Ukiyo Japanese rice vodka is made on Okinawa island using long grain rice that is initially made into Awamori before being redistilled into a fragrant rice vodka. The palate offers notes of lavender, violets and yuzu that mix well with soda water or tonic.

Radiantly star-bright in color, this rosé exhibits a vibrant pale pink hue with glimmers of copper reflections. Its aroma is a unique fusion of classic Provençal red berries alongside evocative scents reminiscent of the holidays, including pine, cinnamon, and gingerbread cookies.

Slow-roasted corn, marzipan, cinnamon, nutmeg, and kettle corn start this experience and slowly fade to corn on the cob with butter, salt, and pepper. Then, it’s apple cider vinegar, deep-fried mushrooms, and Nutella. Fried pie dough and hints of chocolate appear before a medium finish that has a hint of toffee.

Valdemar Estates Syrah opens with enticing aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and a hint of black pepper. Subtle notes of smoked meat and dried herbs add complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, the wine showcases a rich and velvety texture, with flavors of blackberry jam, plum, and blueberries. Sangiovese, aka Brunello is grown all over Italy, but most prevalent in Tuscany. Valdicava wine estate produces some of the highest quality wines in the world by showing different expressions of this opulent grape variety. Located in the valley of Montosoli, to the north of Montalcino, the winery only produces two wines: a Rosso and Brunello, with the single vineyard, Madonna del Piano only produced in the very best vintages. This 2016 has attractive aromas of cherry nib, violet, tomato leaf, walnut, and orange rind. Full bodied with dusty tannins and a long, linear finish. 

from the famed Valdicava winery, this single vineyard wine is only produced in the most excellent vintages. 2007 was a stellar year with perfect conditions for ripening of the Sangiovese grape. Beautifully knit together, this wine has deep, concentrated notes of blueberries and blackberries, leather, and tobacco. Deeply textured, yet with smooth tannins, and layers and layers of flavour. This will undoubtedly just get better in the bottle. If drinking now, decant or hold until 2030-2035.

This is a beautiful wooden box with shimmery blue lettering that holds 3 different vintages - 2 each of 2008, 2011 and 2018. 

Valenciso (founded in 1998) may be young in years, but founders Luis Valentin and Carmen Enciso (who gave their surnames to the bodega) were already long in experience when they began. They had worked together for 28 years by the time they left Bodegas Palacio to start their own business. Valenciso seeks to make classically structured, subtle and elegantly fine wines using 100% Tempranillo grapes from low yielding old vines in the Rioja Alta. Winemaker Alicia Eyaralar uses exclusively French barriques, a third being new each year, to produce this terrific wine in very small quantities. In this box, there are two bottles each of 2008, 2011 and 2018, all scoring very high. Cherry deep colour, spicy nose, intense. There are some notes of leather, licorice and fountain pen ink, over a core of ripe berry fruit, with some spicy notes from the oak and a faint animal character. The palate is medium-bodied with some dusty, slightly rustic tannins and a dry finish.

The Champagne Valentin Leflaive Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru Extra Brut (often labeled with a notation like 15/50 or 16/50) is a high-end, 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne, France. It is produced by the renowned Burgundian family, Olivier Leflaive, which expanded its expertise to Champagne with a focus on precision, terroir, and low dosage.

The red wine "Prugnolo" Valtellina Superiore from Cantina Rainoldi is named after the "Prunus Spinosa," a decorative shrub that grows near the vineyards and whose blue berries ripen in autumn, coinciding with the harvest period. Made from the noble Nebbiolo grape, "Prugnolo" is a structured and full-bodied wine, crafted from carefully selected grapes from the terraces of Valtellina Superiore. It undergoes a pre-fermentation cryo-maceration lasting about 60 hours, followed by controlled-temperature maceration with continuous pumpover. The wine then matures for approximately twelve months in small oak barrels previously used for Sfursat Fruttaio Ca' Rizzieri. Afterward, it is blended in stainless steel tanks and aged in bottle for at least 9 months before being released.

