Tito's Handmade Vodka is a corn-based, gluten-free American vodka distilled six times in old-fashioned pot stills at the first legal distillery in Austin, Texas. This handcrafted process, similar to those used for single malt scotches and French cognacs, results in a smooth, medium-bodied vodka with subtle notes of sweet corn and a hint of peppery spice on the finish.

The initial nosing passes find subtle traces of charcoal and roasted grain which are followed by sweeter aromas of sweet grain mash and pipe tobacco. Entry is smoky and charred; the midpalate is oily, moderately viscous, semisweet and robust. Ends on a delicious oily, bacon-like note. A very well-made American pot still vodka.

Suntory Toki Black is a premium, limited-edition blended Japanese whisky released in late 2025 to mark the 10th anniversary of the original Toki. It features Hakushu peated malt and grain whiskies for a richer profile, notes of baked apple, butterscotch, and spice, and a gentle smoky finish, inspired by Japanese jazz listening bars.

A blended whisky from Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Toki has a different composition to another Suntory blend, Hibiki, as its main components are Hakashu single malt and Chita grain whisky. It should work really well in a highball.

Toko Fukurotsuri Junmai Daiginjo is an ultra-premium, award-winning sake from Kojima Sohonten (est. 1597) in Yamagata, Japan, characterized by a luxurious, silky texture produced via gravity-drip (Fukurotsuri) extraction. Made from 35% polished Yamada Nishiki rice, it features intense fruity/floral notes like melon, lychee, and pear with a clean, elegant finish.

"The 2020 Aloxe-Corton Les Fournières 1er Cru is ripe and juicy on the nose: strawberry and raspberry, the oak here more pronounced compared to the Les Vercots. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe, saturated tannins and again, here, I find the new oak more pronounced and perhaps just detracting a little from its delineation and mineralité on the finish. Yet once that is fully subsumed, this could turn into quite a substantial Aloxe-Corton." 89-91 pts, Neal Martin, Vinous

The Tollot-Beaut family is a based at Chorey-Les-Beaune with vineyards located in Beaune, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton and a small holding in Corton Charlemagne. The 2020 Corton Grand Cru, which comes from Les Combes as usual (though not on the label), has a lovely nose with brambly red fruit, black truffle and subtle pencil box aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with saturated tannins, very fine tension and an almost sorbet-fresh, quite mouth-coating finish. It will require time in bottle...but this Corton will be worth the wait.

This 100% Pinot Noir has ripe black cherry, black currant, violet and mineral notes. The palate is dense, yet elegant with ripe fruit and fine tannins. A consistently underrated site from a wonderful domaine.

A bright pale golden colour, with aromas of butterscotch, marzipan, toasted pecan and smoke. Smooth, with a warming cinnamon spice sensation; the flavours feature crisp pear, vanilla, almond, lilac and honeysuckle with an undertone of dried apricots. The finish is clean and gentle, with subtle lingering flavours.

The Tomatin 30 Year Old Single Malt delivers fresh aromas of soft fruits, golden honey, and smooth white chocolate. On the palate, it presents a fusion of tropical fruits and creamy buttered vanilla, mingling with an explosion of sensational mixed spices.

A delight for Tomatin fans, the first batch of their 36-year-old single malt Scotch whisky was unveiled in mid-2015. Distilled in 1977 and matured in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks until March 2015, this well-aged expression is bottled at 46% ABV. Expect masses of milk chocolate, oak spice, and subtle orchard fruit notes in this top-notch Highland dram. This release was limited to just 800 bottles.

Nose: Sweet almond croissant, with fresh hay, stewed apple and creamy coconut, supported by white floral aromas.
Palate: Classic festive spiciness, with ginger, nutmeg and oodles of dried fruit, orange chocolate and maple syrup drizzled over pancakes.
Finish: Waxy citrus, oily malt and fresh tropical fruit, followed by chai-spiced dark chocolate.

Tomato Wheels is the brain child of Moirae Choquette who felt that there just wasn't enough Lambrusco family wines in the market! Made with Lambrusco Salamino with 15% Malbo Gentile, it's rich and frothy with rich dark plum, blackberry and mulberry aromas and flavours.

Canadian Robert Tome learned his craft of hospitality in Italy, studying with the Italian Sommelier Association. He opened his own import agency, which quickly became one of the largest agencies in Canada representing some iconic Italian wineries. In 2017, Robert decided to challenge himself to do more and give more with a new endeavor. He sold his shares and branched out on his own to launch Tomé Group of Brands, his own wine brand making wines from Washington State and Italy. This vegan-friendly Pinot Grigio is clean and crisp, layered with notes of apple, pear, almond, and white nectarine with a twinkle of acidity. This is a great match with seafood, pasta with cream sauce, oyster, asparagus and summer salads.

The longest-standing expression in the range, 10 year old was introduced in 2002. It offers a nose that is light and initially green, with unripe apples, acetate, ripe pears, bananas, and light fudge. The palate is relatively insubstantial, with nutty milk chocolate, vanilla, brittle toffee, and oak. Nutty in the short finish, with a hint of malt and drying oak.

This aromatic spirit is scented with citrus peel, rose Turkish delight, florist shop notes, honeycomb, candied orange halves, pear, and gentle wood spices. The palate begins with fruity flavors of citrus, dried apple, and star fruit, transitioning to a creamy texture with vanilla, malt, Oreos, and oak tannins. It leaves a lingering finish of cocoa, delicate spices, and residual fruitiness.

