Description
For more than a century, Chateau Bel-Air Eiffel has been the property of the descendants of Gustave Eiffel, the famous builder of the Eiffel Tower. On the most beautiful gravel lands of the Graves de Vayres appellation, between the city of Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, this 40 acre estate combines Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification
The vines are cultivated organically and adhere to a gentle vinification to extract the very intense aromas of this terroir. With long macerations and oak aging for 12 months in French oak, 35% of which are new.

Death Whistle Reposado is a premium 100% blue Weber agave spirit aged in oak barrels. It perfectly bridges the crisp, herbal notes of raw agave with the warm, mellow flavors imparted by wood. It features a velvety texture, subtle baking spices, and a clean, warm finish.

Kweichow Moutai Chiew 15 Year is a highly prized, luxury-aged "sauce-aroma" Baijiu from China. Aged for a minimum of 15 years, it is renowned for its complex, viscous flavor profile, rich "jiang" aroma, and robust 53% ABV.

Mildiani Monastery Dry Red Wine is an authentic Saperavi varietal from the Kakheti region of Georgia, celebrated for its dark ruby color and rich, full-bodied profile. Bottled in a traditional ceramic vessel, it delivers robust fruit notes, firm tannins, and a balanced, lingering finish.

Psychis Premium Ouzo (often referred to as Rempiko) is a high-quality Greek aperitif from Chios, featuring 42% alcohol content and a strong anise flavor profile. It is renowned for its 100% distillation process, using traditional bronze distillers to produce a refined, crystal-clear spirit with rich anise notes and a slightly sweet finish.

Elijah Craig Toasted Rye is a 94-proof (47% ABV) Kentucky straight rye whiskey finished in custom-toasted new oak barrels for increased complexity. It balances traditional rye spice with rich, sweet notes of milk chocolate, toasted oak, caramel, and baking spices. It offers a soft, creamy mouthfeel and a long, warm finish.

Nikka Miyagikyo Single Malt is an elegant, well-balanced Japanese whisky from Sendai, characterized by a smooth, fruity, and slightly sherry-influenced profile. It features rich aromas of orchard fruits (apple, pear), malt, and floral notes, with a palate of banana, chocolate, vanilla, and light, gentle spices. 

Rabbit Hole Heigold is a high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey featuring a distinct mash bill of 70% corn, 25% malted German rye, and 5% malted barley. Bottled at 95 proof, it is recognized for a sweet, creamy palate featuring notes of butterscotch, citrus, and toasted spices.

R. Jelinek White Slivovitz is a premium, triple-distilled plum brandy from the Czech Republic, known for its clear color, high purity, and intense fruity aroma. Produced from quality Bohemia plums with a 50% ABV, it features a smooth taste with subtle almond notes derived from the plum pits.

93-95 Barrel sample. The estate is American owned by the Adams family. The wine has concentration that will bring out dark fruits and structure, but it also has great freshness among all the richness.

Killepitsch is a premium German herbal liqueur (Kräuterlikör) from Düsseldorf with 42% ABV, crafted from a secret family recipe using 98 natural herbs, berries, and fruits sourced globally. It is known for its intense dark red color, complex bittersweet flavor profile, and is traditionally served as an ice-cold digestif.

Liquore Strega is a premium Italian herbal liqueur produced in Benevento since 1860, renowned for its vibrant yellow color and complex, 40% ABV, 100% natural blend of 70 herbs and spices. Saffron provides its distinct color, while notes of mint, fennel, and cinnamon create a sweet, aromatic profile.

Douglas Laing's The Gauldrons Cask Strength is a limited-edition, non-chill filtered Campbeltown blended malt bottled at high ABV (often ~52.8%–53.4%). It features a robust maritime, smoky, and sweet profile, delivering notes of sea spray, caramel, manuka honey, and gentle peat smoke, reflecting its "bay of storms" namesake.

In France, this wine style is traditionally termed "oeil-de-perdrix," translating to "eye of the partridge," owing to its pale pink hue. Joseph Wagner and the Pinot Noir experts at Belle Glos meticulously cultivated the grapes with the aim of crafting this lively, fresh rosé. Bursting with bright citrus, tangy fruit, and herbal spice notes, it's an ideal companion for brunch or salmon dinners.

818 Tequila Reposado is a premium, 100% Blue Weber agave tequila aged for at least 3 months in French and American oak barrels. It offers a smooth, medium-bodied taste with notes of toasted nuts, caramel, vanilla, and cooked agave. This straw-colored spirit features a long, complex finish and 40% ABV.

Zinck Crémant d'Alsace Brut is a premium French sparkling wine from Domaine Zinck, crafted via the traditional method using Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc. Zinck Crémant Rosé is a pale salmon-colored sparkling wine from Alsace, France, produced from 100% Pinot Noir using the traditional method. It features aromas of cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, with a crisp, dry palate, fine bubbles, and a refreshing finish, making it a great pairing for white meat, fish, or aperitifs.

The Loch Lomond Waypoint Series Falloch (16 Year Old) is a limited-edition Highland single malt, the first in a series celebrating local landmarks. Distilled in swan-neck stills, it is matured in three types of American oak bourbon casks and finished for 12 months in cognac barrels [7, 11, 12]. Bollinger B16 is a limited-edition, 2016-vintage Champagne created as a "substitute" for the La Grande Année in a challenging, highly contrasted, and low-yield vintage. It is a 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay blend, highlighting later-ripening grapes from the Montagne de Reims and Bouzy. The Champagne Valentin Leflaive Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru Extra Brut (often labeled with a notation like 15/50 or 16/50) is a high-end, 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne, France. It is produced by the renowned Burgundian family, Olivier Leflaive, which expanded its expertise to Champagne with a focus on precision, terroir, and low dosage.

Francois Voyer V.S.O.P. Grande Champagne Cognac is a superbly crafted spirit, embodying the richness and depth that the Grande Champagne terroir, known as the premier cru of Cognac, can offer. This V.S.O.P. (Very Superior Old Pale) signifies a blend of carefully aged eaux-de-vie, with each component matured for at least four years, although often longer, to achieve a harmonious and complex profile. Conundrum White is a popular, versatile California white blend known for its tropical fruit, pear, and citrus notes, often featuring Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Viognier (and sometimes Muscat Canelli) with a balance of lushness and bright acidity, offering a complex yet approachable taste with apricot, mango, and melon flavors, perfect for pairing with spicy dishes, seafood, or poultry.

The very first edition from the Sakurao distillery, Kinbu vodka is unique in being entirely distilled from Yamada Nishiki rice, the most prized sake rice. This variety of rice, known for its high starch content, is fully expressed in this vodka, revealing aromas of cereals and flowers that culminate in a light and fresh finish, all enveloped in a soft and silky texture.