Label story: "As the name suggests, Lukas had to undergo two big knee surgeries in our first harvest season as is shown by the leg in a brace on the label and the silhouette of the man plotting his next move. With the help of great friends and family it all came together in the end and this wine is a celebration of hard times overcome. In the same way one wishes a performer to “break a leg”, the name celebrates all the hard work we put in to achieve our goals. The protea on the stamp emphasises our South African heritage while the tortoise symbolises the speed at which Lukas was able to work during that first harvest. The donkey is a tongue-in-cheek reminder of how stubborn Lukas was in not compromising on doing any of the work himself despite not being as mobile as he would have liked."

Label story: "When I was a youngster growing up in Rawsonville I would hike up the mountain with a few friends to a swimming spot that we discovered, to reach this pool where we had to jump off a 5m cliff. When it was my turn to jump, hesitation would creep in and taking that leap seemed impossible. With my friends cheering me on and reminding me that I can do it, I would take a deep breath and jump. Those few seconds in the air are indescribable! Shouting GERONIMO! at the top of your lungs. This wine reminds us of that leap we took starting this big venture of ours, with friends cheering and helping us, and making us realise that we can do it. This is referenced by the leaping boy in the top left hand corner. The label also shows a piece of our South African heritage in the form of the postage stamp depicting the South African national fish, the Galjoen."

Natural high quality seasoned red wine. Made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in the southern part of Moldova. The wine has a ruby red color with garnet reflex. The scent is reminiscent of a large part of the berries as dewberry, strawberry and raspberry .The taste is full, soft body accentuated with fruity taste by the acquired in the oak flavor. The perfect accompaniment to grilled fillet steak, semi-aged cheeses ,fried mushrooms.

Pastoral wine distinguishes itself with rich ruby color and has magic velvety flavors, dominated by shades of plum.

Yellow straw with greenish hues. Rather restrained nose of citrus, green mango, apples. Surprising length on the palate, preceded by concentrated minerality, fresh apples and lemon notes.

Delight yourself with a smooth rose wine from Valul lui Traian wine region of Moldova. Distinguished by an elegant color and a delicate aroma of berries. On the palate there are notes of overripe strawberries.

Chateau Vartely Sauvignon Blanc is a generous bouquet of fresh aromas dominated by invigorating citrus notes. Its pleasant taste leaves a faint memory of black currant leaves. The grapes are harvested in vineyards in the heart of Moldova, Codru region.

Château Vartely Taraboste Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot (Rezerva) is a premium, full-bodied Moldovan red wine with 14.5% alcohol, featuring intense aromas of ripe pomegranate, blackcurrant, dried plums, and oriental spices. Aged for 18–23 months in new oak, it offers a velvety, structured taste with soft tannins, high maturation potential, and a "Purely Aristocratic" style. 

Nose: Aromatic herbs, citrus zest, and hints of floral notes.
Taste: Bitter orange peel, gentian root, and a touch of herbal bitterness.

Vedi Alco pomegranate wine is a semi-sweet Armenian red fruit wine, noted for its rich, fruity taste with tart and sweet pomegranate notes, hints of dark berries, and a pleasant finish, made from ripe pomegranates and sometimes blended with Areni grapes, best served chilled with roasted meats, cheeses, or desserts.

From the iconic Vega Sicilia brand, the Pintia is from Toro where tempranillo is called Tinto de Toro. These wines boast intense color and depth, presenting a cherry red hue with cardinal edges. The nose is broad, clean, expressive, and elegant, featuring great fruity intensity wrapped in subtle, high-quality wood. On the palate, it offers a robust structure, good tannic presence, and a friendly, fresh, and persistent finish with floral hints in the retro nasal.

The Vega Sicilia Unico is a powerful yet elegant Spanish red from Ribera del Duero, a blend of 94% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, known for its balance, complexity, and remarkable aging potential, offering notes of dark fruit, spice, florals, licorice, cedar, and a fresh, chalky finish after its extensive 10-year aging in oak and bottle.

