La Palazzetta Visconti is located on the south-east side of Montalcino, farming 20 ha organically. Mild winters, hot summers and humid springs and autumns help to create bright coloured, fragrant wines with juicy acidity. This little Rosso is the perfect quaffer with notes of violet, cherry, and plum. The tannins are ripe and soft, leading into a long finish.

A dessert liqueur made from the juiciest cherries, carefully harvested from the farms surrounding Castel Mimi. Each cherry undergoes a meticulous selection process before the fruits are infused with sugar and alcohol, a process that lasts 8 months.

Crimson and pink flashes against a plummy red base. Aromatics of currant pastries, woody spice’s, and
manuka leaf, leading to notes of forest undergrowth and florals. Moderate fruit sweetness, fine tannin and
restrained volume allow savoury elements to splice evenly into the tart red fruit. A very enjoyable aromatic

Wakatsuru Saburomaru Junenmyo Rouge is a 46% ABV blended Japanese whisky from the Saburomaru Distillery in Toyama, featuring a, "Rouge" (red) wine cask finish. It blends over 50% heavily peated Saburomaru malt with aged grain whisky, offering a complex profile of smoky ash, sweet red berries, and caramel.

The Weingut Bürgermeister Schweinhardt XO Weinbrand is a German grape brandy (Weinbrand) from the Nahe region, distilled by the Schweinhardt estate, known for its environmentally friendly viticulture, offering rich, fruity, nutty, and complex notes, aged for several years, and presented as a high-quality spirit with a focus on regional terroir and traditional craft from their own distillery, as a premium offering alongside their wines.

The mastermind behind this wheat vodka is Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley, of Buffalo Trace Distillery, which is based out of Frankfort, Kentucky. VEGAN

We are very impressed with this New Zealand Pinot Noir. Tastes more like a Burgundy than we would have guessed. Where many California Pinot Noir at this price point are either too tart or too Frankenstein'd to resemble a Pinot, this is smooth and elegant, like a Burgundy wine—nice notes of strawberry and cherry, with an earthy undercurrent and a hint of leather.
Colour: Bright, medium ruby.

Bouquet: Lifted red cherry and plum notes, with a subtle suggestion of blackberry, thyme, cedar, anise, and savoury pie crust.

Palate: Red and dark cherry, baking spices and cola notes provide the core flavours in this wine. The palate is elegant and generously textured with silky, plush tannins and gentle acidity on the finish.

Food Match: Red meat, game, and mushroom dishes would be an excellent match with this Pinot noir.

Serve: Room temperature.

Cellaring: Although delicious now, we anticipate this wine will develop gracefully over the next 5-7 years if cellared correctly.

Pale yellow-green, with star bright clarity. Lifted passionfruit, grapefruit, gooseberry, and peach fruit flavours, with complexing hints of jalapeno, nettle, boxwood and blackcurrant leaf. A full-flavoured, medium-bodied wine, with an abundance of regionally typical blackcurrant and gooseberry flavours that linger on the dry, clean finish. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to summer salads, poultry and mussels. Also, try it with lobster and white fish.
