold and distinctive wine that has earned high scores from various wine critics and is widely popular among wine enthusiasts.

Provenance Vineyards Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a, full-bodied, and, velvety Napa Valley red, primarily sourcing from Rutherford and other top AVAs. It features rich,, dark fruit flavors of blackcurrant, plum, and, blackberry, complemented by cocoa and, fine, integrated tannins. The wine is, aged for 18 months in French oak, offering a long, structured finish. 

Psychis Premium Ouzo (often referred to as Rempiko) is a high-quality Greek aperitif from Chios, featuring 42% alcohol content and a strong anise flavor profile. It is renowned for its 100% distillation process, using traditional bronze distillers to produce a refined, crystal-clear spirit with rich anise notes and a slightly sweet finish.

Subtle red fruit aromas, pleasing weight and richness, fresh and quite dry.

The bright golden color is truly festive. The flavors are complex, with notes of honey and sweet fruit that develops in time, revealing the fine flavors of spices and exotic fruits. The sweet taste and velvety notes show deep but delicate oak hues.

A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Saperavi and 5% Rara Neagra, this garnet colored wine has aromas of baking spices, raspberry, vanilla and black cherry. On the palate there are flavors of cherry, black raspberry and blueberry. The finish is exceptionally smooth.

This wine presents a dark purple-red color, accented by a violet hue and a deep black core, offering an eye-catching visual appeal. The nose is richly aromatic, dominated by a bouquet of pronounced fruits including dark plums, black cherries, black currant jam, and blackberries, complemented by sweet elderberries. These fruit notes are beautifully integrated with a fine roasted aroma, hints of vanilla, and mild spices, creating a complex and inviting aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine showcases a well-structured body with good depth, featuring ripe tannins that blend harmoniously with well-balanced fruit flavors and mild spices. It is a wine of very good length and depth, making it a memorable and sophisticated choice.

This wine features aromas of red cherry, violet and talcum powder. In the mouth there are flavors of tart cherry and pomegranate juice. It is well balanced, with a pleasantly acidic finish.

The delicate flavor combines notes of dried fruit and vanilla, followed by emotional accents of cherry, black plum and chocolate.

Purcari Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, dry, and elegant Moldovan red wine, characterized by intense garnet colors and a complex, well-structured palate. Aged in French oak, it features rich aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, and spices, with velvety tannins, notes of vanilla, and a long, lingering, slightly savory finish.

Maluri by Prut exhibits a deep red color with aging undertones. It stands out for its predominant aroma of berries and raisins, followed by emotional nuances of vanilla. The rich taste, full of vigor, harmoniously combines notes of cherry and plum, leaving a long and balanced aftertaste.

Purcari 1827 Viorica & Muscat Ottonel is a highly aromatic, dry Moldovan white wine blending indigenous Viorica (approx. 51%) with fragrant Muscat Ottonel (49%). It offers a sensory experience with intense acacia, basil, and citrus aromas, featuring flavors of pear, apricot, and lychee. It is a fresh, crisp, and vibrant wine, perfect for pairing with salads or seafood. 

The Haakon/Lenai Vineyard Pinot Noir shows elegant notes of pomegranate, cola, spicy tobacco, roasted dark cherry, blackcurrant, rhubarb, allspice, juniper berry and rose petal with fine tannins. Dry Farmed, & Organically farmed. Aged 11 Months in French Oak Barrels, 40% New.

Pusser's Gunpowder Rum is a traditional, full-bodied Royal Navy-style dark rum bottled at a robust 54.5% ABV. It honors a historic maritime testing method where the ship’s purser would mix rum with gunpowder; if the powder ignited, the rum was deemed authentic "at proof".

AROMA: Dried and candied fruits like mango and apricot, plums, raisins, quince.
PALATE: Lovely balance between the fruits, sweetness and acidity. The wine develops on layers of flavours between the candied and dried fruits, the acidity combines with some bitter notes due to the slow oxidation in cask to bring nerve to the wine before leaving us on a beautiful complex finish lingering on spicy notes.