Valbuena is the pure expression of a red at Vega Sicilia, with an ageing of five years from barrel to
bottle, which gives it its name, Valbuena 5º (5th year). 225-litre French and American oak barrels,
both new and used, 8,500-litre vats are used in a long and complex process for perhaps, the wine
which has evolved the most over the last few years.
Valbuena 5º presents its splendor in each vintage and a direct view of the greatness of its soil,
where the weather conditions each year make a clear distinction on the vintage.

Intense dark core and a ruby rim. Aromatic and floral nose with rose petal, violet, sweet red fruit and fresh grape aromas. Medium weight on the palate, youthful still with a slight tannic bite, fresh grape and red berry notes with white pepper, and dried herb notes, fine length, and balance, should just need another few years of ageing.

The Velvet Devil Merlot by Charles Smith is a Washington State red known for its plush, fruit-forward profile, featuring rich blackberry, dark cherry, and plum notes, complemented by hints of cedar, tobacco, and espresso. This dry, medium-bodied wine has a velvety texture with smooth, soft tannins.

The Tuscany Verruzzo di Monteverro was born in vineyards located in the Grosseto municipality of Capalbio, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.

It is produced with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes, harvested exclusively by hand between the first ten days of September and the first of October. The vinification takes place entirely "by fall", so as not to deplete and allow the highest expression in the glass. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels before being bottled.

It has a bright garnet red colour with purple nails. The nose opens with floral aromas of rose and lavender, enriched with fruity notes of plum and wild strawberries. On the palate it is structured, soft and with character, with hints of rose, strawberry and melon.

Ideal in combination with lasagna and first courses with lamb ragù, this red wine is perfect to accompany medium-aged cheeses.

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is the signature champagne of the House. Dominated by Pinot Noir, it offers a perfect balance of structure and finesse.

First, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label looks beautiful: golden-yellow, with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles. Next it is so pleasing to the nose: initially reminiscent of yellow and white fruits, then of vanilla and later of brioche. Note the fine balance between the fruity aromas coming from the grape varieties and the toasty aromas, the result of the three years of bottle aging. The first sip delivers all the freshness and strength so typical of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label with a symphony of fruit tastes following (pear, lemon). Here is a true member of the Brut family, well structured, admirably vinous. The lingering aromas echo and re-echo, with each fruit or almond notes distinct. Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label manages to reconcile two opposing factors - strength and silkiness - and to hold them in perfect balance with aromatic intensity and a lot of freshness.

This consistent power to please makes it ideal as an apéritif, and perfect as the champagne to enjoy with a meal.

Veuve Clicquot Extra Brut Extra Old is a champagne that is made from a blend of reserve wines, some of which are up to 20 years old, along with a base of younger wines. The exact blend of grape varieties is not specified by the producer. The wine is aged in the cellar for at least 3 years, which is longer than the minimum requirement for champagne. The wine is then disgorged and a low dosage of sugar is added, resulting in an "extra brut" style that is very dry and crisp. The wine has notes of dried fruit, toasted brioche, and nuts, and is known for its complexity and elegance.

This non-vintage Rose is the end result of a desire to create a Rose champagne with a delightfully luscious, fruit-based charm. Jacques Peters, the cellarmaster, and his team wanted a champagne that would be accessible and naturally engaging while conserving Veuve Clicquot's essential values in terms of style.

The wine has a luminous color with attractive pink glints. The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry), leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche).

The fresh attack is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfectly balanced in the best Veuve Clicquot style of pink champagnes, combining elegance and flair. The wine works its magic—this delectably full champagne can be enjoyed as a true delicacy. A deliciously fruity wine in earlybloom, this is a wonderful aperitif to be shared as a twosome or simply with friends.

Made using 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvee is based on Brut Yellow Label's traditional blend: 50 to 55% Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier, and 28 to 33% Chardonnay.