Tommasi Amarone is known for its intense ruby red color and complex aromas of ripe fruit, often with notes of cherry, plum, and dried fruit, along with balsamic and spice undertones. On the palate, it's full-bodied with a smooth texture, well-balanced acidity, and a long, persistent finish.

Shiraz from old dry grown Barossa vineyards is blended with Viognier, complementing the strengths and complexities of these individual parcels of fruit, whilst giving the resulting wine a further dimension.
Although wonderfully aromatic, RunRig also exhibits a power and latent richness making it more akin to the hugely concentrated wines sourced from the sun drenched hill of Hermitage – the historic home of Syrah and some of the world’s most powerful and longest living wines.

Bright ruby red with dark core. On the nose dried plums and figs, dark berries, dried roses and cocoa. On the palate rich fruit flavours, nice tannin and good length, slightly drying on the finish.

Nerello Mascalese from Mt. Etna not only makes unforgettable red wines, but rosati from this grape are astounding as well. This winery is establishing itself as a rising star and one of the best in the region. Rosato made from Nerello will show off juicy raspberry, cherry and orange peel along with racy acidity.

Torres 10 has a dark topaz colour with hues of gold. Intense aroma with warm hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Complete and persistent finish with aromatic notes of oak.

Since 1928, Torres has been making world-class wines and brandies. Unless it is produced in the Armagnac or Cognac regions of France, it must be referred to as brandy. Spanish brandy is unique because it is made from a variety of Spanish grapes and is quite possibly one of the most recognizable Spanish brandies in the world.Jaime (pronounced Hy-me) is made exclusively from the Parellada variety of grapes and is aged using the solera method. Not only is the bottle gorgeous, but the brandy inside is complex and well-balanced with flavors of walnut, cedar and sandalwood.

Trail’s End 8-Year Apple Brandy Finished Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged for eight years in new charred American oak barrels before being finished in Apple Brandy casks from Clear Creek Distillery in Oregon. Bottled at 52.5% ABV (105 proof), it offers a complex profile of caramel, roasted apple, hazelnut, and baking spices with a long, warm finish.

This is a classic Scotch ale, and although it's not cheap, it's definitely worth trying at least once. This is a beer to be enjoyed and savored with each sip, and not mindlessly guzzled, lest you miss the gorgeous subtleties and nuanced notes that make it so darn good. Lightly roasty caramel malts are the backbone here, with accents of dried figs and dates, fresh butterscotch sauce and soft whole baking spice. The palate is full and creamy, with great weight to the rich malt flavors, and soft hints of hops, cocoa nibs and earthy bark unfolding on the close.

Travaglini Gattinara DOCG is a classic, elegant Italian red from Piedmont, made from 100% Nebbiolo, known for its deep garnet color, complex aromas of red fruit (cherry, raspberry), floral notes (roses, violets), earthy hints (leather, forest floor, mineral/iron), and spicy undertones (licorice, cinnamon). It's full-bodied yet balanced with vibrant acidity, firm tannins, and a savory finish, often showing minerality from volcanic soils, making it a cellar-worthy wine that pairs beautifully with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.

A barrel-aged fruited sour ale that tastes exactly like it should: A Barrel of Apricots! Full-bodied yet fresh with a nose of both ripe and dried apricots, with the brettanomyces yeast adding spice and sour nuances and those malty cereal notes detected underneath.
Best served before the Year Of The Rooster, 2053. Can be cellared at room temperature.

Tua Rita Perlato del Bosco Bianco is a white blend wine that is produced by Tua Rita winery in Tuscany, Italy. This wine is made from a blend of Vermentino, Viognier, and Ansonica grapes, which are grown in the vineyards surrounding the winery. It has a bright yellow color with greenish hues, and the nose is filled with intense floral and fruity aromas of white flowers, peach, and pear. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and lively with a good acidity level that balances the wine's sweetness. It has a long, persistent finish with a mineral aftertaste. This wine pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, fresh salads, and light appetizers.

A delicious purity of fruit flavors gives an almost-sweet quality to this velvety, concentrated and polished wine. Ultraripe blueberries and raspberries ride fine-grained tannins and a full body.

Deep dark red in color with a purple core, this wine offers lifted notes of red jellies, blueberry, lavender and gentle accents of pepper with an intriguing overlay of Morrocan Spice Temple. Angels’ Share is medium- to full-bodied in nature, gleaming with bright primary fruits of red berry and blueberry. The acid is bright and frames the fruit nicely, giving good share and vibrancy to the palate. Floral accents of lavender and freshly cut flowers give good palate complexity. Tannins are chalky in nature and provide great texture to frame the wine. The palate is very boyant with great length and persistence in flavor.

From the coolest part of the state as the weather rolls in off the Southern Ocean. The latest block to be brought to the winery, this is an elegant wine with a unique aromatic profile and tannin structure. A recent grape source from a vineyard next to Hope Forest, this is a site we harvest late, allowing slow development of ripeness and tannin. The moderating effect of the southern ocean in conjunction with the site's elevation provides finer red fruit characteristics. The wine is named after Michael's daughter, Harriet whose favourite colour is pink.
